So we had our son's 8th birthday party today and thought it would be a good Idea to order some pizza's for all the kids. We wanted 10 pizzas and 8 sides we called the Ashmore store to order and they said it would cost $140. We went online and ordered the exact same and the total came to $91??? So we ordered and my partner went to pick it up who is Pregnant by the way and s he had to do multiple trips to the car to collect the pizzas and sides and not one staff member offered to help WORST customer service ever will never order again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The ordered pizza was not good and has not enough meat on them. Lot of sause and other stuff please check images I called the store and very disappointed by the response. They don't even care a customer feedback. Very rude and in friendly.

I called the store six times before getting an answer. When they answered i got put on hold for five minutes then they hung up on me. I had to order again. And I made sure they knew I had a $100 note and needed over $50 change for what I ordered. Then when they got here they didn’t have the correct change by $15. Then when we ate the pizza the cheese had rolled onto one side of the pizzas and the base tasted like raw dough.

We have given this store numerous chances and provided private feedback and heard nothing. My nephew requested it last night so I gave them another chance. It was terrible, never again!

Look unfortunately I was shocked as to how I was treated by this joint and it’s the year 2023. If your food was any good I would understand but wow pizza was tasteless and bland. So to tell me one price and then double it without items I requested? Good luck everyone… and then when I call back I’m hung up on? Thanks for never letting me ever going near your product again. #eyeopener

If I could give this business a 0 I would. Not only is it awful service both delivery and reception but the pizza arrived cold and not fully cooked through all you can taste is dough and pizza sauce. Over an hour for one pizza delivery, driver didn’t knock just left the pizza and the manager was not impressed when I called to tell him how awful the entire process was. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

Biggest scammers only deliver half your food. Call then up to explain the Indian manger hung up on me. Unprofessional... and the pizza we did get was the wrong pizza and dry and disgusting. Order from a different dominos

Tried to phone ahead and order a pizza and no one answered the phone. Tried a couple of times over half and hour, nothing. Arrived and called again, no one answered even though there was simone standing at the counter reading something and ignoring the phone. Terrible service.

Absolutely vile and disgusting pizzas. The thin and crispy base pizzas we received were definitely made out of puff pastry. Too thin, overcooked, tastless - the worst dominoes I’ve ever had

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER from this shop! I wish I can give NO STARS for this store!! We just ordered 2 pizzas, deep pan, Hawaiian and Pepperoni. (Photos of what we received attached) The pizzas we received were not deep pan so we went and call the store to ask for the correct order as they are not what we ordered. It took 3 tries before they pick up the phone. Clearly they get a lot of calls and they ignore their phones. The bloke that answered asked for our details and ask if we can send photos of the pizza, which we took photos of. But he didn’t mention where to send it to. He spoke to his manager and put us on hold and after a couple of seconds, he responded to us and said, “No, the manager said we sent a deep pan pizza. Sorry, we cannot help you.” and then ended the call. You pay for something and expect to at least get the correct order but you’re met with absolutely disgusting behaviour and the worst customer service!! NEVER ORDER HERE! NEVER!

Ordered 2 loaded pizzas at 11pm. Late dinner due to sitting at A&E. The pizza we ordered had hardly any toppings on it and we were so disappointed as they were meant to be loaded and the pizza were dehydrated due to overcooking. When I called to provide feedback I was told he would only replace the pizzas if we brought back the pizzas initially ordered. I tried to explain that we are tired and cannot trek back and half of the meal had already been eaten. The staff member ended up hanging up on me. The staff are extremely rude and I had difficulty in understanding his English.

Literally the worst dominoes I’ve ever dealt with! Got the 20 minute guarantee- took an hour. Called 8 times before getting answered, was put on hold and was then told my pizza was 5 minutes away (it was 25 minutes before it arrived) Pizza was cold, half cooked and not cut all the way. Got chicken and Camembert with no chicken. When it came there was literally one piece of Camembert on the whole pizza. When I called in and asked how does the 20 minute guarantee work? How do I receive my free pizza? They didn’t know. Same thing when the delivery driver finally got here.

Terrible pizza. The Indian manager was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t give me the 1.25L drink I ordered even after showing the order details. Cheesy garlic bread came as normal garlic bread. Meat lovers pizza had cheese, sauce and sausage. Nothing else. Looking at these reviews they clearly don’t give an f about the countless terrible reviews nor can they form a readable sentence. Shame it seems a family owned business so the manager won’t get any repercussions. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Watch them completely avoid this in their response

For starters the manager is a complete melt. This Donny tried talking over me when I’m complaining that I’m missing two packs of chicken and a whole garlic bread. Your dad should have pulled out mate, because your an embarrassment to your family name. Further more my order was marked as delivered yet it never had been. I stood out side my gated community for over 40 minuets and when I call the store again that little joke man manger picks up giving it all the large saying my driver called you and was outside ur gate. Well call me Hellen keller cuz I never saw him nor did I see a missed call or even receive one. He then proceeded to get half of my order to me and it was colder than my dead nans body. I then had to wait another 10 minuets to receive the rest of my order still absolutely freezing. I have no problem with the drivers they just did their jobs but to the Manager go take a long hard look in the mirror and remind himself that’s he’s a melt. Terrible service Defo going to Pizza Hut.

It was a very bad experience for me. I usually like pizza from Domino's. So, I ordered a pizza on the website with the addition of toppings on it which I did the same as other times at other stores and i like all of them except here. I think that they don't even read the extra toppings we ask for but they just charge for it.

Manager yelled at me to “shut up and leave” then called me a slur that I will not repeat after I advised her that there were onions on my pizza when I ordered otherwise. Hope dominoes actually does something about this, though I doubt it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I get that it was busy and stressful but what the hell? Saw other customers were having complaints with her as well.

Waited 1h 20min then app showed “delivered “ lol I was out the front gate the whole time. No driver ever went past. Got told later when complaining “u can come pick it up”. I went to see why are they so disorganised….., anyway I ordered two family pizzas I got two large and still no refund for picking it up myself. Ordered 5:20pm got the pizzas 7:20pm Should business like this still persist to fool the public

Zero stars if i could placed an online order and waited an hour and 40 mins when the order arrived it was incomplete and cold. called the store and asked to speak with the manager i believe her name was Sarjeet . She was rude and has no customer service skills. Told us to eat the cold pizza and she would send 1 more along with our missing order. or insure the cold pizzas delivered were not eaten and she would replace them as long as we gave her them back. Last time we will be ordering from them. we ended up eating the cold food as weren't prepared to wait another hour.

We order from them tonight and we got delivered 3 pizza with no sauce and 1 with way to much sauce and barely enough topping. We rang to get it sorted out because are our regulars and EMILY took our details and the information and just said we’re busy we’ll call you back. We said this is our dinner can we do something about it now. EMILY then said no we are busy. We got really upset and said we would like to sort it now EMILY said we are busy we cant. Then there was a pores and she just hung up on us. We tried to call back they would answer. My partner rang from his phone and EMILY answered. Far to say their no longer our regular I never got a call back

Great pizzas, friendly staff lots of toppings! One of the best dominoes in our area! They also gave my son a free garlic bread because he mentioned it was his birthday. He and I thought this was awesome!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received the wrong order, so I called the store. The staff member told me the error was due to the app and there’s nothing they can do about that. After talking for a while to try and find a solution, he hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone again.

I need to say it was my first time at this actual shop and the pizzas were so good! I mean it they were just perfect from the base to the toppings. I will be making this shop my one go to for pizzas from now on. So good.

I don't think I got a word of English out of two employees. One of them just mumbled at me. Gave 50 cash and gave me $30 + in literal change like I'm a piggy bank. When I asked if they had any cash instead of coins, the manager just waved 50's at me shaking his head. Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a dominos. Try and use the Southport store if you're in between stores, they are way better!

They used to be good but they have dived in quality and service. Just ordered my last order from them. 30 minutes past the expected time before they even started delivering then forgot part of the delivery but because they were so late the store was closed so they couldn't do anything. The pizza that did arrive was terrible and got thrown. What a waste of money. Never again.

One of the best services when you are drunk and hungry.Especially when you accidentally don't realise you have ordered at 11.59 ... And they close at 12. Fastest delivery all of us have ever experienced and the driver was honestly too good to bring us the food 10 mins after he probably was clocked off or soon to be. The pizzas were amazing and honestly so thankful ❤️Much love and appreciation to this store.

You can run up and down the bmx ramps while they cook your za!! Very convenient exercise. Basically means you don't have to count the calories, y'kno 🦵💪🍕

Always consistent pizza, dominos have stepped up their game, always used to think that it was not great but it's gotten a lot better recently. The app is pretty cool, delivery is on time and there's always specials.

Nice place in Ashmore to have a pizza. Conveniently located to the main road which has ample parking (but outside the school hours as it is a school zone). Fast service and on the screen you can see when your order is ready. Pizzas are yummy and reasonably priced. However there is limited seats inside the outlet.

Waited 2 hours for average food that was barely warm. Drove in to find my order only for them to say it was being delivered and they couldn’t do anything. Didn’t get a refund, didn’t get any compensation. Sincerely 2 very hangry uni students who could barely afford the food to begin with.

Ordered 2 pizzas online, the meat lovers had a lot less toppings than any other dominos I've eaten at. Paid for extra toppings for peri peri and got maybe an extra 3 pieces. Also got the 20 pieces chicken bites but staff said they only do 15 pieces now. A bit weird that store is different to the online menu.
