Rudest staff. Never acknowledge you when you walk in. Very intimidating. Shame beacuse they have beautiful products :( do better.

I live locally but had not visited James Street recently. I was given a gift voucher to use, so I promptly made my way to this delightful space. The jewellery is so exquisitely displayed, the light dances onto the walls. I was immediately caught by this beautifully delicate cuff and I carried it with me until I was sure there was nothing else that captured my eye. Devine.

Usually my favourite shop ever! But there was a girl working today who was so rude! She was very arrogant when people were asking questions and was just on her phone with lots of people in the shop. Usually way better service!

Sometimes too trendy and busy to make for a truly enjoyable shopping experience and a bit of attitude from cooler-than-you sales girls but an otherwise classic Gold Coast gem with the hottest brands, quirky homewares and to die for accessories. Just expect to shell out some cash for the privilege!

Awesome products from clothing to homewares. I have purchased from here a few times and will continue to do so. However if you don't fit the GC instagram influencer profile don't expect to be treated very well in store.

I can always count on Emte for the perfect gift for my partner, mom, or sister. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful in selecting what I should get. I always leave feeling confident in my purchases from here. Thanks for making shopping not so bad!

AMAZING STAFF!!! So friendly and helpful and the products are gorgeous. It’s wonderful to see local jeweller’s/designers having their pieces available for us to enjoy and so we can support them. Having said that the only negative is a lack of updated products on display or for sale in store. If you have pieces for sale online they should be in the store and if you do have gorgeous clothes for sale in store they should also be online so it’s streamlined. I don’t particularly enjoy using change rooms these days and I have seen some clothes in store that aren’t online to purchase. Other than that keep up the great work staff, you work so hard, you deserve a bonus and I look forward to visiting again soon to see what’s coming in for Xmas 🎄

A beautiful shop with beauty pieces of jewellery. This shop is quite expensive for jewellery but the clothes are quite affordable. Dresses for all sizes. I’m a curvy 12 and have bought a couple of dresses from here. The staff are friendly however don’t greet you when you first enter the store. I’ve found this to be a couple of times when at the shop to be honest. A great little shop nonetheless and a good way to spend time on a trip down James St, Burleigh Heads.

Had the nicest experience in Emte with the 2 beautiful staff members on shift today. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Both staff members were extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the brands they stock. 10/10 !!

Check the specifications of these rings before you spend the money… $300 products that are $30 product, $270 marketing… do your research before you buy. Lovely staff.

The owner is so beautiful and helped me out when I needed a return. The store itself is gorgeous, lovely helpful staff and a beautiful experience all round.
