This may be the last time we go to Olive Garden.. We started with the house salad and breadsticks. Those were fine, but not sure why you'd serve 3 breadsticks to 2 people.. sorry if that's nitpicky, but 2 per person makes more sense. I was really craving an Italian dish, as well as seafood, but I hadn't realized that OG had shrunk their menu down to one side of a page (the back was all drinks). I figured that it would still be fine, but even my favorite dish, the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, has been removed from the menu. I ordered the regular Chicken Marsala, which was good, but unsatisfying. My fiance got the Tortellini Chicken Alfredo, which was fine, but he only ate half of it. We were remorseful we hadn't gone to Santoramo's, for Italian instead, or gone for steaks elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, LOVED our server— she was really nice, patient, and very helpful! My bf and I had did wine tastings, which was great! We also ordered the a shrimp app that was delicious and our main course was amazing. My daughter also enjoyed the salad despite being picky!

If i could give 0 stars ... I WOULD!!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT OUR FAMILY HAS HAD AT A RESTAURANT IN A LONG TIME!! We were a party of 6 and we were served like a party of 3... two members of our party had to go without the whole time.. (we either didn't have enough bread sticks, sauces, or salad) We had to wait a really long time for everything! When we finally did get our pasta bowls the waitress did not bring the shrimp that I had asked for. She said it wasn't part of the deal we were getting... (OK.. I would have ordered a different meat or paid more... that would have been fine. BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO COME BACK TO THE TABLE AND TELL ME OR ASK I WANTED TO SUBSTITUTE) No, instead she just decided to bring me only pasta and sauce. Which I didn't even eat.... AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Don't fall for their gimmicks

We had a wonderful experience at lunch. This is only the second time we've been inside a restaurant to sit down since the shutdown. Our server was super! The food arrived hot and delicious. Even with the pandemic Olive Garden offered great service and food. The meal was fantastic and service was outstanding. Definitely good to be out again.

The food was amazing, came here two days ago with my mom, brother - his wife and my uncle and his wife and just have to say the food was a blessing but the waiter was a little of kilt he kept coming through asking if we know what we wanted to order every couple of minutes and interrupting our conversations when he could clearly see we were talking. Overall besides that it was purely enjoyable.

My wife and I used the online check in, and we were sat almost immediately. We were quickly greeted by our server. I believe her name was Kylee. She is a great server. Her great attitude made our dinner there a pleasurable experience. From salad, breadsticks, and meals, the food was really good. The whole night was really nice. I will definitely be going back.

I visited this evening with my Fiancé to celebrate our engagement, and was very pleased with everything from service to food. Our server Kaylie was amazing! She was attentive, sweet, and went above and beyond making our experience wonderful. The food was delicious and very filling this evening as well. My fiancé and I split the tour of Italy, which was done to perfection. The breadsticks were fresh and hot, and perfectly garlicky. Our dessert was also delicious. My Fiancé had the tiramisu, and I had the strawberry cream cake. Both desserts were airy and delicious and overall we were very pleased with a dessert. Definitely going to be coming back! Below is a photo of the strawberry cream cake, which was covered in a gorgeous strawberry compote. It was a bit busy and loud, but we came during homecoming, so that likely did not help any, and is not the restaurants fault at all.

The service when I was here was some of the best I've ever experienced. We were checked on at a good pace, the server was very helpful, and I don't think there was a single time when I ran out of drink. The chicken gnocchi and breadsticks were absolutely amazing, but the pasta was not the best and the fried chicken on top was terrible, so not worth $5 since I didn't even want a second order of it.

I know it isn't some fancy Italian place. I know it's not the most adventurous of meals. It is, however comforting and familiar and affordable. Between the soup, salad or bread sticks and large portion of the meals, you'll end up taking something home for another meal. They currently offering an additional take home meal for 6$ so friend or family member can get a good meal if they didn't come along. Last thing, most Olive Gardens are the same, this one just like the others I've been to. Familiar comfort food, exactly what I want when we goto an Olive Garden.

The food was very good and fresh tasting. While it took a little bit to come out, it wasn't an issue since we had breadsticks and salad being replenished constantly. The waiter(Harrison) was quick to replenish any drinks we were getting low on. He was very friendly and created a fun/enjoyable experience for our outing with friends! The shrimp was fresh tasting, and the scallops were soft and not rubbery like some places tend to have. Would 10/10 go again.

The food was outstanding! The pasta was cooked al dente and creamy sauces that clung deliciously to each bite. Love it! What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. When my wife accidentally dropped a fork, a replacement was quickly provided. We requested two takeout boxes, but our server Britney went above and beyond by bringing us three, which turned out to be exactly what we needed. Suraya, the hostess, also did a fantastic job by asking us if we were celebrating anything, which we were. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our visit. The staff seems to be mind-reading good and right on the spots on everything we need. Highly recommend!

olive garden is perpetually a 3-star kind of place. the food's alright, the price is good, blah blah blah. what really made the greeley colorado olive garden special though was the staff. only been to this location a few times at most, but the staff never fails to remain cheerful, personable, and professional. most recently, it was near closing, and we felt bad going in so late. ended up chatting our server a bit since they were closing, they had our food out promptly, didn't make us feel like we had to get out.... overall just a great balance of professionalism and personability. olive garden does not shine in general, but the staff/HUMANS here are one helluva bright spot. big ups mates, kudos.

I am pleased with Olive Garden. Whether I dine in or carry out, the quality of their food is consistent. The entire staff is attentive to making sure you're being taken care of and enforcing a great dining experience. My favorite item on the menu is the Zuppa Toscana soup. It's delicious and filling!

Stopped in to have lunch with a friend and the service was fast and our server was very attentive. Our soup and salad experience was top notch!

No-one was at the front to greet us however customer service was fair. Food was really good. Taste was it for me. My plate was well portion. My boyfriend plate could have been more for the price. Soup was good.

We were forced to order take out before closing time. We were asked at the door to order to-go orders because the kitchen was closing before the advertised 10pm. If you close at 10, don't force customers out, or force them to order to-go only. If you're open until 10, serve until 10. We waited in the lobby versus at a table.

Kristin and Savannah were so awesome and nice to us, fast service, young girls of course, highly recommended this restaurant.

We visit this place one or two times a month. Over the last couple years the food quality has continued to get better and better!! The service amongst a variety of waiters has become excellent. Doesn't feel her taste anymore like a '90s chain restaurant! Very very impressed

My daughter and I had lunch here today around 1pm and the service was awesome. The hostess was very sweet and our waitress/server was very nice as well. We got to sit next to the fireplace which made for a nice and cozy lunch on a cold winter day. We will be back soon. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was one of best we've ever had!!

Crunch raviolis are delicious, service could be better and music as well, personally I cannot drink milk so I request a soda cause the restaurant had not skimmed milk for a latte.

While the Sunday wait times can be an unavoidable issue, once we got seating, we were helped promptly and all our food was as expected. Friendly service and got our food before we were expecting it for a busy day. The seasanal pumpkin cheesecake was amazingly decadent.

I got here, at 2pm. Still waiting to be seated at 2:50 the lady a younger girl brown curl hair didn't even put me on the wait list after she talked about seating me for 30 minutes. Other people kept coming in and were being seated... how is that how you run a host stand. I will NEVER BE BACK, if your cool with sitting around waiting for almost an hr just to be seated by all means come here but for us that are on a 3 hr time crunch to get in seated eat and leave, we're not welcome here I guess.

I went in for my second time. We were a party of six. Three of us ordered food three including myself ordered never ending soup and salad. The soups and salads came with the drinks. The hot foods not for another hour later. The place wasn't that busy. I wasn't impressed with the service of the server nor the way the meal was served. Instead three people are while the stared at us eating. Way not cool

I always love coming to Olive Garden. I love there Chicken Gnocchi. I also love how there servers treat me equally. It happens too often that I want to eat out alone and the server's just don't give me as much care. That doesn't happen here. They also go the extra bit to make you feel welcome a small customization or a bowl of soup to go isn't a big deal.

We have been to this Olive Garden four times - twice dine-in, and twice to-go. The to-go service was fast and easy for pickup. They have curbside, and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The dine-in service was definitely friendly, but much slower than we would have liked. I imagine it's because of staffing, but when it took 10+ minutes for a bowl of soup to come out it makes you think a bit. 4 stars because of the high prices. Not quite the value for the price you pay, but still overall good food and a pleasant experience. We'll be returning in the future.

Lovely atmosphere. Felt like we were in Italy. The decor tops several others we have visited. The help was inexperienced, but enthusiastic and determined to please. Food was top notch. Only reason we gave it four star rather than five was a need for more skilled staff... it will probably come along fine. Meanwhile, don't hesitate to give them another shot. They have improved significantly.

Great service even though I got a dirty glass! My server was very personable and friendly. The bread sticks have gone downhill but everything else was tasty!
