Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here because this is the best KFC around for the next 50 km! Amazing fast service and cheerful employees! Have had almost everything at this KFC and it has all been top notch. Everyone says the staff have no energy but it sounds like they are more describing the pines KFC. The food has always been fresh and with all brand new friers and cook tops make everything taste so much better. This will always be my go to KFC from now on

Probably the worst run KFC I've ever encountered. Several times now got the order home and a quarter of the order isn't there and half of it is wrong. Then when you contact the store they'll throw a tantrum every time. Pines one isn't great either but much better than this one. Do yourself a favour and make the 5 minute drive to that one. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

It seems alright from the outside, but when order your food expecting it to be nice and fresh you get the complete opposite. The chicken is very dry, the chips had no salt at all. The only good think was the drink. There frozen machine is never working, but you would expect everything to work because it’s new 🤦‍♂️

Never disappointed, sometimes took a while to get my order but worthy to wait as they make quality Kfc, In Gold Coast I think KFC Currumbin is the best for me Chips hot, Chicken just right,not overcooked and burger was fresh Keep it up guys, love your duty 5 star

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! Ordered $80 worth of food to enjoy with a game of footy, chips cold, burgers dry, chicken tasteless and gravy slightly warm! Was missing a drink and when I called up to ask about the missing drink I was treated like I was the one in the wrong! Will never come to this KFC again, disgusting!

Honestly I don't ever leave reviews, or complaints about KFC especially though I literally threw my 3 piece in the bin because the chicken tasted & smelt like some sort cleaning chemical. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs!

16/9/23: 4th time trying this KFC today and every single time there's something wrong. Ordered extra salt on my chips and got cold, soggy chips with ZERO salt. Not one spec. Inedible soggy potato. Essentially paid $20 for 3 very small pieces of chicken. Why is this brand new store so consistently BAD?! Train your staff for crying out loud. Original Review: Wasn't given what I ordered. What I did get was good quality.. just disappointing after treating myself to kfc for the first time in years to discover when I got home that I didn't get what I asked for.

The chicken was great, but in a 15-piece box, we only got 1 breast, and there were 6 little wings as part of the pack. It's not really good value for the price.

Ate at the new KFC at servo and went inside for the first time. Toilets were absolutely disgusting and the work benches inside where they cook food is putrid. It's only a few months old and it already looks disgusting. Management need to do better.

Terrible, brought 5 piece box small chips 6 nuggets. $32 I got 3 pieces of the small part of the wing, 1 leg and another tiny piece. Didn’t receive the source with the cold nuggets. No napkins. What a joke
