we had asked to put our bicycles somewhere in the hotel. We had asked this by mail thrugh booking. We didn't get an answer. Arriving at the hotel is was according to the people at the reception really impossible to put our bikes somewhere safe. By departure we noticed that there was plenty of room to do this, but that they refused to help us. So we had to put our expensive bikes alongside of our bed in our small room. There was no soap not at the washtable and also not in the shower. We asked to get this and finally we got this. The restaurant was closed, it was in before indicatet that the restaurant would be open. At the reception they mentioned that we got a mail about this, but this was really not the case. The roof at the shower was dirty, the shower was broken, in the corners of the room there was old dust... The staff is doing their work, but they don't give any sign that they are involved in being a staff member of the hotel. This is an issue of good leadership.

Clean rooms, nice staff and the best foie gras I've ever eaten! They also accept dogs.

Receptionist was really kind! The hotel was located about 25min from the city but it was nice! It was clean. Room was clean and nice. Nothing big nothing fancy. Just right. Breakfast wasnt anything extraordinary but again, everything you need. We were happy!

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was small for two people staying longer than a day or two. I assume the larger rooms with sofa might have been better. The location is not good for tourism purposes. It's in an industrial type enviroment and extra far from Bordeaux city center, when you factor in the horrendous highway traffic. The breakfast and dinners were pass muster. Breakfast is otherwise hard to find in the vicinty. Note that restaurants in the area are mostly closed on Sundays and select other days. The EV charging on the hotel site turned out not to be free. In fact, it was very expensive. Beware! We only chose this hotel for the EV charging. Mistake.

Strange place. It is on an industrial estate and a long way from any amenities. We weren’t here for the Spa but it was not like any spa I have been to

the breakfast was rather poor, for example no eggs, but beacon and sausages!

Very clean room and the sauna was very well maintained too. Good restaurant. Great value for money overall, especially if you do take advantage of free sauna/jakuzi that are included with your stay.

Without car it is very hard to go somewhere. Rooms are clean,food isn't bad. Breakfast is acceptable. Staff is polite.

Very comfortable rooms. Clean and warm and very nice bathroom and shower. Good air con. Nice to have a coffee machine. The lady on reception was very friendly spoke perfect English and was very helpful. Pity the resturant was closed on Sundays, but we were given info on some in the village. Found a lovely little bar and had a lovely Italian. Would definitely stay here again. Also had access to the jacuzzi which was nice after a day travelling.
