Place doesn't deserve a star! Terrible service, very disorganized! There is no commitment to the patient! Don't answer the phone before calling 9 times! The appointment you make with the patient 30 minutes in advance is worthless; you will wait 6 hours to be seen! It doesn't indicate anything about procedures on the phone, but when you arrive at the location you have to fast! And makes you wait 6 hours! This can only be a delay until the technician or doctor arrives at the clinic to do your exam! Terrible service at this place!! I don't recommend this place!

Experiência horrível. Não explicam os procedimentos e não permitem que acompanhe idoso ao exame. Minha mãe idosa e com locomoção comprometida, teve que entrar sozinha para a área de espera para o exame. Ainda, a sala de espera não comporta todas as pessoas e muitos idosos têm que permanecer em pé para aguardar ser chamado. Só que a ganância por dinheiro é tão grande que colocam por ordem de chegada e como o espaço é muito pequeno, deixam as pessoas em pé. A clínica deveria ser alvo de inspeção da secretária de saúde e CREMEGO.

Hoje tinha 2 exames marcados na clinica e fui maravilhosamente atendida por duas funcionárias que se chamam Ana Beatriz e rana uma super atenção, super indico essa clínica pra quem quer fazer exames voltarei mais vezes ,😚😚👏👏👏

The person responsible for the ultrasound seemed unprepared and completely incomprehensible with the questions I asked. And in the end they didn't give me the results of the exam, so I called several times asking for at least a photo, which I didn't respond to. I think it's the worst clinic I've ever been to, you arrive and they put us in a room and when you think you're going to be seen, you go to another room, the service at reception is really quick, but until you can do the exam it's complicated the waiting time is 2 hours or more, every time I came it took me more than two hours to see the doctors.
