¿Aún es Cindy Barrientos la community manager? Esta persona jamás le da seguimiento a las consultas. Hoy va una semana de que no me contesta en redes sociales y ella, al ser la cara de la empresa detrás de los perfiles en redes, deja en mal a la empresa en sí. Una semana entera sin responder es todo lo opuesto a servicio al cliente. ¿Con quién puedo reportar esto si, evidentemente no se puede por redes sociales?

Needs better mask enforcement... Too many people not wearing masks properly. Also the guard located next to the ticket machine at the entrance to the garage needs to stay back away from peoples car windows. There is a freaking pandemic going on.... I do not appreciate having him right in my face when I roll down the window.

I used to be a member here for roughly 6 months and I used to come here three times a week. Great facilities and changing rooms for only Q150 per month and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Location, facilities and overall quality relation to price is amazing. The app they use is also really good.
