At best, 2 star hotel. Air conditioning not working at all - it's not acceptable to advertise air conditioning when there is none. Front desk was friendly by offering other room - same problem - no air conditioning, so likely same problem with each room. Cleaning level - not great and hotel maintenance even worse. Lot of broken things all over. Looks maintenance has been completely neglected. If you expect air conditioning and well cleaned room - this is not your place. Advice: book something else

Worst experience ever. There were tons of hairs on the bed, some looked liked pubic hair. The woman working at the reception wasn't helpful at all. Even the second room we got after complaining was dirty, and again, there were hair from people staying before us on the bed sheets. We ended up staying at another hotel which was way better. I would never recommend this place, truly bad.

Not used to rate 1 star but argue with staff about a problem they are not able to solve leaved us quite disapointed. Seems they turn out clueless if something goes wrong. Thursday afternoon, they rudely (nearly laughing) told us to handwash dishes when dishwasher was not working. Not only were they not helpful but they even threatened to charge us for extra cleaning

Good hotel. Nice studio. There is no real window in the studio, so no to much light. We stayed 3 nights so no big problem, but for long stay can be difficult without windows. Very nice localized, close to shopping center and city center.

Didn't have my room ready for a week. Kept delaying room upgrade from Friday to Saturday to Sunday. Didn't even have a window. Don't clean the room everyday either. Didn't even have USB plugs to charge devices.

Great staff, comfortable, large and super family friendly

It was good for me because it was so quiet and cozy with an excellent breakfast I stayed 2 weeks in a duplex apartment so I could have a separate bedroom and living room. Everything and everywhere are close to the hotel.

Big spacious rooms, located at the heart of the city, well priced, helpful staff, beautiful views. No complaints

Nice service and perfect room, we ordered a room for 2 and we got 2 big beds and 2 lvl suit, also 2 bathrooms.

Located in a quiet residential area 10 mins walk from the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our studio was spacious enough for an overnight stay, but potentially for longer stays as well (equipped with a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher). Comfortable bed. Bathroom not super spacious, but good enough. Studio and bathroom were clean, no complaints. The moquette in the corridors could use some in-depth cleaning, though. Very good value for money. Overall, I recommend it.

Good place to relax and enjoy Grenoble area. Parking close by. Two room apartment and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff at check in. Well done to all the staff here. How can previous reviewer day it is old and dirty. They must be reviewing the wrong place in a different century.

Basic but comfortable small suite with a kitchen in the sitting room. Unfortunately no view but velux windows let in light. Bring your own tea and coffee as none provided but kettle etc are here

The location and staff are good. Who ever owns this place is just a garbage human. All they have is one drier that hardly works, mold in the showers, no working ac, ect. I ended paying 40 dollars to use the laundry room yet the machines are cheap garbage so they hardly dry your clothes. Not only is the equipment cheap garbage, but the owner’s cheap-self just decided only to buy one when they could fit another. This is why I hate rich people because they are often free loading con artist that pinch Pennie’s at every corner
