It was a quite good experience, Customer service is very very good and they are very co-operative interms of choosing options i heard from some people that their cake is not fresh but, i didnt tried out the cakes so, i cannot say that cakes are fresh or not but their brownies and petties are fresh for sure & have a great taste.

A very good outlet of Black & Brown Bakers providing nice collections of bakery items including cakes, brownies, pastries, donuts, muffins, bread, rusk, pizza, sweets and snacks. The staff is very efficient and co-operative. Food items are not prepared locally, items are delivered via van from production to outlets, so you may find pizza, rolls and sandwiches baked on morning are get served all day long. Be careful to check the printed date and time on a product if you prefer to eat fresh.

Bought this 2 pound double chocolate cake from them on 9th May 2022 for birthday celebration. Gave some to the kids and they all started complaining that it tasted funny. Got to check it myself and it tasted sour and smelled strange. The kids started to have stomach aches, vomitting and loose motions!!! Apparently it was a day old cake that had gone bad and the irresponsible staff was selling it to cover their cost and kill people who buy it!! These people should be ashamed of themselves!! Playing with people's lives!! They already had played with lives in Hyderabad and now they are in Tando Jam to play with lives of the innocent people of the rural areas!! SHAME ON THEM!!

They bring all the rotten cakes and stuff from Hyderabad to sell in Tandojam, please make fresh and serve otherwise you will lose your customers.

Neat and clean place for fast food, cakes and sweets

There were very poor cleaning arrangements, the cash memo machine was broken and no receipt was being issued to the customer. And only cash was being accepted.

They didn't send anything on time, their service is very bad, whenever you place an order, they send receipt of order and then half an hour or an hour later they say that we no longer have this item. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Just before eid. I bought 1 KG of mixed sweets. And guess what! All the sweets were expired. Their taste was sour.. and smelled like rotten items..

Pathetic cake! Literally pathetic. It is 3rd day of Eid and I purchased there Belgian chocolate cake. God knows how old that cake was. Could actually feel the sourness in cream. Extremely disappointed. The cake was a gift for guests and nobody ate it. Wasted 2k

V.cooperative staff well manages found the items fresh, one negative side thing observed that the volume of sound system slightly higher side which perturbed when communicate with staff over all OK

They keep all the items fresh and service is appreciated.
