2 months ago I reviewed Fantasia a big deserving 5 stars. For the last 6 weeks they have replaced the beautiful fresh produce with frozen baby carrots beans and cauliflower advising the cost of Asian cabbage had increased. Nowhere in the world would I expect beans, carrot and cauliflower in a Singapore laksa (or anything frozen). I used to visit 2 sometimes 3 times a week for that dish. A real shame that I had to change my 5 star review to a 1. FANTASIA I hope you finally take this on board and fix the issue.

Price is ok and there is a nice seating area. Food was edible and presented well in a timely way. We had Tokyo Beef lunch special with rice, some broccoli and a lump of mayo topped with spring onions. I don't get why a soupy stew needs a splodge of tasteless mayo. Though it did look good. It wasn't bad and the meat was cooked well. I lived in Tokyo Japan 6 years and it is nothing like Tokyo food. 2nd dish ordered was Penang Curry Chicken. I have been to Penang and enjoyed the real thing. This was more like a Japanese curry but with a strange sweetness. The chicken had no taste at all and the broccoli undercooked and big pieces more suited to knife and fork eating than a rice bowl dish. It was a fail as far as I'm concerned. The young guy who collected dishes asked how it was and to his credit said he would report this to the kitchen. I hope he does and I hope they read reviews because I'm not writing to send someone out of business but they could do better and I am not inclined to give a place too many second chances. They had a pretty full house and I hope they pay enough attention to keep it that way.

Used to come here often for lunch. Ordered my dish and lady at the front ask me if i want to takeaway or dine in? I was dining in with my son. And presented loyalty card, she said its only for "main size takeaway". I have been getting all these stamps with any meal. And when food came to my table... it was in takeaway container... wow... there are so many plates in the kitchen as i can see from my table.. Not coming back here.... Thanks

We had a dinner with our family and friends at the Fantasia restaurant following the suggestion of our tour guide from Gold Coast! A truly great Asian experience!!! The food was amazing and the waiter Mandy made our experience even more enjoyable! She asked the chef to prepare our meals to meet my wife's dietary needs, and gave us terrific wine and dessert suggestions! Thank you Fantasia team for a wonderful experience, we are definitely coming back soon!

Located in the Palms Shopping Centre, Fantasia offers a good range of modern Asian food. The place is nicely decorated, staff were friendly, service quick and food tasty

The tasteless watery laksa I ever had. Very disappointed. I’m not from Thai but I can tell this is fake.. never go back again.

2nd time we have eaten there and it was the last. The Laksa was tasteless and when we asked for some chilli sauce they wanted to charge us. Don’t eat there... not worth the money.

Stopped for quick take away lunch there today and, sorry, it was the most ordinary tub of tasteless slop I've ever had from a Chinese take away.

Bland tasting food. The chicken in my Laksa was tougher than a well done piece of mutton, I needed a knife to cut through it! I question how old that piece of chicken was. Lettuce also does not belong in Laksa. The broth was watery & needs more substance.
