I bought a health plan for my kitten which was not cheap at all and I took her to her 2 vaccinations and she needed a leukemia test to get the vaccine and they told me that they had it out of stock and it was like that for months so I called and they didn't want to give her the other one. vaccine and now that they have it they ask me to renew the health plan because it expired, when it was their responsibility I bought the plan to guarantee my kitten's vaccines and they come out with this.

We love going there with Dr. Jorge Melgar, he was aways amazing to our fur babies. He would always follow up and be on the look out for them to be okay after our visit.

Thank God for this hospital! It's great to have this service so close to home.

My dog died after staying 3 hospitalized. She was perfect after the surgery but they didn't give good antibiotics and died of sepsis a weak later. Also during the surgery that was a punctured lung, they said they didn't have oxygen and it was an emergency where she had a collapsed lung. The day after I spoke with the one in charge, he said they did have oxygen but the nurse didn't check the tank was full.

Saved my dog’s life. Great for emergencies.

We arrived friday at 11pm and although they advertise it as a 24hr hospital and the lights were on, no one answered the door. We tried ringing the bell several times and stood there almost 15 minutes but no one came. Shame, we had good expectations but had to go somewhere else.

Really good quality but a bit expensive

The wait is extremely long for the vets to see the patients.

Took my dog for his vaccines and due to COVID they did not allow me to come in. I told the handler specific instructions that my dog does not like men. Despite this, they ignored me and my dog was handled by three men. When they gave me my dog back he was stained with poop and blood. The poor dog had pooped himself and bit his lip due to stress. They barely apologized and tried to get rid of me as soon as possible. When I got home my dog started to puke, probably because of this horrible experience.
