I went there just to look around. Under one roof you could find books, electrical items, stationaries, etc.

Spacious and situated at the center of the city. Very helpful and friendly team. Few of them try to speak English which is a great help for newcomers!!

I absolutely looove la Fnac! You can purchase online and then collect at the shop in order to save time. But I love not saving time when I go to Fnac as I enjoy so much browsing on so many books they have! I wish Emirates baggage allowance hadn't become so exiguous so I could bring more French books home!

Nice place to buy stuff. When some discounts are active you can find great things at low price.

Had to waste 25 minutes of my time because one employee kept directing me from one other employee to another instead of just explaining how things work for the Pass Culture. And when I asked for help with an album that I couldn't find, the employee was unbelievably rude and mean. I have never, in my entire life, been treated this badly as a client. He kept insulting me when I couldn't find it and kept grumbling to himself. It was ridiculous and I just left him there, no longer wanting to shop. Extremely bad experience. Nonetheless, the shop was spacious and there were lots of interesting items ! Would've loved to shop there more but my mood was ruined.

It is just another FNAC. However, the place is quite claustrophobic. The ceilings at the entrance are very low, the overall space is cramped and the floor and walls look quite old. Otherwise, it is just another FNAC in the city centre.

Some of the staff can speak in english. Very polite and good customer service. Good deals and free delivery 🚚. It was our first time shopping from FNAC and everything went very smoothly.

Always hardly to find someone to help you in this store. Seller runs away from clients or they are chatting with each others. Lack of management.
