Nice, clean hotel near the airport. I stayed here for a night before taking a shuttle elsewhere. They have a cute free breakfast in the mornings with coffee!

Es an small place 14 units free breakfast, fresh fruit juice I love the cantaloupe juice, free ride to and from the airport , they supply with 2 bottles of water, the personal is friendly .no parking..other than that a nice place.

Location #1. We walked to the airport with a wheeled bag each. The rooms are simple, beds fine, shower good. Can get warm as there's no AC and no fan. Breakfast is good with three options. I'd recommend this place if you need something near the airport.

Walkable to airport (10mins). Rooms were very hot, loud, and windows faced common areas so having them open to try and get a breeze didn't help with privacy, noise, nor brightness. I'm very surprised they don't have a fan in the room at least. No eating allowed in rooms but a common area with seating is available and apparently you can order food from them. Our front desk attendant didn't do a very good job explain what was included unless prompted and spoke very little English.

Great experience, included breakfast was really good and the coffee was awesome. From the get go, every single reception staff was outstandingly polite and helpful, and all of the breakfast/cleaning staff were caring and attentive. I don't know about other rooms, but there was no a/c in mine. It didn't matter as the cold weather made one just want to burrow into the bed; I will say I wasn't uncomfortable at any point during my stay. There are hot showers, and one can pay go have meals made a la carte. I can't comment on the quality of these as I never tried them, but if they are as good as the breakfast then they must be delicious. Overall a great experience, and will definitely be back. One detail to notice is that the (free) airport shuttle isn't free. But it was cheap enough to not knock off a star. This hotel is extremely close to the airport, so do keep that detail in mind when booking (Noise, but I didn't hear any of it to be honest)

Excellent experience. Was very easy getting there from the Airport and it's only 5 minutes away. In&Out sent a driver to pick us up and we're very kind and accommodating for our first time visiting Guatemala. Don't miss this place

Súper clean and very comfortable. They have breakfast in the AM and you can get other meals too. Parking available. Everything was impeccably white from towels to linen. Large garden in the back that’s really beautiful. The location is close to the airport. They offer laundry service which is convenient and economical. Loved how friendly and kind they are in the hotel, from the owners to the staff.

Very close to the airport (7 minutes by foot) the shower is good, hot water. the room is very good, bed is comfortable. price includes breakfast. cons: a bit noisy at the time I stayed, but this is expected due to how close it is to the airport. I think it is a great value compared to the price.

Lovely place. 5 min walk from the airport. Free breakfast. Great garden. Clean rooms. Paid only $47 for 1 night for 2 people. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a great valued place for comfort and security not far from airport or eaterlies. On-site Parking, if driving, avaliable. Bring earplugs to combat noise. Consequently, noise everywhere in this city. Friendly staff and most bilingualist.

This hotel is a fun maze of a hotel 😂 Only complaint is their lack of vegan options and unwillingness to substitute items.

Great hotel if you have a flight in or out. The place itself is very spread out and have hotel room s located in there dining room. If you want to sleep in past 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel is you want to sleep in, it's very loud.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly, the breakfast included was great. Room was nice and clean and well organized. Shower had a nice big shower head which was awesome 👍. Only down fall was this weird noise that wouldn't stop all night. Sounded like a generator. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from so slept with rain white noise to drown out the noise. Convenient for airport travel the next day. Oh and the t.v didn't work. If the price was lower than 450GQT which was what we paid. I would go back.

What an incredibly pleasant surprise to find a bathtub waiting for me by the shower! Absolute treat.

A 5-7 minute walk to the airport entrance, this hotel is very convenient for a quick overnight stay. Wi-Fi worked well, and the restaurant/kitchen staff prepared a fresh delicious meal at a very reasonable price. Rooms are sparse but clean and quiet, and our experience is that we slept comfortably. If I could change one thing it would be to have a deadbolt on the door. I would recommend and use again.

Never got the chance to see room. Listed as In & Out Hotel, but have In & Out Hotel Bed on outside building. Asked to shorten my stay, but refused to allow me to cancel extra days. Decided to take the loss and stay at better hotel. Customer Servive is Terrible. Sat at front and Representative ignored me even after saying excuse me. Had to raise my voice for him to even acknowledge that I needed his assistance. I would not recommend this hotel. Please choose better places when choosing your stay in Guatemala.

Convenient location very close to the airport (walking distance). Room was clean (old fashioned, but fine for us). Good mattress. We ordered dinner and it was tasty. Friendly staff. We parked inside the premises.

Convenient, clean, and friendly. It's a two minute ride to the airport, and they have a free shuttle during a lot of the day. Reasonably priced. Our flight was too early to take advantage of the included breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Great, friendly place. So close to the airport. Delicious breakfast with plenty of coffee. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Pretty garden. Very safe. Free airport transfers. Can be a little noisy though as people are leaving for flights at all times.

Outside looks can be deceiving. I was so tired from almost a full days travel and the overnight staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were 3 travelers and shared the room. It was not cramped at all with 3 full size beds which were very comfortable. Very clean, bathroom had hot shower which I had not learned to adjust the first night but after, it was golden. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes not to venture to far away from the airport, or to those who need somewhere to stay as they pass through on their journey.

Close to the airport. So interesting if you arrive late or leave early. You can come walking from the airport, it s easy. It s a small hôtel but confortable. The room was large with queen size bed, a little bit old fashion but very clean. Bath and shower. Staff very kind and ready to help. It could be noisy early in the morning when they are preparing the breakfast.

Only 5 minutes from the airport, very convenient if you have an early morning flight. The room is decent with hot shower, cable tv and internet.

We really appreciated this lovely hotel. The breakfast was magnificent - made to order - the sheets were cotton and crispy which makes you feel really comfortable, the rooms were clean and the whole staff was incredibly gracious and lovely. Stay here and support the local economy!

Rooms are not that good for what they charge, but location is awesome and it's clean.
