This
was
my
third
time
staying
at
this
hotel.
It's
a
beautiful
hotel
with
a
stunning
interior
and
great
location.
Based
on
the
last
two
visits
I
would
have
given
it
5
stars
however
I
noticed
quite
a
few
things
this
time.
First,
the
hotel
has
damage
on
the
walls,
furniture,
floors
and
decor.
It
is
apparent
that
the
hotel
has
not
been
looked
after
and
dents,
scratches,
knocks
have
not
been
filled/fixed.
The
bathroom
shower
in
some
areas
had
some
*black
spots*
which
I
did
not
expect,
the
toilet
was
constantly
leaking/running.
Now
let's
talk
about
the
service,
the
lady
at
check
in
had
a
bit
of
an
attitude,
her
politeness
was
very
forced
and
it
appeared
as
though
she
couldn't
get
rid
of
me
fast
enough.
The
parking
man
at
the
valet,
didn't
assist
with
luggage
until
I
mentioned
that
I
would
like
valet
parking
($50
per
day),
and
$1500
for
two
nights,
you
would
expect
somewhat
better
service
from
the
staff
and
a
hotel
in
better
shape.
We
ordered
room
service
twice,
I
was
surprised
to
see
they
charge
a
$8
fee
for
it.
I'm
not
sure
if
that's
the
new
norm
now
but
I
have
not
been
to
a
single
hotel
where
I
was
charged
extra
for
room
service.
The
remote
in
the
room
just
did
not
work,
and
it
was
a
pain
getting
anything
on
the
TV
to
work
because
of
that.
I
understand
that
this
is
a
5
star
hotel
however
I
feel
that
upkeep
was
lacking
and
service
was
average.
Overall,
an
underwhelming
experience
and
for
this
I've
given
it
3
stars.
