Don't know what your talking about Mathew, but I go to this cafe regularly. It's the best family owned and run cafe on the Gold Coast. Great customer service lovely food, I have always seen fantastic customer service. Always lovely smiles on the workers faces. I would not go any where else. Always made to feel welcome. Good job lovely ladies, keep up the good work. You guys do a wonderful job.

This place is a Hidden gem! This cafe is my go to place for a beautiful hot coffee and fresh delicious sandwich. Staff are so happy and welcoming and I enjoy the chats with staff, the atmosphere is nice and quiet and also very inviting. I love this place so much I stop in every time that I drive passed.

Very hot coffee, good service

It was 6am at work and I was unloading a 40ft container. After the container is half way unloaded, we stop for a break with a delivery from Cafe Molendinar. An egg and bacon roll. I am usually not a fan of egg in between any type of bread (like it on my toast), but this was the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Now, some may think, it tasted so good, because I was working hard and hungry. I thought so too, until today. I ordered a delivery to work, a burger combo. It was very good. The gent who delivered it (can't pronounce the name, but legend) was polite, friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks 👍

Best and cheapest big breakfast $11 better than most places that charge double the price.

Cute place and great to get quick bites on the go, their speciality is the Merlo coffee is a must try.

Respect from the staff and very helpful, the brunch was amazing and I will be back again. Please go and have a coffee or something to eat.

Careful what you pay for because there prices are never the same. I had purchased Powerade and coffee and they charged me different prices every time i went there for the same product. Absolutely rip off. Poor customer service. Food presentation is bad.

Food and drink good, middle aged blonde women is a sourpuss. Doesn't acknowledge orders, thank you, etc. Just rude and miserable really.

Was a nice snack on the run. Good quick service and better than a service station on the highway, so we were happy. Parking is also easy.

When you belittle staff in front of guests - you’re going to get a bad review. The food and coffee was OK. But what I experienced is not acceptable. Will never be back.
