    The service is really awful! I drove 20 more minutes to here to pick up food and then drove another 20 minutes back home. However they forgot to give me 4 sandwiches and 1 fries! When I came back they told me it is impossible and blamed me it’s my fault because I didn’t check the items! Unbelievable! It’s their job to make sure I get what I pay. Really awful experience. Same situations happened before.

    *elderly man getting out his car to see what the holdup is at 5PM last Tuesday... (the catch? Nobody was in the building...)* Easily the slowest place on earth, and I'm not asking. They usually have 2 sides to choose from and sweet tea or water... when they decide to open, because they def just close hours early, or don't even open in the first place sometimes... good food when it's right, just have to clean up the logistics.

    The employees in this place need to be 100% retrained on human decency. I’ve never encountered more ignorant individuals ever in my life. The fact they even have a job, is beyond me. As a former leader in the fast food industry in particular, I’d be damned if any of my employees spoke to customers or treated them in the manner this lady did. Rotten as all hell. Place needs to be cleaned out by corporate and re staffed with people capable of performing the basics of the job.

    Would rate zero if I could. Didn't have half the menu, only had 4 drinks to chose from, and the food I did order they didn't even know about until 15 minutes after I ordered and I to show them my receipt to even prepare my order. I placed a mobile order which believe it or not they didn't have half of what I ordered so instead of offering a refund they a. Ignored the order, and b. Substituted me with 8 biscuits after i said something. Could not stress enough to not go to this location, go to McDonald's next door or literally anywhere else.

    Stopped in to grab a quick dinner. There is nothing quick about this place though. They take and fulfill one order at a time. So if there is any line plan on being there for a while. The food was good, but not worth the 39 minutes it takes to get it. The location was clean. All the chairs were up and we were told you cannot eat inside.

    If I could not give any stars, I would. It took terribly long the first time I ordered here. Good wasn’t bad, but seemed old. Second time I ordered here, took forever- AGAIN, and my entire order was wrong. No sauce, NO spicy seasoning, and there was chicken nuggets thrown in with my tenders! Do not go here. Go to another location. Seriously.

    Horrible - owner should be ashamed. Staff is extremely slow and rude. Waiting for 30min with no way out the drive thru. Instead of preparing food they are all chatting and fixing their hair and putting on chapstick and touching peoples food. Place is DISGUSTING.

    Ordered online for pickup in the drive thru. Order of fries were missing, went back and was told they "had no more fries" because they didnt want to cook anymore. and got regular coke instead of a diet (I am diabetic and can't have sugar). Was told to get a refund online. Horrible customer skills and not welcoming at all in addition to them feeling its ok to intentionally short my order and send me on my way to discover it later.

    This place is ridiculous. You order a box of chicken and they don't give you any sauce unless you specifically ask for it. I was just told at the window today that they're going to start charging for sauce, but it's not on the menu and they don't ask you if you'd like any when you're paying for it in the first place so how are you supposed to get sauce? Who wants to eat dry Fried Chicken without any sauce to dip it in? If they actually charge me for sauce that's the last time I'm ever going to this Popeyes, but they can't charge me for something that's literally not offered on the menu and the person working the register doesn't ask me if I want.

    Spoke to the manager about how they messed up my order 2 times in a row. How do you forget the side to a combo, how do you give me sweet heat, when I asked for buttermilk ranch, and give me apple pie instead of oreo cheesecake. Manager yelled at me real quick, and hung up on me. Customer service sucks. Reading is fundamental, make sure the customer order is correct. I'm in food service as well, always make sure my customers orders are correct, and also correct any mistakes. Yesterday order was over $50, and today's order was over $70. Will never order from this place again. Ignorant, retarded mf

    The slowest service, drive thru lady kept saying "one second" for 10 minutes. There was only one person in front of me, and they were at the window. They also for some stupid reason have the person with the thickest accent working the drive thru mic.

    Drive thru was exceedingly slow. After requesting mashed potatoes without gravy, paying, and waiting for like 20 minutes we're told all the mashed potatoes had gravy, and they weren't making more. After some back and forth we managed to get some, after waiting another 5 minutes. Along with this, the food we got was cold. I received regular chicken when I had ordered tenders, and i could swear i tasted soap in the iced tea i got. Look, i don't know if this was because it was late, but I'd expect a restaurant to provide quality service during all of their open hours. This was barely a service. While discussing the mashed potato situation we were offered a refund for the potatoes, but the process involved refunding the entire order and then placing it again. Looking back on it we should've taken the full refund and left. Maybe go earlier and see how it goes.

    Went in with my husband since we were right next to it and totally regret even walking in. We waited well over 10 minutes after ordering, the girls were very rude, completely unorganized and after we said something about our number being skipped twice now they just looked at us and ignored us. The guy who cashed us out ended up getting our order because the others couldn't be bothered to apparently. They're just stacking up orders on the counter that they messed up and not taking care of any of them because we weren't the only ones, 2 people ended up just leaving and the other 3 in front of us were clearly aggregated as well. Just VERY bad service, no management, horrible attitudes and beyond unprofessional. Will NEVER be going back there and making sure no one I know does either. I'm surprised that the business is even still going with those kind of workers.

    I ordered online and went to pick it up in store. It wasn’t ready, so I waited in line. The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful when I came up and told her I had a mobile order. Everyone that placed an order at the restaurant got their meal within a minute, even though I had placed my order 25-30 minutes earlier. It’s one thing if it had been busy, but that wasn’t the issue. Next time I guess I should just place an order in the store and get it 5x faster, although I doubt there will be a next time.

    Usually ok. Not great but not bad. The cashier seemed like he wanted to go to sleep the last time I was there. I will go there, to just buy some warm biscuits, they are very good

    Hello world this was a nice place to go to couldn't eat anything didn't have any selection of vegan items. Being a vegan for 10 years I'm like this is one of the biggest restaurants and they should definitely go with some vegan options. Then they left my mom's food out the bag a few different items but that was also our fault for not looking before we pull it off. But staff was friendly...

    They should improve the service of the employees by using the necessary equipment for the kitchen, both to cover the person's hair and mouth, gloves for food, it is horrible to find human hair in food. The people who are cleaning cannot be working with the food at the same time, as was the case on this occasion when I was ordering food. Thank you for your attention and cooperation of customers.

    Overcharged, undercooked, and tasteless. I had to come home and bake my chicken for 30 minutes. The quality of fast food has gone down and prices up. Not worth the money or wait in their long line. 12 piece 52.00 a gravy on the side 3.49 which was water and spicy. I got home tasted my food and tossed it in the trash. So disgusted.🤬

    Yeah the lines might be long sometimes but the people cooking the food at this restaurant are carrying this brand on their backs. WOW. Amazing quality chicken, fries , and beans with rice. 100/10 would recommend

    I got to the ordering machine and the lady says they don't do DoorDash orders after 10 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. I asked that they reconsider since I have been on the drive thru for 20 minutes & they obviously ordered before the machine was turned off! She said she's sorry but that just don't do it. They turned a few people away already. They just don't do it. This is the most absurd thing I ever heard since there were 10 cars in front of me and 10 cars behind me. THEY ARE PREPARING FOOD! JUST NOT FOR PEOPLE SITTING AT HOME! THERE SHOULD BE A BIG SIGN OF THERE SAYING THIS! I LOST MONEY SITTING THERE!

    Derive thru was long and the food was mediocre. Not your best day Popeyes on elmwood. The chicken sandwhich was not very fresh. And fries just felt lazy. Idk if it was the Bills losing or if y’all were just hung over but DO BETTER.

    I am so sick of this location opening late or not opening when they are supposed to be open. I ordered via mobile app. Got to Popeyes at 10:25 (they open at 10:00). They said they have no food ready at all and I could wait minimum of 15 minutes but that was a guess. I left and have to request a refund on the app. This has happened more than once. Shoddy management if this is how you run a business. That's ok, KFC is right there (actually, a little closer to me).

    Every time I order from this store it’s at least an hour and a half before closing and they cancel my order on doordash every time after I’ve already waited an hour. This store should be shut down absolutely terrible customer service.

    The crispest fried chicken I've had out. Tender and juicy inside with good flavor. Plenty of options for sides including my personal favorite "Red Beans and Rice". v Drive thru lines are long due to the restaurants popularity. Avoid prime meal times and you will be just fine!

    They chicken (breast, leg, nuggets, sandwich) is decent overall honestly. They fries is everything! I'm not really of fan of they Mashed potatoes they too chunky for my liking. They rice is horrible 🤢 never tried their seafood stuff so no comment. They always outta drinks at this location but it dont tatse like they soda pipelines dirty so it's cool. To be blunt they prices don't match the taste, in my opinion 🤷🏽‍♀️ workers a move slowly but they friendly

    I do food delivery as a side gig, and the policy of this store is to not prep orders until after a driver has arrived. This means that every time I choose to pick up a delivery from this location, I have to wait 10 to 20 minutes in order to receive the food for my customer. They claim that it is because customers have complained about getting cold food. They don't seem too concerned with the fact that it's money out of my pocket to sit and wait. If you are a delivery driver, my recommendation would be to skip any orders for Popeyes. It's not worth your time.

    This is the greatest Popeyes you'll ever go to. Before you're even done paying, they have your food ready. Drink refill doesn't work but they'll still give you food. Super nice staff and they are the fastest ever

    We ordered all dark meat through the drive-thru. Got home it was not all dark. This is not the first time. the white meat was on the bottom. Just tell me you can't do all dark.

    This restaurant needs some serious help when it comes to giving the right order away. I ordered chicken tenders w/ bbq sauce, twice through drive thru and not only did I not get that order but they assured me both times that it was the correct order. Only getting 2 drums and per order, and no sides that has got to be a blatant dysfunctional kitchen

    I was getting a mobile order and stood there waiting for them to make the order, I was there 25 minutes waiting and the mobile order. Then they finally come up to me again and tell me they gave away my order to somebody else even though I was standing right there. They REFUSED to remake it for me and they refused to give me a refund. I was furious and just walked out, that was a huge waste of 35$ . I will and have never gone back to that location. They are lazy and rude and inconsiderate people at this location. I am never ever going back and I encourage other people to drive the extra 6 minutes to the other location. The people are much nicer there and give much better customer service.

    My online order was supposed to be ready at 6:13. I showed up at 6:20 and my order wasn't ready so I waited in line. There was one person taking each online order number (from the customers in person) and putting them together one at a time. Isn't the point of ordering online so the food is ready when you get there? I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes for my online order to be put together, while customers came in after me, ordered in person, and were handed their food 30 seconds later. I understand a place being busy and getting behind on orders, but that's not what happened here. I would've just gotten in line and ordered in person if I didn't already pay online

    This time around was not too pleased. I did an online order and then drove there. The app asks to order asap or you can request the time. I request a time half hour from when i placed my order. I am giving 3 stars only for this day.. they were very disorganized and not sure what was going on with who's order ... finally after 15 mins of waiting to be recognized. One of the team members called me and overlooked my order then they started to print online orders ... I will tell you I never saw a team member be so embarrassed as I did that day I will not lie they had to print the online report 3 times. It looked like 5 orders at a time came out. The manager was there but she didn't acknowledge any of the customers. As she was telling the employees to get this or that. I was advised by a couple that did a walk-in order that the manager had told her we have about 5 new employees sorry for the wait... Then when that couple received their order before all the online orders... they sat down to check their order. Their order was missing items and they where given the wrong items. It had never been that Chaotic in there before. This is why only 3 stars were given. Maybe next time I go I can change my stars.

    I visited this location at 3:30 pm on February 24th and the manager here was verbally abusing and berating the staff. I felt so bad for everyone working. At one point my spouse and I heard him scream "are you deaf" at an employee. Completely not okay. I hope this manager gets reprimanded for his behaviour. What a jerk.
