was
hopeful
to
try
a
place
close
to
home
for
my
kids'
hair.
My
kids
(one
boy
and
one
girl)
both
got
their
hair
cut
here
and
it
turned
out
nice.
Unfortunately,
my
daughter
also
got
her
hair
colored
here.
It
was
a
temporary
color
that
was
supposed
to
last
3-4
weeks,
and
it
turned
out
nicely...
until
it
washed
out
the
following
day.
I
went
in
to
seek
a
refund
and
was
told
that
it
wasn't
possible
to
get
a
refund,
but
that
they
could
re-do
her
hair;
they
acknowledged
that
they
had
neglected
to
mention
that
my
daughter
was
not
to
wash
her
hair
for
4
days
after
having
it
colored,
which
is
pretty
crucial
information.
We
had
already
spent
1.5
hours
there
to
have
her
hair
colored,
and
I
wasn't
interested
in
having
them
color
it
again.
After
refusing
to
refund
me,
I
asked
if
we
could
just
get
credit
for
having
her
hair
cut
the
next
few
times,
and
they
told
me
that
they
could
give
me
store
credit
that
would
be
valid
for
the
next
8
days
only,
because
that
is
how
long
their
guarantee
is
for
her
hair
color.
(They
have
only
an
8
day
guarantee
for
temporary
hair
color
that
should
last
3-4
weeks??)
Well,
I
definitely
don't
need
to
have
my
kids'
hair
cut
again
within
the
next
8
days,
so
I'm
just
mad
at
this
point.
This
is
the
best
they
can
do
for
screwing
up?
I'm
too
strapped
for
time
(and
mad)
to
go
back
in
to
use
it
on
anything.
$70
USD
out
the
window.
Would
not
recommend
this
place
due
to
their
policies;
I'm
a
very
unhappy
ex-customer.
