Such a fun new place to go! Quiet and quaint in downtown Grapevine. The staff is super friendly and very helpful when trying to order. They have so many options and I love that the coffee is all made with Oat Milk. The cornbread waffle they recommended was so good and we topped it off with the pumpkin waffle! They have a quiet space to work and you almost feel like you are in a sleepy beach town coffee shop. It was wonderful! I definitely will be back and already dreaming about having my wonderful Latte again!

Brew and Batter was a delicious alternative to the traditional Waffle House experience! Their selection of waffles made with oat milk and gluten free was a healthy change to the original. Their coffee made with oat milk (latte) was also delicious. Not a lot of indoor seating, but great for families If you don’t mind sitting outside. Highly recommend!

Had a very pleasant experience being a 1st timer in this petite yet spacious location. Was able to just sit for a minute and gather the day in peace with a great Iced Chai Latte. Will definitely revisit soon.

I’ve been making the rounds of the local coffee places and had this one on my list. What I can say is this one was by far the most affordable and the coffee was on par with the other places. The ambiance was nice and the single staff was super sweet. I ordered a cortado and a drip coffee both of which were good. I appreciate that they don’t charge an arm and a leg. Stay cool brew and batter and keep up the good work!

First time visiting this place. Coffee was good but surprised there was not refills, so opted for a large drip. Also had a waffle w egg & Cheese. It was ok. Nothing special. Prices are a bit high,, 2 coffees, 2 waffle dishes, >$25 + tip. This is a sorta hipster place. Staff were very nice. I'd go again.

Pound cake looked good but was a bit on the dry side. The cold brew had a nice flavor and great for a hot day. Friendly staff and the gal playing guitar and singing. Could’ve listened to her all day.

Nice and neat small place. This here is a Mango drink with Coconut milk and it is refreshing and yummy. They also have a great selection and alternatives for food sensitive people (gluten). The staff is very kind, professional and willing to answer all the questions you can imagine. I will recommend this place and fuggedabouit. God bless.

This is such a cozy place that we should have eaten in, but we ordered to go so we could get back to the water park. Next time we’re in town, we will savor our food and order coffees at this location. The vegan waffle was the best vegan waffle I have ever experienced and I can’t explain how grateful I am for the ultimate vegan waffle. In addition to being perfectly crispy outside and just the right tender but toothsome inside, it was tasty by itself and came with real maple syrup. I saw at the cafe that drinks are made with oat milk, so if I had ordered coffee it could have been dairy-free - I will be back for perfect waffles and coffee without dairy cross contamination just as soon as I’m in Grapevine again.

I visited this place two weeks ago and it was awesome! It has a very cozy and quaint atmosphere. I ordered the breakfast waffle with the Jalepeno Cilantro Crema on the side. I am a lightweight when it comes to spice but it wasn't too spicy where I couldn't eat it. My friend ordered the Gluten Free/Vegan PB & Banana waffle and she loved it! My iced chai tea latte with vanilla disappeared fast...it was so good!

Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Great atmosphere and drinks. Seasonal menu includes the Coconut Honey Latte, highly recommend! Wonderful and unique breakfast options as well, best café in Grapevine!

First time here. Great for exactly what it is, a quaint little coffee a waffle shop. There are definitely some elevated a d unique options. We got seasonal coffee and the Brie & Fig waffle. Delicious! Staff was friendly as well

The coffee is great. The ambiance is just okay, the quiet room is not comfortable with benches in small space.

Brew & Batter has a warm atmosphere inside. Great customer service and good coffee drinks. I got the blueberry latte iced and hot. I’d give a 5 stars but it was a bit pricy for two drinks ($12). Would recommend to try at least once Solid 3.5 stars

If you have a gluten or dairy allergy you understand the struggle of being underwhelmed by GF & Vegan menu options and flavorless food. I had PLENTY to choose from here and the waffle was divine. I appreciated that they don’t use garbage syrups. They have the real maple!! Coffee was scrumptious and milk alternatives were plentiful. Atmosphere was also a WIN. The people that work here are friendly and accommodating. WELL DONE!!!!

If you’re looking to for a quiet place to study or great food and service this is not the place. The tables constantly wobble. The Quiet Room is everything, but quiet. There’s two pairs of people talking constantly and loud. The couple eating is smacking so loud. Even if the people weren’t here the Quiet Room door is always open so you hear EVERYTHING going on. The coffee tastes like some old instant coffee maker from the early 2000s. The food tastes like the cooks made it without trying it first, the food is bland and lacks seasoning and flavor.

This was my first time to try a cornbread waffle. I didn’t care for the runny egg whites but it was a good breakfast and I absolutely loved my coffee. I also appreciate that they have a quiet room for studying or quiet work.

Was from out of town and noticed this cute cozy place. Gingerbread waffle was AMAZING! As was the peppermint latte. There quiet room is perfect for reading a book. Definately going back.

Such a cute little location. It seems like a perfect place if you don't want to work from home. They have fantastic coffee and the pancakes were good. It was our first time and we didn't know what size the pancakes were going to be, so we did the trio and it was way too much. The vegan pancakes were yummy and perfect size. I got the dirty horchata latte and my friend hot the gingerbread latte. It was delicious. He did say that one of the pancakes were a little dry despite all the syrup.
