Wow, just wow. being close to 50 I have stayed in many hotels, including overseas, but THIS IS THE BEST VIEW I have come across. We stayed on level 14, the view was breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful, stayed at the Superior one bedroom apartment. Judy and Chris really friendly. Don't hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. Just a few minute walk to everything. Even a 3 minute walk and you are at the surf club for an affordable, easy lunch with beach views.

The location of this building is the best you can possibly get, right on the beach. The unit was amazing, especially the newly renovated ones. The view was great. The only thing that ruined the full experience of my holiday was that there the pool was not heated. Yes it was on, but the pool was still freezing everyday and I could not even use it. There are no indoor pools nor is there a spa to access. This was quite disappointing but the location and unit is well above 5 stars.

One is a nice hotel right on the beaches of surfers paradise. The rooms are a bit old and outdated, but they were clean and had all of the amenities needed which included: laundry machines in room, kitchenette, wifi, beach access, and a pool. There is no daily housekeeping so keep that in mind. The staff are very friendly and nice to talk to, and the view is beautiful. I will be staying here in the future!

Amazing location. A wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and direct beach access. There are very few Holiday Apartments with a location like this. Rooms are spacious. Mostly recently renovated. But done expect everything to look brand new. Because it's not. Free parking below. Hosts Chris and Judy are friendly and helpful. Only Holiday rentals. No permanents.

The views were exceptional from this property and its location is in the heart of Surfers. The pool and easy access to the beach were exactly as stated and the additional free parking for our people mover was fabulous. The Managers were very attentive and only too happy to assist with all our needs and even made last minute arrangements for one of our sons to stay one night on a blow up which they stated is not what they would normally allow. For this we were extremely grateful and would rate these attributes and the service a solid 5. However, we booked a superior unit and in our opinion it did not meet our expectations. The apartment was average. Worn amenities and absolutely void of most complimentary items aside from the very basics that we have become use to in other apartments we have used in Surfers Paradise. On departing we always strip beds for the cleaner this really showed how unclean the apartment was stained beds and protective coverings left by previous occupants it was extremely dissapointing. I would not recommend these apartments for adult families. The second room definitely was not big enough to comfortably accommodate two well built young men and the roll away bed used for my daughter in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable. That been said we made the most of the facilities we had and thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed here several times. Right on the beach. Central to everything. Lovely spotless apartments. Jude &. Chris amazing hosts. If you stay anywhere else you will be disappointed .

when they tell you that your right on the beach ⛱️ they weren't kidding I had an absolutely amazing experience at The One Esplanade in Surfers Paradise! The breathtaking beach views were truly stunning and the proximity of the building to the sand was unparalleled. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the one-bedroom unit with its well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and sizable bathroom were truly impressive. I particularly enjoyed the added luxury of Foxtel on two TVs, which made relaxation even more enjoyable. The convenience of being just a 3-minute walk away from numerous cafes, local shops, and restaurants added to the overall appeal of the location. I fell in love with the place and without a doubt, I'd choose to stay there again in a heartbeat.

We got perfect view of city, coastline as well as Q1. Walking distance to surfers paradise and pacific centre. Pity that we will leave before the aircraft show, otherwise we can enjoy the great view for the performance just from the balcony. Judy is also very friendly to welcome you, share travel tips, even book tours for you.

Just finished a week at One, The Esplanade, and cannot express how much we enjoyed our time. Everything about it was brilliant. We stayed on the 9th floor on the Ocean Side of the building. Views to die for. And despite being so close to everything was super quiet. We will definitely be back. Love, love, loved it! Thanks Judy and Chris...communication was brilliant.

Second time we've stayed here wouldn't go anywhere else Best position on the Gold Coast Rebooked for next month

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, large and very well equipped, beautiful views and within walking distance to Cavill Avenue and lot of restaurants. Night markets are held 3 days a week within easy walking distance and well worth visiting. Chris and Judy the managers are such friendly welcoming people and will help you with booking tourist attractions or entry to Q1, such a pleasure to meet them so if your planning on a visit to Surfers Paradise I highly recommend staying at One The Esplanade.

Impressive view from the moment we stepped into our 1 bedroom apartment which had huge sliding doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the coastline. Apartment was neat, clean & tidy. Pool & BBQ area very well presented. Management very friendly and helpful. Great location. Lots of things within walking distance. Will definitely go back.

Located on the beach front right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Such an amazing place. The pool is perfect for lazing away the day and being right next to the beach is an added bonus. The view is spectacular and an easy walk to central Surfers shops and tram to Pacific Fair.

Absolutely loved staying here. Don't want to go home. The gentleman on Reception is super helpful. Will be coming back sometime. Unit 39a was well appointed, comfortably furnished with enough kitchen stuff for us.

Second time staying in this fantastic accommodation! Very nice and clean two bedroom apartment with views to die for spanning the whole coastline in both directions. Very short walk into the main city center, trams and all amenities. The pool/outdoor area is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here next time for sure. If you're after a quality apartment with some of the best beach and city views that's only a short distance from town and is beachfront then this is the place.
