Very kind and generous staff. The hotel rooms are nice and simple, and the breakfast is great as well. My colleagues and I stayed at this hotel for a week for a staff retreat and conference. We were able to use the common lounge area for some of our work meetings and the staff was so nice to reduce the overhead music when needed. The staff also allowed us to bring in outside food, helped us with refrigerating it and warming it up in their kitchen microwave. Their hotel also has a nice sauna and gym. I highly recommend this hotel!

Sheets are never cleaned, that's what puts me off at this place, stayed a week and sheets weren't changed once, plus some of the rooms have a ridiculous shape to them, trying to be funky but it's just annoying, not a good place to go with your partner either unless you're on extremely close terms.

Good staff and nice breakfast options. The views are good and the location is close to old Grenoble so it's easy to walk and see around. Complementary snacks after 12 is great. Rooms could be better. Our room had a sticky floor near the bathroom.

Friendly stuff, good breakfast, parking not on site, at 200 m, 17 euros/night, pay at hotel.

Good place to stay and nice view. Usually breakfast is available. Staff speaks French and English. Rooms are clean and tidy and air condition works well. Good WiFi. Recommend place.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Okko Hotel in a very nice neighborhood Super friendly people, well-kept hotel, fresh breakfast and always pleasant to hang out in the the club where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and/or tea throughout the day. You can even work out or enjoy a lovely sauna. Highly recommended! However, a few small points of interest: -In the bathroom, you don't want an ambient light. You want to be able to see yourself in the mirror in the morning. -Personally, we found the pillows far too soft but that's different for everyone. -Because there is no splash wall to the shower, the entire floor is wet in the bathroom after showering. -The room is "cleaned" every day, but they do not use a hoover but a swiffer so that the sand and pebbles from outside are just spread around and left behind in the room, and also dirty glasses are always forgotten. They are small things that will not stop us from booking this hotel again but hope for improvement.

Stayed for 3 days, 2 Nights. I really liked it, staff are amazing, friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and the hotel design is cool. Location is in the city center, very close to public transports, while the are was quite with no noise. Breakfast was good in terms of quality but not much varaity, while the snacks and apetizers were very good Thnx Okko team, hope to come back sooner

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms are not fit for purpose. The entire bathroom floods after a very short shower and does not dry out. Very few towels are provided so you cannot dry the bathroom yourself. We asked for our room to be cleaned to provide more towels and to dry the bathroom but the cleaner never came. There is also very little storage space in the room. The club area is nice but does not make up for the bedroom or the room not being cleaned when asked.

I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel.. First of all, the location is great, and the interior design is nice and unique. I especially liked the club room with all the different areas for eating / spending free time. However, there were quite a few inconveniences. - The arrangement of the shower room is ridiculous. (See photo) After having a shower you literally have to jump over the pool of watater if you want to access the toilet or the sink. I have never seen anything like this before. - My hair dryer was broken, I requested a new one at the reception but never got it. - Parking is pretty expensive, 17 EUR for one night in the parking garage across the street. At least they can include it in the bill. - At checking out I requested an invoice in email, well that was a mistake because it didn't arrive. Then they said they could not print it either due to IT issues, and promised they are going to send it in email again. Well, they never did, so I had to phone them 2 more times until I finally received it.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Grenoble. Excellent service, perfect breakfast, gym with sauna, and of course location!

Very clean, high quality service, very comfortable. The rooms are a bit small though if you prefere spacious places. The concept 'club' is awesome where you can have hot/cold beverages all day long!

We stayed for one night as part of a longer holiday travelling across the south of France. We arrived around 10pm, after a rather gruff questioning from the security guard as to whether or not we had a reservation we were warmly greeted by helpful, patient hotel staff. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and the linen bedsheets were a personal favourite. The one major downside to the room was the bathroom. The show leaks onto the carpet outside the bathroom door, and we noticed a smell of damp the next morning after coming back from breakfast. The bathroom also isn't 100% private as it can be seen into from the bedroom.

Yes (as others have reported) the bathrooms are really weird and the water from the shower goes everywhere. Our "premium" room was a generous size and the bed was comfortable enough, but - even during a relatively cool week in April - NO AIR CONDITIONING meant we needed the window open all night (and were treated to all the sounds a city has to offer) just to keep the temperature at a reasonable level. Location is great (patisserie across the street plus a great supermarket) but the lack of AC and poor bathroom design really lets this place down.

Cold Hotel... There is no extra blanket in the room, which is usually the case in a 4-star hotel. The AC doesn't work, I ask the clerk at the reception and he tells me that they will see the problem. The next day the problem persists. There is also no respect for foreign guests. French guests go ahead of everyone who is waiting to be served at the reception and the reception clerk still takes care of the French guest. It's called attention and they do nothing. Little variety in breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Hotel I do not recommend.

I made a reservation through a travel agency, when i did the check in the hotel asked for my card for the city taxes and then they take the payment of the room from my card. So now i made the payment 2 times, one to travel agency and the other one to the hotel. This was 600€ mistake... Now the review of the hotel, the breakfast is very very poor, some of the staff are not friendly. The bathroom is weird because they have the shower before the toilet, so if u take a bath and then go to the toilet u need to step in a wet bathroom floor... The AC doesnt work properly and the room has a good desing but it's a little bit small.

Location is very good, the rooms are a bit on the basic side in terms of linens but the overall feel is smart and modern. It is very quiet and comfortable. I am not a big fan of wet rooms but it is a good bathroom despite this. The club room is a comfortable and inviting communal space with snacks and drinks with aperitifs. There is also a lovely terrace here so you want to spend time there rather than your room. Overall very good.

Good experience, small room with friendly price and service. generous offer in the cafe, tea, and drinks. and unfortunately bad engineered bathroom floor: flooding to toilet.

Clean and friendly but unable to respect the dont disturb sign, open the door on you in the shower. Shower that is weirdly placed between the bedroom and the sink/toilet insuring that you can always have water everywhere you go if you dare taking a shower

Very small room. Without a wardrobe. No fridge. Furniture are worn-out. Micro-level bathroom. Good breakfast. Good staff.

We're happy with our stay in Okko Grenoble. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the sauna that was offered. There were small downsides, such as malfunctioning shampoo boxes, nonfunctional heating system, lamps that didn't turn off at night. But overall it was a great experience. Particularly the location is great for a tourist in Grenoble.
