Never consistent with this mcds. Its prob one of the worst mcds I've been to. Window person literally threw my bag of food at me lastnight. Fries hard and luke warm. 15 min wait for only 3 cars ahead of me. Chicken sandwich looks like it was dropped on the floor.

Terrible customer service !!!extremely rude drive-through experience with employee and I found out they were the manager when I asked to speak with one I live very close by walking distance ! and I choose now after today to go further away just to not use this McDonald’s awful terrible customer service nobody needs that in the morning. I would have been there basically every morning. They lost the business

Paid for a medium smoothie and got a small. Disappointing.

This should NOT be classified as "FOOD" Its chemicals !! Except the Coffee, Lord HELP me i love their Coffee..Black !! You all can keep everything else. 🤢

The bun on my sandwich was stale, and the meat was salty. My fries were fresh, though.

Food was fast and freshly made. Went inside for breakfastt and it smelled clean and looked clean. Smiles and a friendly tone. Thanks

8/10 times I go there they either forget something in my order, or mess up my order every single time

To be honest, I just stopped in for a bag of ice. It was pretty convenient though, I'll say that. Also, the ice was cold, which is a prerequisite for ice.

Waited over 10 minutes to get waited on, inside, with no one else there. Food was pretty cold and muffin was hard. Must have been one of the first sausage, egg, muffins made in morning, so by 10 am, it sat too long under the lamp. You'd think for $10+ dollars for 2 sandwiches and a drink, you'd at least get a hot meal!!! They acted like they were "bothered" to have to help a customer. Won't go back there again. This was a convenient place to go because of driving a semi, but, not paying good money for trashy overly priced food

They were out of chicken nuggets because "someone didn't restock." My picky kiddo will not eat burgers, so fries and chocolate milk had to suffice.

Staff seems like they really don't care to serve you. They don't check for customers often so you will stand a while before you order.

I can't even believe that I have to even star this, the managers are horrible, but we did have an all star working the drive thru ( Zamier) was very professional but when I called to let them KNOW I was missing items, not a good response. I work in the food industry and it's not what you SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! Please work on YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ( Thank you Zamier for being so professional)

Awful response from the manager on shift, after the entire chicken pack was missing from my 50$ order. Told me they don't have the products (mcchickens, fries,and nuggets!) MAIN ITEMS SOLD. Ignored my call once I asked what is to be done about the issue. He literally sat on the phone and didn't say a word in response. Thanks for NOT feeding my kids tonight guys. Work on your coaching for your management, or you're going to lose business fast.

I don't know who made my iced coffee this morning but it was perfect! They are normally fast and punctual prefer this one over the other one down the street!!

This McDonald's is the worst place ever!!! Every time I go they mess up things. The workers don't care what you ask them... The amount of times I go and they keep screwing my order. I'm beyond disgusted. I will never go again..

Every single time I order from here something is wrong. Every time I use the app it’s wrong. They charge me on the app and then tell me I have to pay on site. Never going back.

This McDonalds is decent. The drive thru seems to take forever here though and big shocker...the ice cream machine is down a lot. Can't get ice cream or a Frappe and that makes me mad when I go all the way there for just 1 Frappe...but at least the food is always good and hot.

Sorry to see $1 any size fountain drinks no longer available 😢.
