This is a pretty basic hostel. We stayed in a private room and it had no windows to outside, only a window to an internal corridor, so we didn’t have it open for security reasons. The room got so hot it was hard to sleep. Luckily it was only one night. Didn’t really use any communal areas but the pool didn’t look clean. The shared bathroom facilities were fine - clean enough, but shower pressure not great. The positives: Sandra was very friendly and the included breakfast and coffee is a nice touch. Because it was cheap, I think it was okay for 1 night but any longer and I’d choose somewhere more comfortable.

Stayed in the standard dorm which isn't as nice as the other rooms, hence my lower rating. The box beds are quite small and claustrophobic - can't sit up in it and opening is at the small edge. Also no door to the standard room so you can hear everyone walking or preparing breakfast in the morning etc. Bathrooms didn't feel very clean and we're quite small. Good location

This is a basic hostel with all the amenities you would expect. It’s a little hard to find as there is no sign outside. The pool water was a bit cloudy so I wouldn’t swim in it. The hostel is next door to building works which can be heard in the day. We also found our twin bedroom rather warm at night. That said it’s cheap and cheerful and the staff are friendly (especially Sandra at reception). It felt very secure and there was CCTV everywhere too. Best of all it’s only a few minutes from the airport too! Free breakfast pancakes were delicious.

I love this hostel. It’s simple and clean. The WiFi works and the people at the desk are friendly. They should definitely consider putting a sign in the front. Second stay!

The staff provided a pleasant and supportive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I occupied a single room without an attached bathroom. The hotel is situated in Zone 10, which is known for its safety, making me feel secure throughout my stay. However, there are areas that require improvement within the facilities. Some shared bathroom doors are broken and some toilet doors are difficult to lock. Furthermore, there is only one private restroom available. While the bed sheets were freshly laundered and had a pleasant scent, I did notice a few lingering stains on them. This can easily be replaced. One notable feature of the hotel is its open corridors, which allow for natural ventilation. However, the blankets provided may not be warm enough for colder nights !

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are well designed for people travelling. The location is great as well.

Very helpful staff, you can organize a shuttle from the airport and they even waited there for me for an hour. The hostel is also in a safe area.

Bed was comfortable, own socket and lamp with pleasant light. Curtain on the bed. Felt very safe. Also in the area (Zone 10). Locker for suitcases under the bed. Very loving staff! Clean. Great kitchen. Super tasty pancakes for breakfast and a good buffet. Cozy, very green courtyard and accessible roof for more sunshine in the morning. I couldn't find the entrance at first, and I found asking someone on the street about it late at night a bit scary since it was my first time in Guatemala City. But someone next door helped me and took me there. It was said online that the eco-filter's filter water was not really safe for sensitive tourist stomachs. But I was able to simply boil my water and never had any problems.

I stayed in a private room which was basic, but of good value. Staff superfriendly, everything very clean, kitchen so you can make drinks or even cook, very secure area, close to the airport. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice hostel close to the airport! The staff was really nice and let us in in the middle of the night when we unexpectedly arrived early in guatemala! Furthermore they serve breakfast which is nice and the dorms are realy comfy!

Clean, open, not many people on low seasons to enjoy the pool alone, good ambiance on high season with chill parties that don't go too late. Polite staff, amenities are as expected and the location is what is all about, right in the center of the "zona viva" which is literally the lively part of town at night.

Absolutely great experience all around at Central 10! The place is well designed and super clean. The pool is perfect for the almost continuous sunny weather Guatemala has to offer. Beds are super comfortable. Prob the best location for a hostel in Guatemala City. Lots of restaurants near by and it is in a super safe area. I highly recommend this place !

We stayed here on a whim and it was a great choice! The neighborhood was really nice, great restaurants and bars/clubs right down the road. The space itself is really nice with a pool and a rooftop bar. I would definitely stay here again! The staff made the stay extra easy by taking care of towels, coffee, directions and all the local guidance that we needed.

My experience at Central 10 was astounding. The man at the front desk was very friendly and patient while I counted all my 1 dollar bills to pay for the room. Which leads me to say they accept American money which is hard to find in Guatemala. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the open concept of the complex, it allows lots of fresh air and a free roam fell. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a nice clean and safe place to stay. Close to the airport and plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

A great hostel that is all located in Zone 10. Great location, awesome vibe, a pool and rooftop bar. Also has a huge clean well equipped kitchen and free coffee. Lots of different spaces available to socialize or just chill alone. Tours offered and the staff in bomb!!!

Very clean, nice location, nice kitchen. This place is comfortable and convenient. I definitely recommend staying here if you need a hostel in Guatemala City. The only gripe I have is that the Wifi doesn't work in some of the rooms. Everything else about this place is solid through and through!

Spacious and clean rooms with lots of social areas. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Pool is an amazing added bonus and the location is perfect. Super safe area with the mall a short walk away. I would 100% stay here again!

This is the place I stayed 2 months. They have reasonable prices. This is good casa hostel. There is pool and rooftop and they put lots of effort to keep holding the pool clean. The staff are friendly. Ask them question about Guatemala. Enjoy in your time there

La verdad es un lugar bastante agradable y con detalles muy bonitos en todo, la atención conmigo fue excelente, las experiencias con las personas y todo en general estuvo maravilloso

El lugar es agradable la gente que allí trabaja también lo es. La piscina siempre está limpia, el personal del aseo siempre mantienen los baños y las duchas limpios al igual que las áreas comunes y la cocina. Un plus tienen agua que puedes beber de los filtros
