Atomic. Simply really good burger with excellent balance of everything. It's got all you need. No second thought like ok something is missing like a lot of other burgers would make you have. It's big enough and is a perfect portion together with a soft drink for one. Really cheap for a good burger. I had a double tho, so not sure if the else is like. But I'd say the good reputation won't fail in any case. Just like it didn't on me. Service is good and food comes in time.

Food is absolutely amazing. No complaints. We order pick up from thr restaurant and either they forget items or miss on cooking instructions. With one of my order they forgot to give 3 chips and second time they missed on dips and process to claim refund is very lengthy and exhausting. Staff needs to be more attentive.

Yum yum yum! Nothing better than a fresh, grilled, simple burger. I love the simplicity of the menu and I love the prices even more. The burgers taste so homemade and nothing like fast food.

Absolutely amazing burger. Along with sweet potato fries and onion rings. This is hands down one of the better burger joints in Surfers Paradise Highly recommend. The staff are amazing.

I discovered Betty's Burgers right here and I must say, it was a great way to kick off my evening. The atmosphere was amazing and the restaurant had an easy order and dining access point which made things even better. It's great to see that Betty's Burgers have expanded across Australia, making it easier to find one to enjoy their delicious burgers and fries. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Betty's Burgers to anyone looking for a delicious, casual dining experience.

The burgers are amazing! Great flavour and were delivered fresh. Onion rings and chips are also great. Didn't visit the store, but I imagine that it's the same standard as most Betty's. The chicken strips were super dry, and unfortunately, I didn't receive the sauce I ordered for them. Wouldn't recommend them.

Ordered 3 deluxe for take away and got 1 after 20 min waiting. I was really frustrated because I parked on the street with 30min limit. Had to move my car let alone all burgers and chips loose their texture.

This is the best burger I've had in Australia yet. And it's even a pretty good burger by international standards. Tasty juicy, and moist. The price of this better burger was also about 25% less than many of the other burgers I've had here in Australia. Our table service provided by Tiamah was excellent 🙂

I am staying in Surfers Paradise, so it was easy to visit here. This restaurant is famous so it is one of my to-do list! Shroom burger 🍔 was really great and melting soon I felt crispy! Very fantastic collaboration! Recommend to visit and try Shroom burger and enjoy the mood in SufersParadise! ❤️

Betty’s has been my #1 burger spot since arriving in Australia last year! The staff at the SP location are always friendly, the atmosphere is always great and clean! Whether I’m ordering in, taking out or getting it delivered; it never fails to hit the spot! So many options for different burgs, I highly recommend!

The food was amazing, ( In my daughters words - the burgers were soooo good ) The entire family loved the design of the restaurant. Caitlin greeted us at the door straight away. Very polite and professional 👌 👍

The basic burger was great taste, but not that special like what I expected. The milkshake was good!! lovely, freindly staffs!

Absolutely delicious! The thick shakes are worth every cent too! We had to go back and try them all. If you love peanut butter definitely try the thick shake (it was my favorite)

The burger buns are always so fresh and soft. Fresh salad adds to the great burger experience. Jess gave wonderful service with a smile 🙂

Ordered burgers, chips and onion rings with a group. We all found the burgers done to perfection, onion rings were great, french fries were a little cold upon arrival, but they fixed that in a jiffy with a fresh batch.

Delicious burgers! The Betty’s Classic was just the perfect classic burger and the Spicy Grilled Chicken burger was great. The burgers were light and a decent size, but not too big or greasy. The Crispy Chicken Strips with Betty’s Special Sauce was the best though! So much flavour and also not heavy or greasy for fried food. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by.

The food is pretty good considering the prices are pretty up there. It is American style burgers and food. The food is a little greasy but tastes good still. There isn't too long of a wait as they pump the food out fairly quickly. The venue is quite nice and kept clean. The staff are friendly also. You can sit at tables inside or outside. If you are looking for some American food this is probably your best option.

The burgers were sooo good! And very reasonably priced. Regardless of having to wait for a table, it was overall a very good dinner! I would highly recommend it. And the burgers are halal as well!!

We had Shroom Burger and Betty’s Classic with french fries and onion rings on the side we also had speacial sauce which was the only good thing, really flavorsome a little bit sour but that is good. Shroom Burger was quite watery and had weird sweet taste to it. Betty’s Classic more or less okay but the patty was very thin and dry.

Love that this bettys has halal friendly options. The beef and chicken are halal, but just have to request the staff to cook and handle it separately to the bacon + also ask the grill to be cleaned prior to cooking the halal meats. For halal options, also avoid items that are beer battered.

Great spot to spend my work lunch break. Staff were friendly and helpful. I got a table straight away with my wife and daughter. The young woman at the counter was attentive and got my order correct and she was friendly to my 4 year old daughter when she gave my daughter a straw for her Sprite drink. Food came out quicker than expected and was great. I will definitely come back again.

This place was absolutely amazing. After a long day of travelling from overseas and theme parks it was amazing to come to a restaurant with amazing food and amazing service. We got served by Patrick and Lupe and they were amazing! So kind and worked so fast and efficiently while giving absolutely smashing service! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Feels like an upscale McDonald’s with above average burgers and chips. Service is good and the atmosphere is vibrant and fun. So, lets break it down… Atmosphere: ***** Very well-presented store, bright and colourful with a very fun and happy vibe to it. Customer Service: **** You were greeted with a smile and directed to your table – no table service unfortunately, you do need to order at the counter when you are ready and when the order is complete you will be handed a beeper to collect it. Both representatives who directed us to the table and took our order were very happy and willing to assist in anyway possible. The food was cooked within about 7-10 minutes. Food (Why we are here): **** Order: Betty’s Double (with Betty’s special sauce) and chips The Burger: To be honest, this is a heavy burger. It was tasty but very fatty and greasy, I was exceptionally hungry but the flavour of the fat and greasy was almost all I could taste at the end of it. High recommend if hung over or finishing a big night. 😊 Chips were well cook but not the best. Overall: Really feels like an upscale McDonald’s, nothing wrong with that – but I personally think that burgers a little over-hyped for what they are. Nevertheless, my burger and the others with me were tasty and I can see why this place is so popular. I’m going to return to try a somewhat healthier option. 😊

ordered the noosa classic surf as well as the grilled chicken burger and it was……. awesome. bun is soft yet toasted, chicken used was chicken breast and it’s so soft and tender! the prawn matches well with the beef. overall just awesome dinner!!! oienna was helpful and friendly, offered to get my meal served to me when my buzzer rang:) will come again!!!

Tiannah was polite, friendly and very helpful. I ordered salad and added chicken, pineapple, beetroot and she was very helpful with her customer service. The food was delicious. The only negative we had is the music is a little loud, across all Betty's stores, you can't hear the person across from you. We love Betty's. It's our favourite burger place
