    Eric Hall is Awesome , I bought a Camaro for my wife and had such a great experience that I ordered a Corvette from him in 10/26 /2019 ! Great Followup and personality plus ! Austin Sales Mgr was great to deal with and Austin Z your Dealership Sales Advisor spent over 1 1/2 hrs going over the Corvette … very knowledgeable and polite and professional… ! I took over to you’re Service Department to say hello and 2 of you’re Service Advisors ran over to make sure everything was ok 👍 I just wanted to ask some technical questions which they answered! Now that is Customer Service! This is an Excellent Dealership and has the feel of a small home town Dealership . In fact when I was waiting for the Business office I didn’t have any change and one your Sales staff bought me a Diet Coke so nice 👍 Your new F&I guy was very polite and professional and must of Thanked me 10 times for the Business and he again went over everything before I left … great experience! I brought the Corvette over to Grapevine Cruise night and boy must have 25 people ask me about the car and Dealership ! I gave out 5 of Eric’s cards … got to get more ! I highly recommend this Dealership Great Knowledgeable Staff which want to make you Happy and Have a Great Experience! See Eric Hall the Internet Director you will be glad you Did !     Alex Rivera was amazing. No high pressure sell, very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me every rebate possible. The entire process was simple, easy, and not intimidating. If you need a new car, go see Alex and tell him I sent you.

    Brought my truck in for service. Everything went ok I suppose, except i asked for a lube as well the service technician advised me that the trucks (3500) do not require lube, as i am looking right at a grease fittings on the A-arm? Whatever, i arrive to pick it up and i walk out to my truck, no-one meets me to explain what they did. I look over the truck and there are greasy hand print and smudges in about four places. See pictures. I dont complain, i wait for a how did we do email/text. I receive a text and i explain what happened and i receive no response. What is happening to the American workforce? Will not be back for anything especially after the issues when i bought my Camaro there also. I should have known. They are very proud to tell you they are the biggest dealership, it makes sense now.

    Jose H is probably the best car salesman Alive. I’ve bought 11 vehicles from him and always has my best interest in mind. He is definitely a guy you can trust ! That is hard to believe in the car business. If you buy a car come to him and Rusty on finance. They are very good at what they do

    Took in my Camaro for a routine oil change. Did it in about 30 minutes, friendly staff too. Chose this Chevrolet Service center as everybody says this is the best one. I see why. This is the one I’ll always be taking it too. Special thanks to Alan, for the great customer service.

    So I’ve been having problems with my Chevy trax since august. It has been to this dealership twice and both times the mechanics here say there is nothing wrong with my vehicle despite my car’s dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree. I worked with Alan Garza and Joe L. And nothing got resolved. They didn’t help cover for my rental car the first time I took my vehicle in for service, which is in breach of my contract under my extended warranty plan. They had my car for 5 days and claimed they could never replicate the issues I was experiencing. I stressed over and over the importance of my safety while driving this car, as the power steering would go out and brakes would lock up mid drive on I-35!!! They made me pay 200 out of pocket for a battery because they said that was the problem the car had, but as soon as I started the vehicle the stabilitrack light was on and Alan claimed he just needed to clear codes. Alan and Joe Never answer the phone, you have to hound them with repeated phone calls to get through to them. They did a very poor job in trying to find the solution to my vehicle, I guess me and my daughter have to be involved in an accident for them to care. They are asking for a lawsuit.

    Friday evening we arrived around 4:30 interested in a new Tahoe that we had seen online. Mike Higgins had already had it parked up front. By 7:30, we were driving home in our new High Country Tahoe. Quick & painless experience at Classic Chevrolet. Thanks for helping us out Mike! The family loves the new ride!

    🌟Ask for ERIC ESTRADA🌟 A huge shoutout to our salesman Eric Estrada at Classic Chevrolet! He went above and beyond for my husband and I with the purchase of our New 2023 Tahoe High Country! His professionalism and knowledge of the Chevrolet brand did not go unnoticed! Not only did he find us the exact Tahoe we had been hoping for, but he got us in and out in a timely manner at a great price too!! After dealing with numerous salespeople at different dealerships, Eric is by far the best! Highly recommend Eric Estrada and his Finance Manager, Roger Langley at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine!

    Everyone I talked to was very kind and explained everything in depth to where I could understand. Very patient which put me at ease to where I didn't have to worry about them rushing me into a car that I was going to put me in a large debt. They all looked out for me especially the sales representative, Andy. He was awesome! And Kimberly at the front desk, her amazing attitude also put me at ease because I stressed. And the business manager Peter was awesome as well! He looked out for me by giving his recommendation on what I should do regarding the finance part of the process. Overall 100/10!

    My Service Advisor, Vaughn, has been incredible through a lengthy process to get my car into working order. Stellar customer service. Props also go to Johnathan in service who has been heavily involved in the troubleshooting and repair phases of this process. I can tell both of them truly care about the customer, not just the car. They are both assets to your dealership and are deserving of recognition, regardless if the issue with the car returns/persists. Thank you for running a highly professional business.     I recently had the pleasure of working with Waeland Thomas for my car purchase and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, the entire process was easy and stress-free. Waeland was respectful, professional and worked with me to find the perfect car within my budget.     When I called to set the appointment, the person I spoke with, was very friendly and they were able to get me an appointment right away. Steve in the service department was great, very helpful, and his estimate for the completion time was exactly accurate! Their waiting area was comfortable and they had a well stocked area where you can purchase snacks and refreshments. I was very pleased and impressed with my first interaction with this Service Department.

    You have a huge asset in Frank my salesperson. I first went to another dealership and not one time did he talk bad about them. All he said was when you don’t get what you want come see me. Indeed I didn’t receive what I wanted from the other dealership. I went to Frank and with no hassles he gave me the deal I wanted. I would definitely highly recommend Frank and Classic Chevrolet to anyone.

    classic Chevrolet is a five star in the service area. They were friendly courteous, and took care of the problem very quickly and I liked them for that. Where i being a Disabled Vietnam Vet and use a wheelchair to get around they were able to get my vehicle back to me so I wouldn’t be stranded anywhere again the service talking to them and the time. It took to fix my vehicle with you about 18 hours. It was great.

    I bought a used Ford Ranger here and it was the best experience I’ve had ever at a car dealership. First, the price was fair and that’s what brought me there in the first place. The salesman, Juan Tapia, went above and beyond by having my truck delivered and following up with an owed key for my used truck. I was paying cash so I was out the door in just over an hour. These guys are awesome!

    I did not appreciate that no one told us on the phone when we made the appointment, when they called and gave us the estimate, nor when they called to say the car was ready that you charge 3% more for using a credit card. We do not carry a checkbook on us, and never that much in cash. Thank goodness my husband was able to find a debit card in his wallet. This is not acceptable, nor have I ever been charged that type of charge at a dealership in other states. I will say the air conditioning is working great now, and you were able to fix it in a very timely manner. The employees were courteous.

    Mike was great! He made my experience smooth and easy. He always made sure I was up to date with the vehicle status and walked me through everything. Rodger in finance was also very great to work with. Great conversation, helped me out a lot and made sure I felt taken care of. Overall my experience was amazing.     We had the best experience with Jesus at Classic Chevrolet buying our new Tahoe SUV! Jesus was very patient, knowledgeable and client focused from beginning and make our car buying process super fun and easy. Also, would like to thank Richie who made the financing part a walk in park and such a seamless process. Truly happy and satisfied to come to these guys and they was no mark up or upselling!     Go see Andy Garza and you won’t be disappointed. Best car buying experience yet. If you are on the fence about buying a car right now, go to Classic and let them take the stress out of the process. Incredibly attentive and efficient. Interactions with Sales and Finance were both very efficient. I love when my time isn’t wasted. We will always remember the difference between our experiences at other dealerships and the great service received at Classic Chevrolet Grapevine. This is not paid advertising but my real life experience. They even delivered the car after detailing and filling the tank!
