This spa is very welcoming. The atmosphere calming and relaxing. Amazing team that personalize your visit to your need. The lady at the reception (Lisa) confirmed an appointment immediately. The team onsite was fantastic and making me comfortable. My therapist (Rosa Gabriella) was best among. She is very friendly, soft hand and skills are truly professional as well. Will recommend this Russpa by whole heart. Thanks and hope visit you again.

This is a nice spa. Very hot powerful steam sauna. Great strong massage. Nice environment to relax. Will try and visit again some time. Best in Guatemala city.

What a great place to relax and rejuvenate for both body and soul. Very attractive and caring service, great massage that was a combination of Ashiatsu and deep tissue. Ability to pick a massage therapist is an icing on the cake. Steam room and food was amazing as well

This place is very difficult to find! I am adding a picture of the front of the building since they will be of little help to you. Google maps takes you past it. There is no sinage. There was also no apologize and the one main woman I talked to was cold and slightly rude. After sending 30 minutes walking around looking for the place, not the welcome I wanted. A simple apology would have been accepted. The massage was good. I was left to my own devices to find my way through the halls from the room back out and I was very thirsty. There was no water.

The place is so welcoming and stress free. Very unique experience. From the receptionist to the massage lady everyone is so kind. The massage lady invested so much time in providing the best massage possible. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back again in the future. Thank you RUSSPA.
