Arrived at 7.30pm food order taken but took until 8.45pm to be served. Food was delivered cold. Asked for it to be heated up twice. 9.17pm still waiting for meal and rest of order completely missed. Until today I would have returned. Never again and certainly would not recommend here on a busy day.

Jerome served us. Fanatically friendly and helpful man who spoke good English, which was a great help to us English holiday makers who barely speak more than holiday French. Really appreciate his help and service. He was good fun too. Have been here before in Gueret and will definitely come again when we are passing through.

Very disappointed no chicken available, menu changed and very limited choice, come here regularly on holiday and like the southwest which was on old menu

Since they halved their menu and on our visit had no chicken at all it's gone downhill. Won't go again

I was hungry and the meal was welcome but there was not much flavour in the entrecôte and less in the fries. It looked quite attractive though. I did not consider the value to be good but the service was fine and this is why I tipped.

It's a Buffalo Grill can't really go wrong if you're looking for a quick bite just off a main autoroute.

Excellent and we had a lovely waitress and she tried her best to speak English with us .
