Not fair place. The prices provided on a menu not the same as you’ll get in check. It seems like not a big deal, but I said about that and they’re pretending like it’s totally normal. Everyone makes mistakes for sure, but “okay” is not a good respond when the guests pointing out the obvious and trying to tell you that you got wrong. Service is not attentive. Overpriced. Food is usual. Never come again and not recommend to anyone. Decorations are beautiful and hot toddy drink is good, but that’s it. So absolutely doesn’t worth to go there anymore.

Started out with high hopes. Our server was very sweet and our experience has nothing to do with her. Two of us ordered the tomato ricotta bisque and the butternut squash soup, and both were delicious. The other two of us, however, decided to split the turkey dinner (due to the ridiculous price of $36) and it was disappointing to say the least. The mashed potatoes and green beans were cold, the turkey was dry, and the serving size was absolutely not worth the price. Our meal came to about $90 and we left feeling unsatisfied.

Good environment, but the food and service is below average, the waiter almost didn’t check us for the entire dining time, order the food and give us the check, that’s it! the food portions is small and taste very plain, salmon is over cooked even we ordered medium well, would not come back!

Room smelled smoky. Very nice bar area where you could have drinks on the lawn. Sophisticated quant feel. Massages located in basement. Great folks, chill vibe. No ghosts found!

Raw undercooked food for a high price! We had a large company Christmas party at Hotel CO restaurant and multiple employees ended up with diarrhea after being served undercooked food. Plates were sent back to be cooked longer and we were given back the wrong food. Servers tried their best but seemed like it was a hassle to care for us even though we booked this large reservation well in advance. One employee asked for a vegetarian option and she was treated rudely for even asking. We will not being going back anymore, the service and food has gone down hill.

My daughter and I had breakfast during a recent visit. We were assisted by Summer who is beyond exceptional. Friendly, engaging, warm and the epitome of hospitality. I have worked in hotel management for over 30 years and Summer is a standout. Keep her at all costs. Although the food was delicious, the biggest impression is always left by people. You have a rock star here. WOW!

This is a fine dining establishment. The menu rotates with different options. We had the chef's plate (charcuterie board), which I thought was a little pricey, but delicious. The vegetarian option was very delicious. The drinks from the bar were good and the server was very attentive and helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful restaurant, awesome atmosphere, food was delicious. Service was VERY VERY slow. Had to flag the server whenever they came into the room for anything that we needed. Biggest frustration was running out of water and not seeing a soul around to ask. We had dinner in the evening with a male server and breakfast with a female server. The girl in the morning had an attitude if you asked for things. In the evening, we were there for an hour and a half and in that time it was us alone, then two more 2-3 person groups showed up. That means there were only 3 tables to tend to. We spent over $183 on meals for three people. We all drank water. So be prepared to spend money. Morning was a bit busier but there was more than one server, which means that they had small sections to attend to. We hoped that in the AM we would be better attended to but that wasn't completely true. The guy might have been really slow but the female server in the mornings attitude sucked. Bummed out for the amount of money we spent there.

Wow, life changing chicken pot pie. I’m a fan of chicken pot pie, but this is a whole different level! Incredible! The marinara and goat cheese was great, steer clear of the chicken Parma sandwich though. Great service and friendly staff.

This place suffers from being one of the only shows in town. I wish I could give the restaurant staff negative stars. I think the biggest issue they have is very young, seemingly untrained kids working here. After asking to be seated outside, the host looked bewildered and begrudgingly seated us at a dirty table. Never brought us water, and no one ever came to take an order. It wasn't even busy and there were many empty tables. After twenty minutes we got up and went to the bar, Ashley the bartender is the only saving grace for this place. She was lovely and attentive, took our order and got us drinks right away. My suggestion to the management, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING, THAT'S NOT THEIR FAULT, IT'S MANAGEMENT'S FAULT.

Excellent experience, our server Luke was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the menu. The regular fries were soooo good, but really everything we had was delicious and the ambiance is really enjoyable.

Had a lovely experience here! The service was WONDERFUL. The food super good as well. Green chili, omelet, and Benedict’s great. Great cappuccino too. Small (think Italy) so order a double. The only thing that wasn’t great was the buffalo hash. The buffalo was super tough and flavorless. All else was great! Cozy little dining room.

Excellent food and a gentle location with plenty of shade and romantic lights at night. Salad and sandwiches were genuinely very good. Service was slow with minimal wait staff and a distracted hostess.

Amazing chicken pot pie! I was expecting the puff pastry to be the star of the show, but the hidden biscuit inside and delicious chicken filling are the perfect combination of comfort foods straight from heaven. The service rocks too and everyone was super friendly.

Came here for dinner. Great service, beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hotel. The food did not at all disappoint. It was very tasty!

I got a free breakfast voucher included with my room, and as it is with most hotels, free breakfasts are usually subpar. However this place was awesome and blew away my expectations! They have a variety of menu items to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly as well! I will be back to try their dinner menu some time.

i got a to-go order of the roasted chicken dinner. very mid and not worth the $28. It looks and tastes like they bought the chicken from a grocery store. Very bland and unimpressive. And also the waitress who helped me at the bar was very rude. She was from South Africa. Her co-worker Sarah was very nice, though. One and done ✌🏾

Beautiful evening dining outdoors! Great tomato bisque soup and the best chicken piccata. Excellent preparation!

We decided to eat here after finding no dining at the hotel next door where we were staying. It turned out we made a great choice. I had the lemon chicken with pasta and my wife had a salad and tomato bisque. The chicken wasn't quite what I expected as it was breaded and served on top of the noodles but the sauce was delicious. I tasted my wife's tomato bisque and it was well flavored too. The hostess (Sara) and waiter (Evan) were standouts for their excellent service and good cheer.

We love Hotel Colorado! This is our second time eating at their restaurant. There were some mild hiccups during our visits but nothing major. The server was checking on us constantly, the food came out hot and delicious, drinks were on point! And the best thing about this place is the atmosphere!

So good best meal I’ve had for awhile. Mushroom pâté, braised short rib with roasted root veg and delicious Demi glacé, chocolate tort 👍

The beef stroganoff was amazing!! We shared the chocolate torte, very rich and decadent. Just a really great place to sit and relax with an Old Fashioned drink. The Hotel Colorado has a personality all it's own! Be sure to look up the history behind the hotel!

Was told what a fantastic place to experience. We stopped to have lunch.we were so disappointed! My friend is nut sensitive. She asked the pecans people put on the side they were not, and the spinach was gritty. I ordered the fish and chips. The Atlantic cod was beautiful fish that was under cooked and the batter inside next to the fish was doughy. Could not eat hardly any of the dinner. At $25 a plate you expect good food well prepared.
