WATCH OUT! Booked and paid for tour. Granavision called to say the time was changing. This did not suit but I could not call back as their number did not respond. On emailing was told no refunds available despite them changing the contracts time. . Further messages from me ignored. Will get my money refunded from credit card company but this is bad practice verging on a scam.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I made a reservation through Granavision for a flamenco in Seville. When I got to location point which was the flaminico show they told me that Granadavision did mot make a reservation for me, even though I call to confirm. This company is irresponsible and I would not be using their service again.

Excellent Tour of an Outstanding Location. Consuelo provided a wealth of information about the history of the Alhambra and the way of life over time during a well paced and comprehensive tour.

What an amazing tour this was! Probably the best guided tour in my entire life. Gustavo made us all feel like a group of best friends, he explained the history of Alhambra in a very interesting and fun way. I strongly recommend booking this tour!

Absolutely amazing tour of Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces with Fernando. The place is magnificent and we enjoyed listening to our guide - history, cultural heritage, historical anecdotes and personal proud and love of his native of Granada. The organisation of the tour was faultless and watsup messages made us feel secure as we could ask any questions. The tour is very much recommended!!!

Don't buy tickets here. The entrance to Alhambra is 14,50€, they charge you 38,50€ for the entrance and a really really bad audio guide! Be aware, it's disgusting!!!

We were very impressed with the tour. Felipe was friendly, very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The group was a smaller size which made it easier to be together and smoothly move through the tour. We highly recommend this tour group and of course our guide Felipe!

Amazing experience! Our tour guide Carlos Fuentes was brilliant. He is very knowledgable and had a friendly approach. He was always enthusiastic and made the tour enjoyable. We were allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions and take photos. We would highly recommend! Thank you Carlos.

Unfortunately we thought they were the official tickets from the Alhambra, but they are not. We bought the tickets online and we paid the double of the price for nothing. They offer audio guide, but they do not have properly audio guides devices, they can borrow you a cell phone with an APP o you have to download the app audio guide. The APP is rubbish, my wife und I needed to buy the official one in the Alhambra. We made a mistake, that’s why we advice to buy the ticket in the official web site and not in this site because the service is horrible and you have to pay -I more for nothing. They just screw over people.

Alhambra was amazing. Andy was our tour guide on our walking tour of this incredible place. What a fantastic guide he was - knowledgeable, a great communicator and engaging. Learnt so much from him in this three hour walking tour.

Beautiful walking tour through Alhumbra with Fernando. A guided tour is essential as it’s a huge complex and Fernando took us through the historical points of interest without any line with tea and WC breaks. After the trip he guided us how to reach the cathedral and market square of Granada. He even took our pictures at the right spots. I highly recommend a guided tour.

Had a great experience with this tour! I unfortunately had another tour cancel the night before and they were able to accommodate me with short notice (within 12 hours) via Get Your Guide. My tour guide was Gustavo, and he is one of the best guides I’ve had! Super knowledgeable about the Alhambra and also made it personal to his story and experiences, which really took the tour above and beyond. It was funny, thoughtful, entertaining, and informative. Definitely consider this tour if you’re looking to take your Alhambra visit to the next level.

We had looked forward to this visit to Alhambra and as expected it was amazing. The history, the beauty of whatever still remains and the visualising of what it must have been at that time is astounding. Gustavo is a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and witty. Alhambra was a very good experience and Gustavo made that possible.

SCAM. Do not buy Alhambra entrance tickets from this company. You do not need to. You can enter the Alhambra with tickets from the official site for half the price without the audio guide which according to reviews is useless anyway. Save yourself a load of money, find the official site and use that.

The tour was around 2 hours and 45 minutes and we were able to browse the entire Alhambra at ease. Andy was our tour guide who was a history major. He was able to guide us through the Alhambra and gave us a brief intro of a specific period of Granada for us which was crucial in understanding the architecture of the landmark. Not only is he knowledgeable in history, he is also well versed in Arabic. Being friendly and attentive he can be the best if not already the best guide we have encounter during this trip. If I really wanted to complaint or if I was demanded to give out an area of improvement, I would say a little bit of guidance or tips on how to take the best picture for people joining the group will be especially tempting to Asian tourist. 5/5 could definitely recommend.

We are so glad to have booked a tour through Granavision. Our guide, Gustavo, was so knowledgable, sharing historical context, art elements, anecdotes, and all with a sense of humor. His pace was great and he was very responsive to the group. We learned and saw so much. We feel it was the best way to experience the Alhambra for the first time. Thank you!

We had such a great guide. His name is Carlos F (you can make up your mind which the F stands for, but it is his sirname too). So impressive this site! We visited during the afternoon. Maybe it would be better to visit early morning so you can spend some time after the guided tour. Nevertheless very worthwhile. Carlos does not stop talking, so you get told a lot of stories. Funny and true (unless there is romance in the air and then maybe it was made up...) Go see it. Reserve all day and have fun! We did!

I had an amazing time at Alhambra thanks to my guide Guillermo. I can see that he is a history lover and I learned a lot about the place from him. He is a truly passionate guide. The most important thing is that he was approachable and helpful. Alhambra takes a very important part in the world history, so I suggest visiting it.

My family, including two teenagers, had a super day! The tour surpassed our expectations. Alhambra was stunning and our guide, Alberto, was incredibly well informed and an amazing source of knowledge about so many aspects related to political history, religion and culture, architecture, geography etc. We were very impressed! Our guide on the coach, Zoraida, and the walking tour of Albaicin prior to palace was endearing and extremely friendly. She made the journey and the tour very enjoyable and interesting. For us, the duration of the tour was ideal. All in, it was good value for money, the communication from the tour operator was excellent and we are more happy to give a 5* review and recommend to others. Thankyou.

Uitstekende en vooral indrukwekkende rondleiding gehad. Doordat we onverhoopt iets later waren super nette service door te wachten. De gids was geweldig en wist alles leuk en boeiend te vertellen. Echt een aanrader om te boeken. Nogmaals erg bedankt!

Antonio M was a fantastic tour guide! Humorous, so informative, a true local. Instructions on where to meet and collection of audio speakers could have been a little clearer, but overall great tour. We quickly learned that tickets to Alhambra are very tricky to purchase and are often sold out weeks in advance. Whilst the entry ticket is only €14.50 the tour together with the ticket is €60 and worth it to move through the monument throughly and efficiently.

Enrique was an excellent quide who spoke fluent English and knew everything about the Alhambra and the surrounding area. I would definitely suggest getting a guide when you visit, the three hour tour flew by as there is so much to see and learn.

My husband and I did the 3 hour Granada tour on 27 may with Alberto. Tour was great - you can't help to be gobsmacked by the Alhambra -but it was made by Alberto who was informative, got the right balance of detail, humorous, great English and would thoroughly recommend using this company but do try to get Alberto if you are English speaking. Highlight of the trip so far !

We took the English-speaking 3 hour tour on 31 August 2021. The guide, Soler, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was quite strenuous in the heat, but taken at a reasonable pace, with a ten-minute break in the middle. Thoroughly recommended tour

Don‘t book with Granavision! They are extremely overpriced. The audioguided Tour to Alhambra costs double the amount of what you pay if you get a ticket and audioguide (containing even much more information) at the entrance. Granavision is a typical tourist trap. We made the mistake to book before comparing prices and we were not even satisfied with the audioguide as it was missing a lot of important basic information. Absolutely no recommendation!!

Guillermo was such a good guide. He had so much knowledge about Generalife and Alhambra. It was inspiring and enlightening. He clearly had a great passion that rubbed off on us. Also he was very patient with our many questions. Please tip him better than us two students ever could.

We had a 3 hour group tour of Alhambra Feb 13 with Antonio Villalobos. He was superb. exceptional knowledge, excellent English and passionate narration at just the right level of detail. I have been travelling for 50 years and this was by far the best guide I have had. Such a spectacular site made even more spectacular and meaningful by Antonio. He is dedicated to excellence and bringing happiness to group visitors.

I took the full 3 hour Alhambra tour with my husband Rich yesterday and it was exceptional. Our guide Alberto was very knowledgeable, friendly and with his sense of humour made the tour really accessible. The Alhambra is spectacular and we would highly recommend seeing it, but take the guided tour as you learn so much. Sue and Rich Clarke-Cox

(Translated by Google) After making an online purchase for a complete guided tour of the entire Alhambra, our surprise was that we could not see the Nasrid palaces (the most beautiful thing), they let us make the trip without notifying it with all the expenses involved, we had to settle with a refund of the money or see the rest with a refund of 25%, for the boss who came out to apologize but without the possibility of giving any solution, he told us that what we were not going to see was not so important (what will he know) at all recommended, the rest of the workers with their disgust and their guilt were much nicer, the guide Emilio a beautiful person who gets into his role very well.

RIP-OFF! Can only agree with the other negative reviews of this ticket agency. Do yourself a favour and get the official tickets for half the price (ca 14 euros). We did not and for 33 euros per person got access to a useless app with almost equally as useless audio guide. We also got a paper map with numbered points. You need to pickt the right point t right everytime you want to the guide to start playing. Very impractical as the numbers on the map do not match the numbers you see walking around Alhambra since the official Alhambra visitor centre has their own audio guide.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful tour guide in Hamdi Tawfiq. It was during Easter Friday so it was very busy but he managed the tour very well in spite of the crowds. The early timing of the tour made a big difference. He gave us so much interesting and valuable knowledge about the Alhambra Palaces and was very considerate to the group individual needs. Hamdi was organized, friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the Alhambra. A very special day.

I paid for the full tour and the tour guide only took us through half of Alhambra. He decided to take half of the group to Albaicin instead of continuing our tour. Very lovely guide but we were very disappointed that we had to go through the rest by ourselves and imagine the history of it all. Not worth the money we paid at all

We decided to get a private guide to take us through the Alhambra complex, bypassing the queues and getting VIP access to the Nasrid palaces. Our knowledgeable guide was the sole reason we had such a marvelous visit, enabling us to imagine how it must have been to live in and visit the place at the end of the 1400's. I highly recommend their services.

Our private guide, Sow, a Senegalese native who has lived in Spain for 15 years, was quite extraordinary. His several linguistic fluencies included Arabic, and he interpreted many of the calligraphic decorations that characterize Alhambra art for us. He is also knowledgeable regarding the history and construction techniques, so along with his engaging personality we had a most informative and enjoyable tour despite some of the worst weather for a tour (a scirocco rain laden with red dust from North Africa). We highly recommend this experience, especially as a private tour if finances permit.

Our hotel staff referred us to Granavisión website to book a guided excursion to Granada's Alhambra. We felt some uncertainty when at first we didn't receive our confirmation email. I had to call the agency to request they resend it. We received the email just a few hours before the excursion start time. We grabbed a cab to the meetup sight and by now our uncertainty was dissipating. The Granavisión logo was clearly marked at the address they provided, and at the appointed time, our guide, Daniel, presented himself, made introductions, explained what to expect and we set off. I wish I had gotten Daniel's last name to give you so you could request him specifically as your guide. He far exceeded any of our thoughts on what this guided tour would be; We were absolutely impressed with his knowledge of the history, architecture, symbolism, the grounds of the Alhambra and Generalife, and his ability to relay the entire narrative in Spanish and English, translating the Arabic writing and poetry inscribed throughout the Alhambra, while answering questions from others in French and explaining to us his origins are Italian. Wow! Words cannot express how impressed we were with Daniel and how much we enjoyed our tour with him. This tour was a 3 1/2 hour walking tour jam packed with information that set the scene. Daniel's narrative invoked our imaginations, taking us back in time, envisioning what it might have been like to enter the walls of this ancient fortress, the palaces and the gardens, full of symbolism, beauty, light and the rapture of being in paradise. Absolutely WONDERFUL!

A friend and I booked this night tour of the Alhambra for June 15. We are both in our 70s and wanted to avoid the heat, which can be debilitating during the day. I have visited the Alhambra in the day and it is amazing. The night tour was fantastic. You don't see as much, but the guide was so knowledgable our trip from 10:30pm to 12:30am went by in a flash. he was so interesting. Most of the night visitors were without guides. It is truly a waste to visit the Alhambra and not use a guide. We emerged into the cool early morning air, a bar was open on the terrace, we all sipped a delicious mint lemonade and he called us a taxi to take us back to our hotel. This is a five star trip. Do it!

Our guided tour at The Alhambra was a stand out experience. Our guide Antonio brought everything we saw to life, which made it both memorable and engaging. The muslim palaces and gardens are extensive, ornate and exquisite, even when compared to other top destinations around the world, such as say the Taj Mahal or any other European palaces. There was so much to see, and so many layers of history. Our tour was in mid-August and began at 5pm, and while it was 36C when we started, the palaces and court yards inside were generally cool. The light in the evening was golden. We took many many photos. I would highly recommend the guided tour, and hats off to Antonio, who was easy to talk to, friendly, and clearly a qualified expert in what we were seeing. We had an amazing time!

This was the most amazing tour I have ever experienced. Our tour guide Eduardo was absolutely fabulous. He really cares about Alhambra and it showed in the small details of the place. I would 100% recommend this tour for anyone who is not sure what to do in Granada or Spain in general. It was the most memorable & beautiful experience I’ve ever had.

His English was flawless. I would highly recommend Eduardo to anyone who wants the full experience. He clearly loves this place and wants to share it's beauty and history.
