Horrible and super manipulative behaviour. Don't go there! We lost 39 dollars on full coverage for nothing. We rented with Expedia and Avis was the car provider. When when we arrived there they said they didn't have any veicule and that we had to do it with Budget (another rental car company). Was a very bad experience. No explanations and no support, only excuses about the car policys. We had full online coverage and they said it didn't work with their company because we are in Guatemala. Very hard to get a good and proper rental car and price in Guatemala.
