This hotel does not look like the pictures. The lobby is nice but the rooms were pretty shabby. The door of my room (311) looked like someone had broken into it…it barely latched and did not feel safe. The door needs to be replaced. There were multiple other rooms with beat-up doors. The first room was pretty dirty like someone had lived there for a while. I asked for another room and they did upgrade me to a suite. The suite was okay but one of the air conditioners didn’t work. Breakfast was good and everyone was friendly, but It was a big step down from what I was expecting.

Room and hotel are nice. Check in didn't seem to be a problem until she said she needed my credit card for incidentals, which I obliged. I do travel with my dogs and I said I had them with me and I signed a pet policy and that was that.nowgetting ready to check out I discover I've been charged almost 100$ for two dogs for two nights. No help from the front. I wouldn't have stayed here and went somewhere else for that price. Definitely not a 250/night quality hotel.

We have stayed here before and never had any issues. This time was, I hope, an exception. The bed was broken but I didn't realize it until I was just getting into bed. The night was terrible. When we used the sink in the wash stand, the drain was slow and left a scum on the bottom of the bowl. The drain in the tub was the same. By the time I finished my shower, I was standing in a pool of dirty water. Having said this I have to commend the cleaning staff because the room was immaculate. I know the hotel has been going through a period of remodeling and the improvements in appearance are very good. I stopped on my way out and spoke to the desk clerk about the issues. He was very attentive and concerned. My room was 103 and I would expect the problems to be remedied before they rent out this room again.

I stayed in a King Room, which I knew wouldn't be the same as a suite, but I still expected better. The bed was big and comfortable, but the bathroom (toilet and bathtub) smelled mildewy, the bathtub was stopped up, and the bathroom sink was right at the door as you enter the room with no privacy. After staying at two other places that were impressive, clean and comfortable, this was a disappointment. I started to give the benefit of the doubt once I realized it was 2 star, but so are the other two places. I also realize I could have requested another room, but it's the principle of these issues existing at all. The lobby was nice, the front desk person was kind, helpful, and gracious, but the room felt a bit seedy.

This place has gone to hell. I have stayed here numerous times over the last three years, and within the last year, it has gotten worse. Exterior doors dont always lock, and the interior is a mess. The bathroom room ceiling is falling in. The body wash ran out after the second night. The floor in my room made your feet dirty on the very first day I arrived. They are remodeling the 3rd floor, so I would avoid this place until the entire hotel is done. Also, they started putting a $100 hold on your card, which isn't mentioned on a third party site, and now being told it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to get that money back. So people are overpaying for this dump of a place, then get more money held hostage once they arrive. I will most likely not use this hotel again. Edit 9/22/23 Its now 64 hours later, and my $100 hold they placed on my card hasnt been returned. Edit. 9/23/23 Day 3 and still no return of my money. Edit 9/27/23 The front desk people are misinformed. Their corporate office stated it could take from 7-10 days to the money back that was placed on hold. I just got it back 7 days and 8hrs later. Never again will I use this hotel chain. They lost a very loyal customer.

The room itself was ok, but the level of filth on the floors, furniture and walls was beyond disgusting and disappointing. Would we stay here again? Sure if they got new furniture and actually mop the floors and wipe the walls down. Breakfast was good and the employees are nice, however this place needs a deep cleaning and definitely new furniture. The foldout bed was so worn and old we had to get extra blankets to put over it and we sat the nasty orange chair where the baby wouldn’t bother it. The brown tissue is from one swipe across the floor. It wasn’t worth what we paid for two nights and I wish it was better. Only giving two stars because it needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Run as far away from this place as you can. Our softball team stayed here for nationals and the majority of the rooms have ants in them. Most rooms need updates and a deep cleaning. The carpet is extremely filthy.Stains on the walls and nothing is dusted. The bathtub has a slow drain so it fills when showering. I watched the cleaning lady spray cleaner on the floor and just leave.Looks like she was just spraying it to make someone feel like it was cleaned. The lobby is updated but the rest of the hotel is not. Cushions and chairs around the pool are pretty worn down and stained. Pool is OK. Pets are allowed here so hallways and stairwells smell like dogs. My suggestion.... pay the extra money to Sleep somewhere comfortably!!!

This place did not meet expectations. This hotel was discusting. My class went on a field trip to Nashville and stayed here and everyone I talked to at least had stomach problems or a headache. Three people threw up over the course of the trip because of how unsanitary it was. To start, there was old food everywhere that wasn't cleaned such as ranch spilled in the elevator and humus squished into the floor, There were towels with human waste left out in the middle of the hallway that weren't picked up, the drains didn't work and they didn't supply basic needs like shampoo, there were dead bugs everywhere. The only nice part about the hotel was the staff. They were very kind and understanding.

This is worst hotel I ever booked. I booked 4 rooms double queen. 2 weeks prior on Expedia. It was confirmed by expedia. 3 days ahead I called hotel and asked about 4 room conformation. Hotel receptionist said its confirmed. On the day of check-in we got little late there and rooms was sold out. I would never book this hotel again.

This hotel is right off the interstate which is nice. A few fast food places near by as well as a Kroger is close. Check in was easy and quick. Hotel was clean but the hallways smelled like bad marijuana. Room 242 wasn't bad had some basic wear and tear. You can hear the people walking above you. Water pressure for shower was amazing! Checking out was easy and quick.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it. The front desk staff is awesome! The rooms are a good size and super clean. Breakfast was served nice selection and smells yummy. Would for sure stay again and recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with our dog, while on vacation, and it was such an incredible stay. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was very nice to take the edge off of that Tennessee heat! We met up with our family here and were able to have a dinner and game night in the lounge area. The hotel felt safe and had very friendly staff all around. Anything that we needed they were there to help. The continental breakfast was delicious and was very reliable every morning. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will absolutely be returning here next time we are in town.

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading out to Orlando Florida. You can beat the prices! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Hotel seemed safe! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m down there!

We were in town for a convention. Our room was only moderately acceptable. The bedding wasn't very clean. The shower faucet was loose and hard to control. We had to ask for clean towels twice during our stay. Breakfast was sparse and we had to ask the attendant for milk and juice. No internet available when we were there. Parking area was not well maintained. Someone left their dog in the room and it barked continually for several hours - no effort from the motel clerks to address the issue.

The front receptionist was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and pretty nice. The bed is the most UNCOMFORTABLE thing I've ever slept on.

The rooms are dirty. The bathrooms have mold in them and the pullout bed has pee spots on them. Don’t know why they don’t cover them. Gnats were flying around in the room. Our first room the toilet didn’t work right and ended up dumping water all over the floor in the middle of the night. The couches and chairs have stains all over them.

Staying at this hotel was such a trip. After booking and paying $230 for a suite for me and my buddies, I was told upon arrival someone else was in MY room. Mind you...$230...paid...and r e s e r v e d.Their justification was that I neglected to call them to let them know how far out I was from the hotel. I figured, so be it, we'll just use another room. Well, according to the desk lady all suites were booked, and it was a full house. Sike, she sent us to 4 different rooms throughout the night. 1 of which was being remodeled, and the 2nd had someones belonging inside the room as if a person was still staying in there. At one point, we were just sick of switching between multiple rooms, that I had asked for a refund.... apparently only the manager could do something about that, and homie was asleep at home.. ...

Where to even start. First room smelled so bad (like feet and mold) that as soon as you opened the door, you could smell it in the hallway. So we requested a move. Second room smelled like horrible wet dog and was dirty. Requested a move (couldn’t find a hotel near by to accommodate our length plus size and was meeting with family who were also staying in the hotel.) The third room was I guess better than the other two but still bad. Opened the fridge to water being splashed on me, maintenance came and said it was okay just defrosted. We put food in there, woke up next morning to the food hot because the fridge stopped working. Thanks for that. Bathtub had a huge crack on wall that was poorly fixed and there was mold on the ceiling. They had no extra pillows here, and to get some towels was like pulling teeth. The breakfast was okay. Oh & the wifi was down our whole stay, but from reading other reviews it looks like it’s been down for months. Also, the “the sitting room” is just a bed in the corner of the room, not a separate room like it’s shown online. I wouldn’t stay here, go find a different La Quinta and save your money.

Young lady that checked us in was super sweet and very pleasant. Hotel overall gets an okay rating due to rooms we stayed in. Location is described as having been renovated. While the outside and lobby look great, really can’t say the same about the rooms themselves. The rooms were clean however. at least the two we stayed in, definitely did not resemble the pictures on the website. You can tell they’ve been painted, but little done to really “update” their look. The bathrooms are tiny and vanity area is right next to the door leading into the room which is not at all convenient. It served it’s purpose for the night.

Nice hotel, close to Nashville for sight seeing, reasonable prices, pet friendly. However, the first room we were assigned was in need of repairs. Bad smell, fridge not working, plug falling out of wall, sink and tub would not drain. When we talked to front desk, we were assigned a new room down the hall after breakfast the next day. No odor problem, bath facilities working in the new room. We did see management making corrections to the first room soon after we vacated. Nice restaurant next door.

The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very close to our event but far enough away to stay out of the traffic.

  • 5/5 Robert K. 9 months ago on Google
Our stay was great. We tried a few other hotels around Nashville before coming here, and this one was the best quality and price. The other places nickel and dime you for parking, destination fees, and other nonsense. This place does not do that, and it feels cleaner.

Our first room had a substantial wet spot on the floor, but had about a basketball sized mold spot in the corner. The room was musty. The desk person asked if we wanted another room...this should be a given. Only ice machine is on the third floor. When reserving the room, I asked for a ground floor room, if possible; I was given a third floor room. When we were moved, strangely enough, it was to the ground floor. Close to plenty of shopping and food, but not much for location. The room was fine after we switched, the breakfast was decent, not great or even good. Not very warm "receptionists", but they were not rude. Beds are on the lower half of comfort scale. All things considered, I would come here again; the price was right and you get what you pay for.

The room was a good size, just the A/C & vents needs to be fixed. My wife allergies were out of control. You can smell mildew & the dirt. The door looks like it was kicked in a time or two. Luckily, I carry, people walk down the hallway & knock on doors. The gym has the wallpaper coming off the walls & they just left it there. The pool is covered & it's 80 outside. Back of building 3rd floor window open with mattresses in front of windows. I will not suggest or return to this hotel.

Best Option for the $$ in this area of Nashville. Room was clean, shower had great water pressure, TV worked, Beds were comfortable. We will stay again when in Goodlettsville / Nashville. Not a high end place rather an affordable option with everything you need. Right off I-65. Easy On/Off.

My wife and I stayed there last night. the room was poorly maintained. there were mismatched hinges on the door with one of them made to work with some jack legged retrofit. scratches on the paint job of the doors, only one trash can for the whole room was in the bathroom, the tub handrails looked like the could easily come off, if you put any weight on them, the flow rate in the shower head was very low, the bathtub spout moved in the wall, the fitted sheet looked like it had been washed but didn't get all of what looked like mascara. we were woken by loud talking and laughing in the hallway at 1 AM and the olympics started in the room next door at 3:20 AM. knocking on the wall got them to quiet down for about 15 minutes and then started again. we left at 4:20 AM. we called the front desk to make reservations before we arrived. it took a long time and the reservation was made with our name and telephone number, which I guess is okay, but in hindsight may be an indication of what kind of motel it is. $175 for a small one queen bed room and I expect more than what we received. there are only two places to eat at this exit and only one service station. the only good thing I can say is that we didn't hear the interstate traffic even though it is located right next to it.

I feel like with this you get what you pay for. It's pretty no frills, but it's clean with free breakfast and it wasn't sketchy. For us at least, the staff waved the pet fee for signing up for the free Wyndham membership, which saved us 40 bucks. Overall a very adequate experience, but not disappointing for the cost so I would recommend it as a good option if you're on a budget.

We stayed at a LaQuinta in Denison TX and this one here is 5 stars compared to that one! Nice floors, super comfy beds, clean! They just need to sweep under the armchair :) but overall nice budget hotel. Some people smoking weed outside & guy sleeping in his truck which wasn’t pleasant when walking dogs at night.

Had the king suite room itself was beautiful but it needed much attention. The room smelled of cigarettes. Light bulbs were missing out of half the lamps. The bathroom only had 3 bath towels for 5 people, couldn't get anymore until finally next day. Tub slow to drain, was dirty. Shower head was amazing but so powerful it blew through cheap shower curtain onto floor. When drying up floor with towel it was black from ROOM BEING SO DIRTY. Mattress was sunk in the middle. By far one of the worse Laquinta I have stayed in.

  • 1/5 Megan H. 8 months ago on Google
This hotel is extremely run down. My first room had a big rip in the carpet, toilet constantly ran, and the tub drained so slow I had to turn off the water half way through my shower to let it drain cus it was going to over flow. The second room had several large stains on the carpet, the toilet seat was peeling, and the tub still drained super slow. I also noticed several windows on the first floor boarded up. The only positive thing was the staff was really friendly.

I stayed at this La Quinta every weekday for almost 4 months while working in the area and only experienced a few loud nights due to dogs barking from neighboring rooms. I was very happy with the staff and the many rooms I stayed in. Thanks for the comfortable stay! Pro Tip 1: Ask for the handicap room. It's 3x bigger than the regular rooms for only $10ish more. Pro Tip 2: If you are looking to accommodate 6 people in one room, the "2 Queen Bed Suites" have a comfortable futon in the couch for 2 more people.

  • 2/5 Jack B. 1 year ago on Google
Room was 163 for the night. At that price and with the La Quinta name on the side of the building expectations are set. The receptionist was nice and the room was over all clean. However they were unable to give us a key and I was surrounded by broken things. The elevator was broken and the carpet in the stair well was worn out for obvious reasons I suppose. The toilet in our room rocked back and forth. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and the back wall of the shower had crack that was painted over. The tub drain backed up over my ankles. The mattress was noisy. The ice maker in the hall and the juice machine both broken. La Quinta is better than this. This location either needs to step up there game, lower the prices until they get things fixed, or change the sign out front to Super 8. If I stay in this area again I'll be looking for alternative lodging to either save some money or find better accommodations. 2 stars not one simply because I didn't see any signs of bugs.

Good and bad honestly. . . First of all, I went to check in, they didn't have my reservation from 10 days ago, I was so hot and tired from a long day in Nashville, but I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes at 11:00 at night while she figured out the issue, she was really apologetic and kind and eventually she got the problem fixed. Broken front lobby elevator, we had to walk all the way to the other end of the building (500 yards) with my handicap mother only to get to the other elevator to go to the 2nd floor then have to walk all the way to the opposite end of the 2nd floor (about 700 yards) to get to our room, that was long and painful. 😑 The darn Toilet kept flushing itself ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! That was annoying, jiggled the handle multiple times, it would stop for a little while and then start up again. 😠 The Tub would not drain at all, filled to the top when I took a quick shower and no it was NOT operator error, the drain was open it was just clogged maybe or had a super slow drain, the sink was exactly the same. 🫤 Breakfast was good, I've had worse and I've had better, but it was all that I had desired. Staff was helpful, on top of things and very friendly. If I was able to ignore the close traffic from the highway and the constant toilet flushing, I did manage to sleep okay, the beds were comfy. The hotel was clean, the AC was cool to the price was right. 👍🏼 All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall not a bad place. The only issues we had were no internet, which the app advised the hotel had, but when you got there they advised they didn't have it. They did warn you before you checked in, but am I supposed to just quickly change hotels because of it? Lol The other issue we had was the tub would not drain very well. But other than a few appearance and cleaning things, this is a decent place to stay for the money. Pool was clean, room was clean. Good size breakfast. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

The pool was under maintenance while we were there, which was a huge disappointment for us. A few pieces of cardio equipment didn’t work. But, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the room was clean. Everything was excellent except the pool.

The hotel was cheaper than most in the area and it was just a stop over on our way to FL so we weren't in the room long. It was VERY run down. We had Rooms 308 and 310. There was a square of carpet cut out in the middle of the room but left laying on the hole. Not sure why as it was concrete under it. There was tiles missing in the sink area. Just gone! And obviously missing. So weird. The bathroom had mold in the shower area so we just didn't use it. I would not go back.

This was the worst La Quinta we have ever stayed in. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The room size was adequate but the stock was not. We had 3 towels for 5 people. No wash clothes, coffee pot and refrigerator did not work . The pull out couch had white marks and dried something (use your imagination) on the arm and seat. When we finally located the bedding for the pull bed in contained 5 pillowcase and 1 sheet. 1 pillow. Hmmm. The back entrance keyed door would not open so we had to walk around to the front of the hotel to enter. We were in room 350. When you get off of the elevator, which had an expired inspection certificate from 3-2022 and creaked rattled and groaned, the smell of Marijuana was so intense it was awful. Breakfast the next day was not the usal fare either and we came down to eat at 9 and they told us Breakfast was over, never experienced that either. Thank goodness it was just a layover to home and it was one night. We have never had such a bad experience with the Wyndham brand and will continue to stay with them but never at this location. Very disappointed for the $192 I paid.

Room smells like dog. I understand this is a dog friendly hotel but humans have to live here too ( don't forget they are the ones paying ). Phone in the room doesn't work, when you ask for febreeze they give you a frebreeze for the sheets and not the air freshener, the sheets are stained and only some keys on the remote work. They haven't even ploughed the front..uts straight up ice. How do you walk a dog on ice? How do you market yourself as dog friendly when the dog cannot be walked outside due to the terrible job shovelling? Terrible

So, first don’t say it was renovated when it wasn’t. They show you pictures from another hotel cause I promise you I wouldn’t be writing. So, the CARPET LOOK LIKE IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEAN, NO HOT WATER AND IT WAS ONLY 9 am everyday! So, I advise u to get up early. The breakfast starts @ 6am -9am really so, I suppose to jump out my bed for breakfast? The bathroom sink wasn’t draining. I seen a few roaches 🪳 I was done. The pictures does not reflect the hotel @ all. They just need to do EVERYONE A FAVOR & CLOSE THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY CAN GET A BIGGER HOT WATER TANK, New carpet in HALLWAY, and different hours for breakfast. The front desk was ok I know they have there hands full because it’s the company not the EMPLOYEES. They can only do so much. O it was a lot of smoking going on and people running and jumping over your head in the rooms. I’m so disappointed. I wish I could have changed hotels @ the last minute.

Good stay, good size room, comfortable bed. Accepts pets. Staff a bit abrupt and hallways smell (room did not). Hot water never got hot either, just “extra warm”

It was a decent hotel comfortable bed but it was a little pricey. The plumbing did not drain very well and the tile was cracked in the bathroom. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful though.

Some of the worst sleep I've had in my life. The pillows are as thin as actual pancakes & it caused me to wake up every 20 minutes. Our room did not properly cool either which left all three of us sweltering in our beds. Our fridge did not stay cold and it caused the entire room to smell like mold and mildew when I opened it. Not to mention we booked a room for 3 guests but only received 3 towels, 4 hand towels, and ONE DIRTY washcloth. When I requested 3 more wash cloths at the front desk they told me they did not have anymore. I just wanna know why the h*ll I paid $117 a night for a room I can't even bathe myself in. I will say that aside from what I listed the room was surprisingly clean, especially the bathroom. Next time I'll fork out the extra $10 to get a Hampton room with real pillows, washcloths, and a sink that drains

Very tired hotel. Rooms are decent size. Beds aren't real comfortable and sheets aren't very soft. The bathroom of our room was pretty sketchy, check out the bathroom pictures. Right next to a truck terminal, but actually was pretty safe.

This La Quinta surpasses others I stayed in on a cross country trip. The room does show signs of wear, as at least one reviewer noted, but it is clean. I stayed in two La Quintas on this trip that had dirty tissues on the floor when I walked in. This hotel is at least very CLEAN. The surrounding area is amenable to walking a dog a bit. I do think the “odd” numbered room side may be loud outside all night though, due to an apparent distribution center with trucks next door. I can use white noise if needed, but I point it out in case people are sensitive to such noises. And as one reviewer noted, the shower/tub is slow to drain. I did have good water pressure and hot water.

Good place to stay for the affordable price. Enjoyed the flooring as carpets in hotels can leave a musty smell. Our commode was broken but for a two nights stay we dealt with the wobbly commode. The pool was a bit dirty but not a deal breaker. There was work being done on the outside and inside of the hotel so I’m thinking that’s why it was a bit messy. There’s a warehouse in back so expect to hear semis early morning and throughout the day.

Only leaving 3 stars because Adrian at the front desk was awesome. We booked a room with two beds and were given one and he immediately corrected it and answered any questions we have. Great room but the room wreaked of the smell of weed because someone nearby was smoking in their room. Wouldn’t bother me but I had my young son with me. Likely won’t stay here on our next visit just because of that.
