Great tavern, has a playground for the kids and foxtel for the adults. The food was delicious. Highly Recommended.

We had the manager (I believe) seat us, he was so nice and accommodating and really just made us feel welcome. All of the the staff here were so nice and friendly. The steak was cooked perfectly, the meals were huge and well priced. Our cocktails were great and were served to us at the table.

Good pub in Coomera, Meals were quick and great value, Staff friendly. The brisket was tender and just pulled apart. Definitely coming back for this..

Haven't been here since it changed over from The Lost City. Nice family friendly venue. Friendly attentive staff. I enjoyed the Thai beef salad. Tasty, good serving size to price point with good amount of beef. The other meal was a senior's fish and mashed potato with vegetables. The senior enjoyed the potato but found the battered fish a bit soggy. In all was a pleasant time and would eat there again.

Very friendly staff, good food& enjoyable atmosphere. What not to like?...

Amazing family restaurant. I cannot commend the staff highly enough for their customer service. Huge playground for kids and great food. As a parent to two autistic girls, was so happy that their chicken nuggets were not the typical crunchy/plastic like ones that other places have.

If we could give this venue 100 stars we would! The food was outstanding, the kids area is fantastic and the staff were lovely. It has been years since we have enjoy ourselves this much at a venue!! Only wish we weren’t only holiday and could visit this place regularly. Thank you for an outstanding night had by our family 😁

Service is amazing! Been there a few times.. Shout out to Kendel who was amazing & making sure our daughter who is allergic to eggs & dairy was well looked after.. AMAZING FOOD!

Our craft group recently had our end of year celebration at the Wattle, the food service was outstanding all 20 ladies loved their meals in fact none of us had room for dessert. Most of the staff where happy and accommodating to our needs. We also where permitted to decorate the table to give us a more Christmasy vibe. We will be back.

Would of given this place zero awhile ago. Management has changed the staff and that was a great discussion. The staff is just such a fresh breath of air. Because I have severe anxiety and depression the last lot of staff that was there made it a very anxious place to be . Now a pleasure thanks to the wonderful staff. Thank you for being lovely people.

The food was lovely, but the wait was like an hour, and they missed something off the order. I would still go back just at a different time of day 😊

Atmosphere was good. Staff super friendly, we had a big group and someone came out to let us know that they hadn't forgotten they were just super busy as our food took ages, but was delicious.

The new menu is lacking. All the favourites are missing. Gluten free options minimal. I had bangers and mash as gf option and they took away my onion rings even though I'd paid for them. Chicken parmis were soggy and too cheesy and overcooked. We will find a new tavern to eat out at... plenty of them around. Not good... very disappointed.

A couple of minor details worth noting re food, chips were majority small burnt crisp that weren't accessible via cutlery eg fork, carrots were cooked perfectly but somehow tasted bland minus salt , Parma was very good, mushroom sauce top notch. Service was slow, took 20 mins to order drinks and order food, couple of slow coaches in front, ordering process slow and needs to be looked at.

Everything was ok. But the big let down is the wait times. Twice we have waited more than 30 minutes. This time it was a 55 minute wait !! Table 53 ordered at 6.30pm. Told to expect a 40 minute wait. Ordered 2 steak and a barramundi. After i went to the kitchen and questioned where were they, they came out at 7.25pm. Sorry, you've lost a local families patronage.

Great pub in Coomera. We came for an afternoon drink. There is a kids' play area, and it seemed there was a kids' party happening. You wouldn't have known except we entered the kids zone to have a look at the cool set-up. Staff friendly and service was great.

Great place to meet with friends for conversation and a tasty meal. Varied menu and caters for seniors. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and reasonable prices. Highly recommended 👌

The food can be hit and miss at The wattle. I have some absolutely awesome dinner dishes, then go back (sometimes within a few days of each other) and I can barely finish quater of a plate if I'm lucky. 😕 very inconsistent. BUT the staff are wonderful, very quick service, friendly and attentive. I will keep going back - as its one of the locals, but will mostly only go for the odd drink not necessarily the food.

Excellent place. Staff on entrance ( near playground) were so very polite, welcoming and helpful l. Two ladies in particular, one named Selline ? The other taller with a pony tail. They should be commended on their excellent warm customer service. Food was also very nice. Bar staff also friendly. You are clearly recruiting good people and training the well.

Went to the pub for some beers. It's OK, there are the usual pokie machines, keno and sport betting. There is both an inside and outside area. Ample parking, not on the main road. There is also an ATM present. Service is great.

We had a great time at The Wattle. Got there early after reviews stated playground can get noisy. We enjoyed entrees but mains arrived as we were still eating the entrees. Food was ok. I really liked my tofu burger.. great combo and condiments on it. The reno is great. Bathrooms clean and VERY NICE staff.

The Asian beef brisket was awesome and our steaks were cooked perfectly. The staff are amazingly friendly and this is clearly because of the amazing manager Pete who is so on top of everything. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment and will be back again

Just moved to the area so thought we would give The Wattle a go - was Sunday lunch, very busy. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff were great, food was excellent ( had a BLT and a burger, really good!) and at under $60 for lunch for two including a couple of drinks, was great value these days. Will definitely go back. Give it a go.

Visited with a group after hearing about the awesome new playground. The playground IS awesome, but more suited to older kids. There is no gate and a couple of different exits, so it’s possible that a child could run out, then through the automatic doors to the carpark. It was very, very busy so we were lucky to have booked. The food was nice. We were in the room off the playground which was a bit stuffy & warm.

Great new renos, awesome menu, amazing food. Only thing that really lets it down is the customer service from Trish or Trisha. She was so rude to our group 3 or 4 times during lunch. Just her presence made us feel intimidated and ready to leave. Aaron - the young fella serving us was amazing and an absolute asset to your restaurant.

Place serves lovely food but if you are going somewhere wanting a good atmosphere and lovely customer service, then don't go here. You can barely get any of the staff to smile, especially the younger staff. They really need to rethink their job positions and if they don't like working there then go and get another job. It just makes the place feel and look not great.

Good environment ... Good food and awesome kids play area!!! In terms of value of money.... mmm portion of the main meal can be bigger if possible. Ordered battered fish and chips .... not value for money at all. Ordered sirloin steak medium rare, it arrived medium well - feedback to the staff, they changed it straight away. Good service indeed!!!

Fantastic venue! Looks recently renovated, really good kids play area. Food was fresh, cooked well and reasonably priced. Absolutely will be returning! Worth joining up as a member, it's free and you start saving straight away. A portion of what you spend is donated to a charity too. Great spot for the family!
