Wow. I don’t know where to start. In summary: I have been in my life to approximately 500 different hotels. This one is definitely one of the WORST 10 I have ever stayed at. Who gives this hotel more than 3 stars? Have you people ever experienced how even an average €100 hotel can be? Here are the lowlights: - WiFi is breaking up every 2 minutes everywhere in the hotel - outdated furniture - old (in a bad way) flare in the hotel - elevators are slow, old and don't even stop evenly on the floors --> hazard to trip - Food flavor and taste in the restaurant is mediocre, at best (we had 5 different dishes) - no ironing board in the room. And this place is considered "business hotel" .. no comment (!!) - hair dryer has low power and it takes ages to dry hair - no hotel service to bring the ironing board to my room. I was asked to pick it up from front desk. And look what I got on my picture: a broken mini ironing board. - poor breakfast selection - HEAVILY understaffed across all hotel areas. Breakfast is managed by 1 person: takes too long to get any food replenished. Front desk is 1 person in the evening etc - AC not working properly (blows with same temperature and speed on all settings) - no water at the room - extremely small paper laundry bags. Can't even fit 3+ pieces of clothes - somebody put a beer on my room and I was charged for that and had to spend overall almost an hour explaining it was not me and don't charge me - poor parking options - very tight garage. No possibility to park bigger vehicle ... I could easily list 20 more things but my time is more valuable here There was literally nothing good about my stay. For THAT money, it feels like a scam. Try to avoid this hotel.

Excellent hotel conveniently situated across from the Grenoble Bridge Club, where many competitions are held. Very professional and friendly welcome by Nicolas when I arrived last night (9th February 2024).

Very happy with our stay here! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The reception staff were very friendly. The parking was free. The pool and sauna were a great addition too, nice to relax in after a few days skiing. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and beautiful sites.

This place far exceeds the expectations. The location is great and quiet, yet close to everything you need to get around. It does have a convenient parking which was great. The staff is the gem of this hotel. Everyone was very professional, welcoming, genuine. I interacted the most with Nicolas who is simply awesome, was able to give reliable guidance, courteous, and super friendly. Highly recommended facility and staff!

The staff are amazing , kind and caring. They always go the extra mile to accommodate your stay. The food is great. Location so convenient.

In the summer of 2022, there is no working air conditions in the rooms. The only response was „there is no solution“. Thank you. - at the same time the AC is actually working at the reception and the breakfast area.

The personnel is competent, friendly and efficient. The hotel is getting 'old' and 'tired' and needs a renovation. It's perhaps ok just for one night stay if you are driving to another destination and need a rest, but the rooms are small.

VERY NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF TO ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS, BEAUTIFUL ROOMS AND NICE BREAKFAST.

We had the pleasure of bringing our bicycle group here for the start of our Rhone Alpes tour. The staff was exceptional - they worked very hard with us to make arrangements so that our group could put together their bikes and store them in a safe area. The rooms are clean, well maintained. We did not have difficulties with the Wifi. We had a group dinner which was very good - food was served hot and was plentiful. The quality was a step above most hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here for many reasons but the most obvious was the staff, who were helpful, friendly and efficient.

Amazing Hotel and best service ! Hostess is so nice and welcoming, sharing positive vibes from the beginning. Rooms are clean and above expectations. I highly recommend this hotel :)

The hôtel is super Nice and clear. What makes it even better is the very welcoming service.... people working there are so lovely and helpful. I would certainly repeat !

We stay at mecure hotels all over Europe. This is not anywhere near to the standard of any that we have stayed in. No bar open at anytime during our stay. Restaurant hopeless and poor quality food and service. And not open every night. Staff seem to be hiding most of the time or there are not any. The room was very poor quality things broken and dirty not what we expect from mecure. We won't be back here I had to complain about my food and i went to bed without dinner after a long journey the concierge offered me a drink? Not sure where from as the bar was closed. If your stopping for work and don't need to eat it be fine otherwise lacks any kind of up market that mecure have elsewhere!!

Totally ok,but worst thing, lobby bar is usually closed. At weekends, absolutely close, because of hotel politic:(
