Don't waste your time or money on this place. Watch those dangerous doors they have as well, real lucky its not the US or I would sue them for my daughters neck being trapped between them, not only did they not want to open because they need to fully close(again bcuz my daughters neck was stuck in between them) it took alot to force it open!!!!. What a traumatic experience! Never again!

1 estrella solo por la chica q me hizo el masaje, la atencion al entrar mala, me recibió la recepcionista y me dice espere em sala y la van a tender, es mi primera vez y no supe donde es la sala, hasta que regrese y la encontré. Tomo siempre fotos y videos a donde voy para subir a google. Cuándo llegue a Caja estaban 2 encargadas alli y me pregunta; - para q esta tomando fotos y videos, le dieron mal servicio o tiene algo q decirnos: Creo q no es correcto lo q hizo

It's usually hit or miss. Somedays it's an awesome day spa and others you actually wonder how they stay in business. The employees are always very nice and helpful except for the ones that hang out towards the entrance and pounce once you enter. The cashiers have always been super slow but they have gotten better over the years. I have been a client since the 1990's. As I said before somedays it's awesome. Other days you wonder why you even went.

Hice cita al medio día pero por los bloqueos decidí llegar temprano y la mustia recepcionista estaba atendiendo el teléfono y me dijo que esperara. Luego dijo que no podrian atenderme porque solo por cita. Yo iba a hacerme varios servicios y tuve que irme. Nisiquiera me dio opciones de manicure o pedicura antes de mis tratamientos de cabello. Qué se creerán? Que son los únicos? Mala atención y creen que son los únicos en el mercado

El masaje estuvo bien. Pero en la cabina guardaban las toallas y gente entró a sacarlas durante mi sesión, haciendo ruido y dejando la puerta abierta. Deben de tener más cuidado, o simplemente no utilizar esa cabina!

Estafadores con promociones. No adquieran membresias, es una estafa.

Unfortunately the worst massage Ive had so far. A) the masseuse never asked anything regarding how she was doing (bad) b) her massaging was simply not good - did not seem to know the difference between by leg bones/ribs/spine vs muscles c) stopped before the time was done d) She never said anything - just left the room after putting a blanket on me - i spent 15min wasting the massage time under this blanket expecting her to come back before deciding it was enough got dressed and left the room only to see the masseuse talking with her colleagues. Terrible service - either the masseuse was badly trained or she was just lazy - they gave me a small discount but I dont pay money to receive a low quality massage and a waste of my time.
