Best pizza not only in Grapevine, but in all Texas!! It was so tasty and really "Italian", with the correct amount of cheese🤗the desserts were amazing. Incredible!! A Must!

I can't decide between 4 stars and 5. I wish we could give half stars. The place is great, and the live music really does give a good atmosphere to eat in. My only complaint that is when I'm paying 20+ dollars for a plate of pasta, I want to be wowed by it. The food was good, yes. But it didn't quite feel like it stood so much further above other Italian restaurants. The staff is incredibly nice, so I will say that they will treat you right. I would recommend the calamari though. That was very tasty.

I recently visited this amazing establishment and was blown away by the quality of the food. The supreme pizza was truly a work of art, with fresh and delicious toppings that burst with flavor in every bite. But the real star of the show was the crust - it was crisp and had the perfect balance of chewiness. Not only was the food fantastic, but the atmosphere was also great. It was a cozy and inviting environment that made me feel right at home. I even had the pleasure of being served by Randall, who was the perfect server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. To top it all off, I had the Italian crème cake for dessert and it was simply divine. The creamy and sweet flavors blended together perfectly, making it the perfect ending to my meal. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Napoli's, where I plan on trying some of their other dishes. From the fresh ingredients to the warm atmosphere, this Italian restaurant is a true gem. Don't hesitate, go try it out for yourself!

This is the best Italian food I have had in a long time. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Food was subpar. We ordered breadsticks lasagna and fettuccine carbonara. Everyone in my family said they’d rather eat at Olive Garden and none of them even like eating there. Not sure why this place has such a high rating but we didn’t enjoy the food we were served today. Husband said sauce tasted like ketchup and metal. If you go also be prepared for a wait the restaurant had very few people and we were there for well over an hour most spent waiting not eating

Great Fresh Italian food from appetizers to main courses - filling without the stuffed sluggish feeling of too many carbs! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is friendly. Recommend a lunch or early dinner...and Italian cake for dessert.

We were there during the week mid afternoon so was not busy. Food was excellent, service spectacular, and deserts were yummy! Not sure about the other reviews but we will definitely be back for more 🌝❤️🤩

Our first impression was wonderful. We made reservations for the back patio, which turned out to be the perfect setting for my wife and I to enjoy our much needed date night. Very attentive wait staff. Each course was very delicious and prompt. The spinach artichoke dip was excellent. The bacon-wrapped filet mignon was easily among the top five steaks I've enjoyed this year. Her salmon picotta was perfectly pan-seared; crispy outside, light & fluffy inside. And the wine, can't forget the wine! Plenty of selection, something for everyone! I think we've found a new favorite!

Stopped in for lunch while in the area. I enjoyed the blackened Salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes. The Salmon was fresh and cooked to perfection. My partner ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken but unfortunately it didn’t taste as fresh. We also ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella cheese added on top. That was a great appetizer to start with. I thought their selection of music was a bit off considering it’s an Italian restaurant.

Napolis is one of our favorite restaurants in Grapevine. We've eaten many things on the menu, and they've all been delicious. The short ribs, lasagna, rigatoni & pizza are some of our favorites. And you absolutely have to try the chocolate bomb for dessert! If you're not a chocoholic, walk over to the adjoining gelato shop. They have a case full of great flavors. The peanut butter is my favorite. The staff has always been attentive & helpful. If you're there during the live music nights, that's just an added bonus.

My family enjoyed a delightful evening with some delicious food to celebrate my dad's birthday. Our server Luke provided us with excellent service! He was so respectful and nice. I've been here before with friends, and Napolis always delivers!!! 👌

5/5 for the ice-cream parlor next door, but only 4/5 for the meal. It was good, for sure, it just need something else. I think it was the chicken wasn’t really seasoned. It just tasted like a plain chicken breast with prosciutto on top and literally no seasoning. The ice cream next door though. SO good. You must try the Italian cream, hands down the best flavor, and I tried pretty much all of them.

Extremely nice place. Very pricey but you get what you pay for. They have a wide variety of wines🍾 and excellent breakfast food.

We had date night in this cozy clean restaurant. We were referred by friends. The food was spectacular and well prepared. The service was good and welcoming. The parking was easy to find. The meatballs were very old school italian. The short braised ribs were slow cooked and tender. They were the best I have had a few years. The drinks aka italian sangria, are worth the price. We will be back.

We visited Napolis restaurant side after picking up glass ornaments from Vetro. We walked right in around 1pm on a Saturday and were seated without a wait. I made sure to take plenty of menu pics because the other ones online were outdated. Inflation has definitely hit Grapevine, though not TOO hard. I'm allergic to milk and beef so Italian restaurants can be a struggle. My partner is part-Italian and I love bread, so we make it work. I wish they had non-cream based soups and dairy-free cheese for custom pizzas. But it's a local place, so you take what you can get. The only brunch thing I ordered was a blood orange mimosa, very tasty. We split the foccacia bread, had to use a knife and fork to cut around the tasty balsamic glaze. And yeah, not complimentary bread, but yummy! My partner ordered the Meatza pizza and had two slices leftover. I ordered the large house salad and added grilled chicken. The atmosphere was great, our server friendly, and we had good views of the festive tourists outside.

Delicious Italian sub. Attentive staff service. Pricing was fine. Ate outdoors at an umbrella table. Enjoyable experience.

Walked into this place randomly for my birthday dinner and so thankful. The spinach artichoke dip was to die for!!! It comes with bread for dipping and was the perfect amount. I ordered the muscles and they were perfect! Our waiter Zander was so polite. I can’t wait to go back. Happy birthday to me.

I rarely give 5 stars to anybody unless it was absolutely incredible. However, I had a nice experience at Napolis and we didn't regret choosing it as our lunch spot. The staff was really nice and friendly. Excellent Italian sangria. I don't like dry sangria but this was a good balance not too sweet but not dry. Kid's cheese pizza was huge and kids loved it. I had carbonara and my husband had lobster ravioli both of which had great sauce. They have a cute market next to it which had a wonderful selection of gelato.

Best Italian restaurant in Grapevine and Airport area, great staff, very clean, cozy atmosphere. Im from the Northeast (Boston) so i know what good italian food is will continue to eat here regularly 🍝🍷

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I enjoyed a glass of Syrah & the chicken piccata, which was exquisite. My friend had the lobster raviolis, and she said, “there the best raviolis I’ve (she) ever had”. We also split the bruschetta… I don’t usually order this app when I’m out, but she instead. Needless to say, I’m glad we did. Our waiter was amazing! I can’t remember his name, but he was a taller gentleman with curly brown hair. At the end of our dining experience, he let us know it was his first time serving outside of training. My friend and I had no idea because he was amazing! He made sure we both had drinks and never left us wanting for a glass of wine. He was prompt with our service/delivery. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Later we took a stroll and wound up here again! This time we were on the other side, adjacent to the restaurant. We picked up some macaroons-to-go, gelato, & goodies for upcoming events. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back again!

Absolutely had a great, warm and welcoming experience. Food was delicious and fresh, portions were large. Service was quick, helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Try the gelato you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely lunch. The server was so friendly, though not super attentive, due to being busy with an upstairs room that I never checked out. The food was delicious, all around!! ***Next door, we found dessert and so many of the specialty foods that we were just enjoying in our lunch!! Fresh Pasta, Gelato & Capers.... Oh my!
