J'ai insisté en expliquant que ce qui a motivé mon achat multiple était cette annonce que j'ai bien entendu distinctivement. Les deux caissières remettent ma parole et mon ouïe en doute en disant que j'aurais mal entendu et que je me trompe. Je leur dis que j'ai très bien entendu et que dans l'idéal, il aurait fallu que j'enregistre l'annonce sur le moment afin de prouver l'information. La caissière, voyant que je n'étais pas en intention de leurrer, a effectué la ristourne annoncée, et une fois que j'avais effectué mon paiement intégral, une autre annonce audio (par une autre voix féminine) indique 20% supplémentaires sur la braderie et 20% supplémentaires sur l'avant première. Elle téléphone donc à l'annonceuse précédente (une dénommée Karima) afin de confirmer avec elle les propos tenus en audio, et cette dernière affirme avoir dit-20%). J'étais outrée, mais elles ont dit que sinon, cela retomberait sur la caissière qui a effectué la remise. J'ai répondu que la retombée devrait se faire sur l'annonceuse qui s'était trompée, bien que l'erreur soit humaine, et qu'il était choquant de mettre mal à l'aise un client qui fait preuve d'honnêteté sans malheureusement avoir l'enregistrement de l'annonce. J'ai donc payé la différence des 10% supplémentaires, en leur indiquant que j'étais choquée, contrariée car elles se protégeaient entre elles et me faisait passer pour une personne malhonnête. J'ai ainsi précisé que j'écrirai au service client afin de signaler cette situation indigne d'un rapport commercial qualitatif empathique et soucieux du bien-être du client.     I had the worst shopping experience in this place. The customer service is horrible. I entered the shop drinking a tea and the security guard told me I was not allowed. So I said no problem and asked if this was a rule in every shop or not because I didn’t know. He told me that here it was a classy and fancy place in the most condescending tone. I was shocked but I left my tea at the entrance and went upstairs to the women’s clothing section. After 5 minutes looking around someone came to tell me that they were closing.
