Went in the, did a big shop, very busy, 1 actual real checkout with a person, asked them to open up another as lots of elderly people waiting for service, will take my shopping elsewhere from now on, prices up and quality down, no service anywhere, Coles you should be ashamed, double the price and now 0 service…….

I wish that was possible to give 0 stars. Recommendation: Do not choose to click collect from there. Apart from the click-collect is also terrible customer service in general. The location is convenient, but apparently, they are always understaffed or have just enough capable people to work. Every single time that I order is out of stock of a few items, and the delivery is more than one hour late. Very unhappy with COLES service in general.

A bigger coles store with helpful staff. But without any check out operators at night. Expected to self checkout a full trolley load. I now shop else where.

No disability cashier lane, people with wheelchairs and walkers are having a hard time.

First time coming to this Coles today and never will be back for the erupt conversation I had with the lady behind the deli, very rude and also another customer (without a mask) waving her hands about me for no reason as she wasn’t involved. Just plain horrible. Would recommend you have more staff to stock food, as the employees complain that there under staffed.

Wow! John in produce went out of his way to make sure we had at least 2 soft avocados for tomorrows Super Bowl celebration. Awesome customer service!

This s'market is very easy to use. Well laid out .clean and fresh well stocked and open sisleways .. not cluttered. A normal Cokes but looks thst little bit better than others. Good fresh produce.

One of the best cold stores I’ve ever been to. It’s huge and they have absolutely everything and there’s always someone to ask if you can’t find something.

In a time when there are so many lovely people desperately seeking work and you have a women like the bitter, nasty middle aged short brown haired woman who works in the deli who obviously hates her job. She is so disgustingly rude - asking if you want help by rudely saying "yeah" instead of how can I help you or at least a civilised "Hi" would do!. Coles Q centre has an air of "cheap and nasty" with low quality staff like this. Will definitely shop at Woolworths from now on and so I'll will certainly be sure to encourage my friends and family to do so also.

Just been called a liar by this lousy, disgusting store. Ticket price said discount I triple checked and they would not allow at checkout. Never ever shop at this rude store

It's a supermarket. It's clean, has most things you need, can get very busy with insufficient checkouts open and frustrating wait lines.

Never much on the shelves in the evening , for a huge store catering for a growing population it's actually quiet piss poor. I can find full shelves at smaller stores (coles). Step your game up mermaid waters.

Saturday’s are definitely not the day to shop on a weekend if you are looking at doing the weekly shopping. So many empty shelves every time we go on a Saturday.

Great front staff always friendly , better variety than other coles , unfortunately Bakery dept is way below standard , labourer "Bakers" unable to see when bread is not cooked enough ,unable to use common sense by visually seeing rolls are still pale and doughy which need extra 5 mins in oven , like robots ,they take the trays out when the bell rings ,incapable of understanding oven/timer needs a re calibration. Car park is always busy. The store is nice and clean, easy shopping.

My local cloles great set up instore friendly staff but im Rating this due to limited staff serving in peak times. This has been regular occurrence of late 5pm in afternoon only 2registers open and everyone is having to use self checkout. More staff needed on registeres. Obsurd when you have a trolley full of food

We like this Coles. Its quite big and more variety and has everything we need. Also, just outside is a fruit and vegetable market. Huge variety of produce. If you like watercress you may just be there on the day they're in!🌱🌱

We like Coles Q Super Centre. Has everything we need. Nice coffee shops here too. Also Goldstein's have great HOT coffee! We go here if we are in the area, otherwise we go to Coles Worongary, closer to home.

Please improve your delivery service. I want to keep ordering online but honestly you need to do way better at either having things available or updating your website so people know what is not available. I just spent $15 delivery so I didn’t have to go to the shop today because I am not feeling well. I ordered 6 things and you only delivered 4 of them. Apparently you are out of salmon and coles urban ground coffee. How did you run out of your own coffee brand? It’s your coffee 😳 and last time I ordered you ran out of milk. Milk!!! Freaking milk!!! You are a grocery store. Please do better!

Very good. All the major supermarkets Coles, Woolworths and Aldi in one place, together with a butcher shop and bakery. Coles had a good range of meat at reasonable prices. Very spacious and pleasant shopping experience. Fast self checkout.

Did most of our shopping for family of 14 here. Lived the different products and prices quire good. Easy to navigate, friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

My first Coles to Visit at Q Super Centre! Found the smiling staff manager very welcoming and helpful 😊🙌 female lockers and toilets were clean.
