My
experience
today
was
Disgusting
at
pert
barn
Nerang.
This
wasn’t
the
first
or
second
or
third
time
it’s
happened
it’s
happened
so
many
times
I
can’t
remember.
Every
time
I’ve
had
to
bathe
my
dog
here
I’ve
had
to
either
stop
mid
wash
leave
my
dog
cold
and
go
inside
wait
in
line
to
be
served
then
tell
the
staff
the
dog
wash
is
blocked
up
and
overflowing
or
I’ve
had
to
just
finish
and
not
dry
him
because
you
cannot
when
it’s
backed
up
and
foam
and
other
dogs
dog
hair
is
everywhere
inside
the
tub.
It’s
not
the
customers
fault
before
me
it’s
the
responsibility
of
the
store
to
send
their
staff
out
there
and
clean
them
during
the
day.
My
frustration
lies
with
the
fact
it’s
every
single
time
I’ve
used
the
services
here.
Today
I
finished
up
because
it
was
freezing
and
I’d
rather
not
leave
my
pet
cold
in
the
tub
so
I
dried
him
with
my
towel
I
brought
and
went
inside
to
complain
to
manger.
She
unfortunately
and
arrogantly
gave
me
every
excuse
why
it
wasn’t
done
even
though
I
counted
3
staff
members
walking
around
with
no
customers
inside
and
nothing
to
do.
I
explained
it’s
not
good
enough
as
of
course
I
was
unimpressed
and
over
wasting
money
on
a
non
useable
dog
wash.
It’s
not
just
me
I
see
every
customer
dealing
with
it
here
but
half
the
people
don’t
bother
going
inside
to
complain.
Bottom
line
is
it’s
not
good
enough
there’s
no
reason
for
it
to
be
in
such
a
disgusting
state
every
time
for
a
job
that
I’ve
watched
been
done
many
times
that
takes
all
of
4-5
mins
to
clean.
Managers
response
“do
you
come
on
weekends
because
it’s
always
busy
and
dirty
so
you
just
need
to
come
inside
and
complain
then
we
will
fix
it”
with
one
staff
member
next
to
me
doing
absolutely
nothing
I
suggested
they
could
be
outside
keeping
it
clean
as
they
weren’t
busy
and
her
response
“actually
my
staff
are
busy”
she
was
not
good
at
conflict
resolution
as
I
left
upset,
Unheard
and
until
I
argued
my
point,
didn’t
revive
an
apology
until
the
end
after
a
massive
back
and
forth
situation.
Didn’t
get
my
money
back
for
an
unfortunately
half
cleaned
dog
that
was
cold
and
left
soaking
wet
as
I
had
to
spend
a
few
minutes
of
my
time
cleaning
the
tub
out
inside
of
attending
to
him.
I
do
not
use
this
service
unless
I
have
to
and
today
the
car
wash
down
the
road
had
there’s
out
of
service
but
I
have
never
once
had
to
ask
of
them
to
clean
it
out
so
why
should
I
have
to
every
time
at
pet
barn
Nerang?
I
know
this
happens
to
many
people
and
I
know
it’s
frustrating
because
it’s
inconvenient
to
have
to
leave
your
dog
unattended
it’s
not
safe
to
either
to
have
to,
just
to
remind
staff
to
do
a
simple
job.
Also
please
bare
in
mind
I
wouldn’t
have
bothered
writing
a
review
if
this
happened
once
or
twice
I
know
they
get
dirty
from
hairy
dogs,
BUT
this
was
the
probably
10th
consecutive
time
it’s
occurred
here
and
in
any
ones
right
mind
that’s
not
good
enough
and
it’s
just
a
bad
experience
from
staff
no
managing
the
issue
properly.
To
the
rude
Manager
that
I
expressed
I
would
write
a
bad
review
today
to
because
she
couldn’t
just
simply
say
I’m
sorry
you
had
a
bad
experience
today
and
maybe
made
me
feel
like
the
situation
would
be
looked
after
better
next
time,
you
should
better
handle
conflict
resolution
because
responding
to
the
problem
with
excuses
and
not
hearing
out
my
frustrations
as
your
customer
by
maybe
seeing
where
I
was
coming
from,
resulting
in
a
bad
review
and
an
extremely
upset
customer.
