It seems this company wants to give my family salmonella as our chicken tenders were absolutely raw, worst experience!

Didn't get a chance to try the food, so this rating and review is based on the service and that's nonexistent! The place was basically empty, I counted about 10 people seated and 2 people at the counter ordering and about 12+ staff members, so when there was no one ordering I was next in line and after 10 minutes I left because no staff member bothered to greet or more importantly, take my order.

Not the first time they charged me for a double and I only received a single. Decided to post this time. Very poor.

We come here often, but later at night. The food is always hot, and really good! The tellers can be slow when there's only one available and even sometimes there are none available. I would love it if those walking around would take initiative and either serve the customers waiting, or open another teller to get the line moving quicker. If you stand at the counter like you need something, the staff will completely ignore you until you actually shout for their attention.

The staff have no idea of what is on the menu amd manage to screw up an order after it is confirmed. Staff should learn to listen the first time and not need clients to repeat 4 times. Manager should be proactive and ensure staff know their products. Worst BK I have ever been to.

I went to Burger King for the first time. I ordered the fierce chicken burger. Oh wow I really enjoyed it. It has crispy deep fried onion and jalapeños on it. It was supper yummy. It also had a generous two slices of cheese. I was really impressed with the burger. On a whole the menu has such a big variety. Someone who doesn’t eat beef. I was quite impressed as they had a huge range of chicken burgers and they even had a whole vegetarian range. I ordered a chocolate milkshake to go with my shake, which was good. I will definitely be coming back. I can wait to try out their other burgers. The drive was slightly confusing but figure it out in the end. The Burger King is massive inside and has a nice big play area on the top floor.

Beautiful well prepared food good quality, quantity and clean establishment - staff fairly capable of services rendered 👍😊 only thing its extremely hot in this institution - not sure if the aircon functional ... we ate so quickly and left- UPDATE 14/09/23- Had an unnecessary hiccup with meal, immediately brought to the attention of management (Obert) he was kind enough to rectify & improve on the service- Thank you so much Obert we appreciate when mistakes are made & rectified- these things can be avoided if staff are more cognizant of customer request and respond accordingly - u will definitely see us soon again 👍🤗👌🏼

The burgers here are great but if you are looking for a milkshake that is anything but vanilla, I would not recommend. I've ordered strawberry shakes and chocolate shakes here and all of them have literally been vanilla. No other flavor present, even slightly
