Only had 2 options for bread. Toaster oven wasn’t working. Didn’t change gloves between using the computer for the person in front of me. No cookies.The restroom looked like a crime scene. Was planning to dine-in but lost my appetite after seeing that. 0/10 This was at 12:30 in the afternoon.

Unfortunately this Subway has gone downhill and a recent rude and extremely unprofessional email I received from the owner of this particular branch in response to a feedback survey just proves how low they've gotten. You'd think it'd be easy enough to slap together a sandwich when the customer tells you exactly what to put on it, but it's almost like they've never eaten a sandwich before in their life. There's usually 2-3 kids "working" but only ever one behind the counter while the others mess around in the back, leaving the front a complete disaster and filthy. Do yourself a favor and go to Chomp's down the street.

The women's bathroom toilet did not flush easily and needs a fix to the flushing mechanism. Trash was overflowing. The toilet paper holder was partly on the floor and the one roll of toilet paper was also sitting on the floor. The paper towel dispenser was difficult to get the paper towels out as well. When I let an employee know about these issues he said it was like this every day. (And did not take any responsibility that they were going to get it cleaned/fixed). We did get our sandwich and that was fine but I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

We showed up just before closing and they still got my nephew his favorite sandwich. Thank you guys for not turning us away. That's good customer service.

I feel bad for the employees that work here. Understaffed... everything is broken... they dont have the basic things they need. The owner clearly doesnt care about this place. Which is unfortunate because it's the only subway in town. A drive through that isn't utilized... ever. I wonder how many people have gotten sick by eating here. The veggies are all brown and going bad... yet still thrown on people's sandwiches unless you request they get fresh stuff from the back. This subway is in a sad sad state right now.

The toppings were brown & willed, tomatoes bad... the staff seemed stretched thin. It's hard having only 2 people working in a busy place. Still, got in & out timely.

Got here shortly after 8:30 and they had closed early. The sign on the door said they close at 9pm Monday through Sunday. Aside from that, when I've eaten here previously, the employees have been nice. However, they have messed up my online orders in the recent past.

Arrived and it got pretty busy. Woman up front has a great happy attitude. Handled the rush pretty well & patient. Was able to warm up our subs in the microwave since they weren’t able to toast our sub that day. Great service.

They refused us service because my daughter has a service dog. She even had an episode in the restraint in which she needed him and they still said they weren't allowed. This was the worst experience ever and should be avoided.

I went to order my daughter a mini kids sub. She got a ham sub and added a piece of turkey. The mini sub was $3.99 and they charged us another $3.49 to add a piece of turkey to it. The manager was not very nice when I told him that doesn’t seem right and he told me he wasn’t corporate. There is no way a kids mini sub should have cost me the same price as a 6inch or footlong.

Now I know why I never eat at this shop In glenwood springs. It's sad when your trying to eat healthy and there's no lettuce the tomatoes look nasty and there is no wheat bread. And the staff act like they don't care about your business. Wish the other store in glenwood would have never got closed. Will definitely not be eating here again.

I ordered Tuna. The Tuna was almost full and the edges looked crusted not sure if it had been out for a while or what was going on. If I could rate 0 star I would. They barley put any veggies on my sandwich I had to ask for more. Not sure if it was because they were to lazy to refill it. They swapped back and forth without changing gloves. I am so grossed out. I do not want to go. I wish the other one next to Walmart was still open. AGAIN if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Ordered on the app 10 minutes before I showed up. Had to wait 10 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. After the app said it was ready, I had to wait another 20 minutes before they even started making it. They drenched it in mayo (I didn't even order mayo), the bread was super dry and hard. Had to choke it down.

This was a very dirty place. I was put off by all the cut pieces of bread on the countertop. Slimy looking sink. The meat and veggies looked very old. I sat outside on a phone call for 30-40 minutes before entering the store. I didn’t see anyone eating or entering. In that time. So there was no reason for the place to look that dirty and in organized. Definitely not up to food or subway standards. I can’t comment on the food as I had to walk back out.

Very impressed with the young men working here! They were fast and attentive and seemed very happy to be working! It was a pleasant surprise. The sandwiches were made to perfection. Only negative was they only had two options of bread available, perhaps it was too late in the day.

It’s mine and my partners last night in glennwood, lemme just tell you. The best mf subway. Great way to end our trip.

My employees went to this subway twice in the last week and a half. Both times they heard the employees saying that the online orders were more important and to do them first. The first time they waited to get their food and were very late coming back to work. The second time they heard the employees say that they would not be helped until the online orders were done, they just left.

There's no way you can't give their good stars. You literally make your own sandwich. Their service was great, except they didn't have meat balls readily available, so I'm giving it a 4 star. They did their job well as far as I'm concerned. Subway is awesome!

Evrytime I'm here I have to wait 30 plus minutes for a mediocre sandwich. Half the time there staff doesn't show up and they expect 1 person to handle 4 people walking in every 5 minutes. Hats off to the one guy who shows up. Get your stuff together subway.

I Am traveling from out of state ,I stop in and was completely disgusting dirty ,employee did not change his gloves why refilling all of the vegetables he went from one to the next and picking up other trays as well without changing them. Also do not serve soup. I couldn't get any kind food due to they have wheat bread only their prices are out dated horrible and filthy and give subway a bad name.

Overpriced food, bad service, uncaring employees, and refused to accept subway specific coupons that we received in the mail not 5 days ago. Subway as a whole has gone down hill hard; and for the price youll find my buisness at nicer sitdown restaurants that charge the same and have a much better attitude about making money.

Besides the poor attitude/customer service in general I don't get these new menu options. You say order and we do the rest. Well every time no one knows the combos and just asked you what you want on your sandwiches anyways. ... What's the difference besides higher prices ?

Nice little subway just on the corner of the main road. Nice quick pit stop if you happen to be biking, jogging, walking in the area. Good service quality food. Fast and Efficient.
