I went to El Remo restaurant, the service was great, the staff was welcoming. I had the adobado and it was delicious. My wife had the ceviche de conchas and she loved it. Good size portions. Highly recommended!!

Casual and local hidden gem 💎 This spot makes delicious Guatemalan style ceviche! We ordered the fish ceviche for 2 (Grande) and it was way more than the 3 of us could eat! It came with soup and tamales plus lime and a very spicy verde hot sauce on the side. Only 200 Quetzal for all that fresh food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re in the area.

The food is a celebration of flavors in your mouth. I got started with a dozen oysters. Then came the pleasant surprise, aguachile de Camaron… wow, I am writing the review as I am eating it still. The shrimp tastes incredible fresh but the aguachile is just perfect. I asked for medium spicy and trust me it is pretty spicy so if you are not fond of spicy order mild. It pairs perfectly with a Gallo beer and the staff was very attentive from the get go. For sure it wont be the last time I will come here. Senses are on fire in a great way.
