It's been several years since I last paid a visit to this branch - today I was reminded why. Woeful quality in terms of the food, and even poorer quality in terms of service. Waited half an hour waiting in a que, only to be met with a cashier who couldn't be bothered to say hello, much less apologize for the wait. In conclusion, absolutely pitiful.

Extremely slow. This is ment to be fast food but took over 30mins to get something. A restaurant would have been faster then that. Drive though was also closed. Staff have no urgency. Like sloths running the show.

Always extremely slow service, only 1 window operating at drive through, waiting period of +-20 minutes, if not more. Waited literally +-5minutes at collection window, staff chit-chat and take their own sweet time, strolling. Whilst driving we realised our beverage type(coke instead of ginger bear) were wrong

Great store... Friendly staff, quick service, if they are out of something they really try to offer good alternatives.

Very good atmosphere and I was surprised by the lovely singing of the staff in the background while they were working very nice

The staff here is absolutely amazing, I came here after spending a long day at the hospital and just needed a quiet place to sit and charge my phone. They went out of their way to cheer me up. Keep up the excellent work ladies and gents. I will be back 😃 😊

This is the FIRST time I actually smiled while ordering…Zenande was so friendly , a great help and just honestly put a smile on my face… We don’t always get great service but she knew just how to do it!
