Convenient location with safe walking to restaurants and under $5 Uber to airport. Room was clean and had super comfortable sheets and pillows. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

I love the heights. So my room choice made it more memorable in adventure. Guatemala should get more such 5star hotels 🏨 for us travellers.

I just want to say that I received exceptional service from Manuel Bayron and Vinie. Very attentive, friendly and professional every time I saw them. My Spanish isn’t fluent enough to have a conversation, but both of them really helped me out. Also, upon check in, Landy was extremely helpful with assisting with all our questions and with helping with the scheduling of our tours in the areas. The breakfast was beyond my expectations! Very delicious and homemade food. 🤩 I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back to this location!

Clean and modern hotel close to the airport. We took the airport shuttle for an early flight. I know we could have got a cheaper deal with Uber, but the shuttle was on time so we appreciated the service. Didn’t venture much into the neighborhood, but it seemed generally safe. I think the value for the price is top notch.

Hotel blasting music in late hours. I paid more money to get good rest at what I thought would be a restful comfortable hotel. It would have been if they didn't allow this to be blasted at their facility. Ridiculous Front desk offered no assistance and it was clear they don't care

Stayed here during my 2 nights in guatamala city. Right in middle of tourist area but 15 min from hotel and plenty of bars and places to eat. Staff were friendly, beds were comfy and nice pillows. Shower pressure could be better and had to have it on full hot to get enough heat. Breakfast was amazing. The omellete station cook created a very good omelette. Would reconmend. Be aware that there is a 12.50 US dolla daily tax they dont tell you about though.

Personally, it's one of my favorite hotels in Guatemala City. It's a small hotel, but luxurious. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the amenities are great, and the view is spectacular. The food is good; I especially recommend the breakfast as it's the best, although lunch is also good. the room service, it's excellent. This hotel is highly recommended and worth it. The only downside is that the jacuzzi isn't always available.

The hotel itself is great. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. However, the beds are like sleeping on a rock with some comfy sheets and pillows. Not a really restful night, but it’s a nice place near the airport.

Lovely and relaxed place, rooms are neat andd give you a warm environment. With a large car, parking was a challenge but staff was very helpful. Will come back for sure.
