I would have liked to have given this hotel 4 stars but our room suffered with excessive noise from about 6.00 AM, due to noisy water pipes and the busy nearby reception. This is a characterful town centre hotel with restaurant. There is limited private parking, accessed via the road at the rear of the property. Accommodation on the upper floors has stair access only. Our room was compact, particularly the toilet, but clean and fairly comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

great hotel, breakfast is good, they have a restaurant from Monday to Saturday the restaurant is closed on Sundays but food is great and the staff is nice, close to Bordeaux and parking is close as well. great place enjoyed my stay stayed june 26-july 8 2016

Nice hotel, superb neighbourhood.

Hotel room is okay, a bit basic/spartan, but fair for the price: bed, tv, and desk, but nothing to make coffee or tea, etc. Couldn't control the temperature (there are controls but they were all switched off) and the room was relatively cold but overall okay. Bathroom and separate restroom (which is nice). The breakfast is good. The restaurant also serves good dinners (with good wine!) for a fair price. It's good if you're traveling alone and don't want to spend a lot.

Magical, classic and oldstyle hotel in the center of Gradingnan. The rooms are cozy and with fine style, and our kids really loved the gallery floor in our room. The balcony with the view of the city was also nice. Please note that there is no elevator. But except for this - everything was PERFECT! 🫶 The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good and we were pleased. GREAT value for money 👌
