This is the pizza that was delivered to me on 08Aug22 at around 6:30 pm. I called and they offered me a free pizza. I order it today and the said that I had to pay for delivery. Then employee Leo hangs up on me and tells me that I can’t speak to his manager for ten minutes. Absolutely poor customer service. I don’t even trust to order from this place again. Who knows what they would do to my order. CDPH needs to assess this location. If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have employees like this working for me. If was the owner I would most definitely look into this. Today is 13Aug22 and they still haven’t reach out out. Leo said to me that a manager was going to call me. Still hasn’t an im without pizza. Don’t buy from this store. We are just a number. A year later still the same smh!

I ordered a pizza at 8:00pm expecting to be out of work by then, but much to my dismay I had to stay an extra hour, expecting a cold pizza and wings I was prepared for the worst. However when I arrived not only was my pizza hot, it was fresh. Two amazing employees Chase and Jeff remade my whole order for me and we’re some of the best people I’ve ever met at a Dominos, they were nice, fun, and professional. Together they made my experience the best it could possibly be. Thank you Chase and Jeff for making my miserable night not so bad after all. 10/10 best Dominos I ever had

This Dominoes location has been spot on the 5 times a year we order it. Pizza is always hot, order is right and always come swiftly. Big fan. This score is on the location and not of the taste of Dominoes. We all know it's the best...trash pizza there is! Thank you!

The service has always been fast and friendly. I recently posted an online order for pickup and when I got home realized that it was not what I thought I had ordered. I called back and indicated that I had gotten the wrong pizza. They offered to remake my pizza for free and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After re-checking my order, I saw that the toppings I had ordered indeed had been omitted and it was my mistake in not confirming. Really appreciate the great service during your busy dinner hour as well as the tasty pizza, thank you all!

Absolutely disgusting... Cheese taste sour and pizza was completely undercooked. Two people working and a very odd empty location. Neither workers seemed to care whatsoever I was there and the pizza wasn't ready 15 minutes after pickup time. Completely understaffed. I would never in a million years order again. Worst pizza I've ever eaten and I've had bad pizza many times. Not sure where the stars are coming from but read the other reviews. Maybe paid ratings??

Pizza from this Domino's location is great! I know everyone has their pizza presence, but I do highly recommend trying them out. They are very quick preparing your order, and of course you can keep track of the progress. Good quality and tasty ingredients are used and they take care in the crafting of your food. I am sure it depends on how busy, but the delivery was quite rapid. Only a few minutes after the pizza was ready and they had it to me piping hot. The driver was kind and friendly, look forward to seeing them again.

My favorite domino's. I live in the round lake area. And prefer to always drive out of my way to go to this location over our location.

These guys rock. I stopped in late after work tonight. They were getting ready to close. But they totally made my day when they made one last pizza for me. It was delicious. Perfectly cooked. Fresh ingredients. It was great and low cost. I will definitely be ordering another pizza very soon.

2 orders of cheesy bread sticks were burnt black on the bottom and the chicken wings were undercooked. Horrible!

I stopped using you guys before because you forgot the dipping cup sauces. You guys go around passing out coupons because your slow at work. I use the coupon and you forgot the dipping cup sauces again. If you can’t get the order right just quit working there because you’re bringing the place down

Very unimpressed with the presentation of the food. Very little cheese on the pizza, crust was very soggy on both pizzas and the paper for the wings was so burnt that it had broken into little pieces making the wings unediable. The manager did give me a refund for the wings, but it did ruin the dinner for the kids.

I've been ordering Domino's food since 1984. This place is just as great as all of their other stores I have ever ordered from. Keep up the great work!

Eating this pizza is like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket in the winter time and drinking a hot chocolate. Love it everytime!

I had ordered from here 2 pizzas and hot wings around 10:30-10:40pm Friday from Grayslake dominos. Order got approved around 10:45pm. I waited an hour and a half for my food to get done being checked before delivery. Driver left the store with my food via tracker at 11:48pm. Store closes at 12pm. Ones food arrived I went to go open the pizzas and they were cold. Barely warm. Wings 8pc. Fire wings comes with a cup of Ranch and wings were also barely warm and no ranch with the wings. Loyal customer for many many years not just at this location but many others. Very disappointed and had to warm up the pizzas before eating. Not looking forward to buying from here again. Never had to wait 1 hour and a half hours to get my food!!!!!!!

Why do you use a broken phone order taker. It’s so frustrating to order online or on the phone. I’m sticking to little ceaser or papa johns.
