Jetts Mudgeeraba is, as my last review detailed, one of the better gyms for the community spirit. The only downside is unfortunately it's size which of course isn't any fault of the companies, just the limitations of the real estate. Lockers are becoming something of an interest now. It's strange that a company like Jetts would bother printing out notices regarding increased theft, but not simply implement a set of $15,000 lockers in each of its locations, in order to curb the thieves targeting us. The reason I mention this is of course because jetts is the only gym I've seen without lockers. And size wouldn't be an issue either, as the relevant floor space is already occupied by the open face shelves. Just food for thought and the reasoning behind the 4 star review. There's always some way a business can be better. I'm by no means saying I don't like it here. The gym will always be one of my favs.

We would never use their facilities or any other Jetts anywhere. Leaking roof that they never fixed since joining to quitting after several months. Staff are incompetent. Could not even end our membership properly. Still taking money from our bank account - 2x amount including partner's membership. Had to call to rectify that. Still getting text messages from every Jetts locations after quitting (partner and I). We had to block them all. Would not recommend. You will be harassed for the rest of your life.

I love Jetts Mudgeeraba! The staff are always friendly and happy when I walk through the door and they always say hi. The place is always clean, the tunes are good, there's no big egos getting about, it's just a good vibe. Love ya work guys!

Great tools for a great workout, its location means you only get two showers unfortunately. Thats the biggest floor. Oh and as per usual, as with every other Gym, theres no where to hang your toiletries while you shower. Theres no hair dryer either. Big issue that one.

I love this gym, been coming on and off for years. Have tried other gyms and I always come back to this one. The fees are fair and affordable.They have amazing friendly staff especially one in particular, Holly she’s bright and bubbly and just makes everyone feel so welcome. The club is clean and well kept and has a variety of different equipment depending on what you are trying to achieve. Would highly recommend this gym.

Great little gym in the heart of Mudgeeraba. It has everything you’d need in a gym from treadmills, stair equipment, calisthenics, boxing bag, weight machines & free weights. Staff are always very nice. The only downside is the size, so if you attend during a peak period it’s practically shoulder to shoulder & wait times for machines & weights. Otherwise great gym!

Staff are incompetent. They could not even end our membership properly and continue to take money from us three times in total including my husband's s membership. When I spoke to the "owner" he seemed disinterested and too good to care about his own business. I would not recommend trying this gym as you will be dissapointed and reminded with incessant marketing.

This gym is the best but they need to fix their "GYM PLAYLIST" sometimes i forget my headphones and the songs that play just ruin my mood and my effort to workout. But besides that theyre the best.
