What an amazing experience! Well worth the trip up. The views are spectacular! At the top is the Bastille Fort which was great to walk around. There was even a ropes course up there which was $20-$30 depending on which course you do. The top has dining options available too. We would certainly go up again if we return to Grenoble

Great way to discover the city of Grenoble and enjoy its views, the location of embarking is usually a bit crowded and it’s recommended to arrive early morning at 11am in to enjoy the vies from above. You can also purchase a one way ticket to go up with fair price of one way ticket to the mountain top and then walk on foot to the way down.

The views on the city from the cable car are good but the trip itself is pretty short and you get better views at the top. If you have time and are not afraid of walking, consider taking the walk to be healthier and save some money!

This attraction is an absolute must when coming to Grenoble. You get great views of the mountains as you go up and down it and it is great value too. Saves a lengthy hike to the Bastille.

Wow! This is an amazing cable car lift and the trip to the top and back is an unforgivable experience! Although the weather wasn't perfect I enjoyed it and I totally recommend it. The ticket costs 9EUR. The panorama view is fantastic.

An amazing view, not too crowded midweek. Well worth the return price at under €10. I would visit here again, but maybe consider wearing boots and walking back down.

Really great experience. The views from the lift and the top of the mountain were beautiful. There was also a lot to do at the top. There was a quick 30ish minute walk through a cave which had a couple lookout points that were cool. They also had a high ropes course/zip lining that was available for €15-€20 depending on which course you do. The ropes course was super fun and also had great views. Overall this place was a blast and I would highly recommend using the lift.

There are 2 ways you could ascend to the bastille in Grenoble. Maybe 3, if you include driving up. Walking up takes 45 mins, depending on how fit you are. 😂. We prefer the Téléphérique (cable car). The journey takes approximately 5 minutes and cost €9 return. That includes the visit to the bastille to take in the wonderful view. You can opt for a one way, which is €6.30. Going up, you have a chance to see Grenoble from a bird’s eye view and also take some great photos.

Really fun way to go up to the Fort de La Bastille from the city if you're not up to hiking. They offer a student discount.

Was an excellent experience. Fabulous view of the city and mountains nearby. We went up by the cable car and walked our way down. Also visited the mandrin cave nearby. That was an experience in its own. Advised to wear good sports shoe. Good place to take photos.

A great thing you should try if you are in Grenoble for the first time. The system was built long time ago, so it wasn't only for the visitors. There doesn't have so many car, so it is better you come during the week, then you won't need to wait too long, otherwise sometimes it could take more than one hour waiting. It is the easiest way and comfortable way to Fort de La Bastille.

A nice activity when visiting Grenoble, return ticket costs about 9.5 euros and on the top, a beautiful view of the city could be seen . There are some activities for children up there. The site is equipped with restaurant and mixed toilets.

My son enjoyed the ride, the view and the shape of the telepherique. We felt safe because the station and the bubbles seemed well maintained. Highly recommended

A must do in Grenoble! Nice and safe cable car ride up to the Fort de la Bastille and above the Isère River. Ticket was 9 euro for return trip, and you'll be awarded the best view of the city and the river from the top.
