We
returned
to
the
US
last
week
from
a
two
week
stay
in
Gold
Coast,
Australia
at
the
Rhapsody
Resort
/
Surfer’s
Paradise.
It
was
a
beautiful
place
to
stay
in
a
great
location,
right
at
the
beach,
right
by
a
Tram
stop
and
just
the
right
distance
from
the
excitement
of
the
heart
of
the
tourist
district.
Easy
enough
to
walk
to,
but
on
a
slightly
more
peaceful
part
of
the
strip.
What
really
stood
out
for
us
about
Rhapsody
Resort
was
the
care
and
the
customer
service
we
received
throughout
our
stay.
(Most
notably,
from
the
lovely
Danielle.)
From
the
instant
we
walked
through
the
lobby
doors
we
felt
taken
care
of.
We
were
hours
early
due
to
the
early
arrival
time
of
our
long,
grueling
overnight
flight.
They
welcomed
us
and
very
gladly
held
onto
our
luggage
and
made
the
resort
facilities
accessible
to
us
while
they
rushed
to
get
our
room
ready
for
us
early.
And
all
the
way
through
our
stay,
we
were
met
with
warm
greetings,
great
advice
and
ideas
and
local
tips
that
really
impacted
our
stay
in
the
most
positive
ways.
It
was
as
if
we
were
suddenly
best
friends
with
a
local
concierge,
and
we
are
so
grateful
for
all
they
did
as
they
went
out
of
their
way
to
make
our
stay
special
and
free
of
hassles.
You
just
don’t
see
that
so
much
any
more.
I
hope
that
the
management
knows
what
a
wonderful
operation
they
have
going
on
at
that
front
desk
owing
to
Danielle
and
her
colleagues.
Especially
in
the
changing
landscape
of
hospitality,
I
think
the
personal
touches
afforded
by
the
staff
members
such
as
we
experienced,
are
absolutely
critical,
and
I
hope
that
this
company
recognizes
that
and
rewards
and
cultivates
their
customer-facing
staff
accordingly.
They
are
wonderful
and
made
our
stay
what
it
was.
And
what
it
was
was
amazing,
and
beautiful
and
restful
and
fun
and
we
would
very
much
look
forward
to
returning
one
day.
