We had a few good and not so good times here on our 10 day stay. Basic cabin definately not big enough for 2A and 2K, didn't have the budget to get other rooms, advise you to do it you can afford! Suits 1 or 2 people, max. Pros: clean toilets and showers, staff at reception are nice, kids enjoyed the pool and waterside, clean BBQ cooking facility, close to beach and restaurants. Cons: double bed mattress very thin/old and springs dig into your body, woke up sore everyday, no bench space to cook/put items, only 1 main light which is fluorescent and far too bright, door has no handle which isn't ideal having to open the door 100 times to get in and out especially with kids, TV was placed in the corner and couldn't be watched as bunks in the way, staff (apart from reception) not friendly and don't even say hi/smile, opposite toilet block which shines bright light into cabin all night (blind is not the right type), very small space and everything is old, can only access 2 out of 4 chairs at the table. Free Wifi doesn't work on either mobiles, even though we got 2 codes, gave up in the end.

For a lower budget accomodation site I found it to be an almost perfect stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even provided us a late checkout. Everything was clean, the pool facilities nice. And just a short walk to the beach and a few shops. Not the most aesthetic rooms, but clean and practical. I just wish for a site this big they didn’t provide single use plastic dishwashing liquid and washing powder. Would love to see bigger companies moving away from that. And even providing a recycling bin in their rooms would be great.

Handy quiet spot for the caravan yet opposite Miami beach restaurants and shops. The shops nearby are good value for coffee, breakie and restaurant meals. Aldi and Coles 7 mins south. Much more reasonable than further down near Burleigh Heads which is so busy. Also great to explore the bike paths along beachfront while exploring the beaches both north and south. A favourite for the kids is the mega waterside and pool with nice loungers poolside. Has 7 premium tourist sites for vans, 13 standard sites also with slabs and a large area for grass sites. Amenities are always clean and tidy and great hot showers. It's noticeable that accommodation and many cabins are being renewed to a great standard. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a great time there. Caretakers were awesome and helpful, communication was excellent. Stayed in the two storey villa which was nice but floors weren't cleaned properly and the second bedroom had no air con.

It was SO comfortable and felt really secure. We were kindly upgraded to a small cabin beside the pool and it was such a nice cabin. The pool was fantastic too and I was super stoked that I was able to get some peaceful laps in (wasn't full of children 24/7!). It served as a great base for the couple of days we spent in the area - had we known what was in store for us there I would have planned to extend our stay.

A prefect little weekend away, we have been twice now. Both times have had 7 cabins booked- they were so accommodating. Ice cream eating challenge on the Saturday pool side was a laugh. Enjoy your next stay at nobbys beach holiday village

Booked a powered camp site. Easy to find, great location, and a very nice village! Friendly, helpful staffs who came over to help when they saw us struggling with our van. 👍🏻 5 star facilities - BBQ, laundry room, shower rooms all were very clean and plenty available. Only downside was the laundry machines only used coins!

Great place to stay with family and wider group Liked · it has great facilities like laundry services, sufficient shared showers and bathrooms, locked so no outsider can come in anytime unless they know the code to enter, weekly activities for kids and families, pool with slides Disliked · no wifi or atleast did not work for us and having sometimes noisy neighbours late at night

We stayed hat Nobbys Beach Holiday Village for a week and it was great. We stayed in a cabin pool side and it was an absolutely tidy, spacious and beautiful cabin. It also had an outside table and chairs and a fantastic BBQ. The kids loved the pool. It's quite central to shops and activities to do. Reason I am giving it a four rating is the parking We were only allowed one car due to the limited parking on site. We would have to park the car out on the street.

We had a family unit for 3 nights. It's reasonably priced and a good spot if you dont want to stay at surfers. The water slide is fun. The bad: Our TV doesn't work... tried ringing the office at 3pm on a weekend, but there was no answer (in all honesty what are they going to do by the time we leave anyway? lol). We were trying to entertain a 2 year old. The wifi range to our unit was limited, rendering it barely usable. Trying to park a big car into the provided small car space is risky. There are no locks on the bathroom door, so the kids just roam in freely. Lots of negatives are easily fixable but frustrating to deal with when travelling.

Dont look past this place, even though it's on a highway the solid fence shuts out any noise. Quick walk to the beach. I booked a family get together here, Cabins and Sites, very hospitable staff, clean, friendly, close to bus stop that can take you to G-Tram and beyond. Kids can be well entertained. Clean camp kitchen and Hub. Play area suitable for that awkward pre teen age. Beds are comfy. Thankyou so much Nobby Holiday Village.

Close enough to the beach to go for a walk each day. Good bars and restaurants close. Sites are a bit small but well maintained.

Lovely modern, clean and up to date facilities. We were treated to a free upgrade on arrival, didn't even ask, it was a lovely suprise. The cabins are well self contained with a kitchen including stove, and a clean outside BBQ. Aircon in the main room and main bedroom, fans in the main room and kids room. Games room for the kids and a decent size heated pool with a terrific water slide. Perfectly situated for any activities. Pretty much all the Gold Coast is within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Short walk to the beach aswell, which is hard to park at. All round great place, I'd definitely come back. Only thing i can recommend for staff is the trees/bushes behind the cabins brush up against the walls in the wind and you can hear it all night, might just need a trim. Didn't keep me up though.

Had a great stay here, we requested to make a few changes to our booking leading up to our arrival which was never a problem with the staff and they happily actioned these as they could. All staff were super friendly and helpful. All facilities were super clean and we enjoyed the food trucks and entertainment throughout our stay. Well located with beach, food and drink near by. Thankyou to everyone at Nobby Beach and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend a stay here

An excellent place to stay. Girls loved the slide and pool, a short walk to the beach and lots to do at the park. The ninja playground was a huge hit! A great place for a family holiday.

Great for a night stopover. But if you are thinking longer term I’d personally give it a miss. The site itself is tight although we did have our own hard standing area and we were positioned close to the amenities but that’s the only bonus on this occasion. Staff were helpful and friendly, WiFi was weak and we weren’t to far from the office. Toilets and showers were clean and regularly kept that way. It’s a 39 minute Uber to the hub of the Gold Coast which cost us $22 which wasn’t too bad. Also you have a Cole’s a short drive down from the site. Would I stay again. Probably not.

My family of 4 stayed one of the sea breeze villas for 7 days. We loved it. Villa was clean. Split system in loungeroom and also the bedroom. All the appliances looked brand new and they even leave windows open to air the rooms out once the villas are unoccupied. Kids loved the pool and the slide and the area we stayed in had a grass area for the kids to play around on. The reviews you see will be from people who stayed in the cheaper rooms don't let this scare you away. It was a nice place overall and we will come back again.

Clean and modern cabins were very spacious. Unfortunately a "pest" problem inhibiting them was ignored when we alerted the owner as they tried to palm it off as something else. Disappointing as it would of been a 4 star review otherwise

Currently staying in the garden penthouse for four nights, booked on AirBnb. Fantastic space, quiet location, clean inside. The pool and slide are loved by the kids. Great place to stay whilst visiting family. Staff were so welcoming and kind after us getting there right on 6pm the other night. Offsets the disappointment of visiting Movie World yesterday (overpriced thieves do not go to Movie World) however that is a different review entirely. This holiday park is wonderful and in such a great location.

Perfect place to play and sleep for the family, close to all main attractions. The Holiday village is very clean & maintained, pool is a big hit for all ages. Superior Villas are perfect for families stays. We'll definitely be coming back!

This place would benefit from a café of some sort so you can purchase a coffee or a wine, the rooms were tidy and clean (although my tap dripped all night i am sure it is repaired now) the bunk beds were in view of the TV making it impossible to watch, however you get what you pay for. The slide and pool area was clean and the kids had a whale of a time, Beach and shops close by, parking spaces very small as in i had to do a 50 point turn to get out! would return :)

Been there lately for just two nights. The cabin house is good but it's not that clean. We couldn't access the internet for the whole days we stayed and then one time we went out, it took us 10 minutes before we got out. The pass code for the gate didn't work, we tried several times, I even went back to the house just to make sure we pressed the right code. But then we didn't know there was someone in the reception where the cameras are. My husband went in and told the staff to open up the gate. I don't understand why it didn't open up for us. Before us, the other cars passed already through, their pass code worked properly. It's impossible the staff didn't see us on camera,I just felt like the staff is playing on us.

Very narrow streets in the caravan Park especially if you have a big caravan. Sites are very small. Close enough to hear your neighbours farts. $54 a night. Good position, close to shops and beach. It's Ok. Jim

Great accommodation. Awesome facilities! Thoroughly enjoyable stay, the pool was a big hit with the kids. We will definitely go there again!

We will definitely be back..To start:- Cabin is suitable for those with a disability (personally:- vision & mobility impaired, only issue was pool didn't handrails to help get in or out Second thing is the cabins are very clean & very well equipped even a personal bbq located at every cabin.. First class customer service, where your treated as a VIP to them and not just a number.. We had started our weekend off by checking into a well known holiday park in Helensvale, where we were definitely disappointed by lack of room cleanliness and the fact someone had managed to use our room without permission or knowledge of the staff.. So we decided to try this place & what an awesome decision that was . Highly recommended..

Stayed at Nobby Beach for 6 nights had a great stay, powered grass site, good pool area and slide good for kids and adults, amenities could of been cleaned more often, our site was pretty tight access not leaving a lot of room to park the car, would stay again.

  • 4/5 Darren R. 1 year ago on Google
A good place for a family holiday. We stayed in a cabin that was reasonably comfortable for a family of 5. The beach is a short walk away with lots of food options within walking distance. The slide is a lot of fun for adults and kids but it closes at about 5 which is a bit of bummer in the summer light. Also swimming stops at sunset which means no night time swims. Friendly staff great value

We stayed here over New Years and had the BEST time! We stayed in the Poolside Deluxe Villas - they were very modern and clean with great ammenities. My daughters LOVED the pool and waterslide and spent most of our time there in the pool. They have an awesome holiday program with different activities each day that the parents can join in too. There were a great group of guests there so the overall vibe was great. The entire Holiday Village was kept very clean and well maintained. I have to shout out to Nikki in the office - she was so accomodating to make sure our trip was perfect, she is such an asset to your establishment. We have already booked in again for this year! Get in quick, you won't be disappointed.
