Please,
for
nothing
in
the
world,
take
your
pets
to
this
place
that
claims
to
be
called
a
veterinary
“hospital.”
They
carried
out
totally
unnecessary
examinations,
they
did
not
give
accurate
diagnoses,
they
gave
me
my
kitten
in
serious
condition
and
I
had
to
immediately
take
her
to
a
real
veterinary
hospital.
They
gave
her
to
me
dirty,
with
vomiting
and
diarrhea,
dehydrated,
wet.
In
a
DEPLORABLE
state.
They
did
not
administer
any
medication
but
they
did
charge
me
absurd
amounts
of
money
and
in
the
end,
it
made
it
difficult
for
them
to
do
their
job
instead
of
doing
it
with
love
and
dedication.
It
is
unacceptable
that
they
play
with
the
lives
of
animals
in
this
way.
Giving
me
the
solution
of
taking
a
biopsy
that
would
take
more
than
10
days
to
have
results,
and
in
these
10
days
what
would
have
happened
with
my
kitten?
Is
it
very
difficult
to
treat
symptoms
properly
and
correctly?
Will
your
staff
be
trained
and
truly
passionate
about
saving
and
improving
lives?
How
do
you
force
a
kitten
that
defecates
blood
to
be
administered
oral
medication
when
it
is
vomiting?
Since
when
is
it
appropriate
to
compulsorily
feed
a
cat?
Will
it
be
very
difficult
to
do
a
stool
culture
or
a
panleukemia
test
to
rule
out
common
causes?
Since
when
is
it
normal
for
an
animal
to
have
incessant
vomiting
and
diarrhea
and
nothing
is
done
for
it,
just
wait?
Wait
for
it
to
die
slowly?
This
is
truly
unacceptable.
I
called
a
“doctor”
more
than
8
times
who
showed
ZERO
interest
in
my
kitten's
life.
Emma
has
panleukopenia.
A
basic
and
simple
exam
that
could
have
relieved
her
if
they
had
diagnosed
from
the
beginning.
It
is
unacceptable
that
she
was
under
their
care
and
was
discharged;
being
serious
and
with
an
acute
symptomatological
picture
and
without
a
diagnosis.
Wanting
to
do
an
endoscopy
that
didn't
make
any
sense.
Emma
is
fighting
for
her
life
and
if
she
dies
there
is
absolutely
nothing
that
is
going
to
bring
her
back
or
give
me
peace
of
mind.
And
I
haven't
gotten
a
response
from
you
since
Monday
either.
Showing
zero
interest
in
caring
for
my
kitten
when
she
was
dying
in
my
arms.
Two
hours
after
you
discharged
him?
That
can
not
be
What
she
always
needs
is
hospitalization
and
medications
that
were
not
even
administered.
Please
BE
CAREFUL
with
this
place
since
it
is
disastrous
and
my
kitten
would
be
dead
today
if
she
had
stayed
there
one
more
day.
