I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooms are perfectly thought out. Every detail was covered. We absolutely loved the little balcony with the view of the city. The hotel employees clearly love their jobs. Everyone from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant were so helpful and pleasant. Speaking of the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast at La Capirucha. The French Toast was some of the best I've ever had. The location of the hotel can't be beat. Zone 4 is full of adorable restaurants and shops. Couple all of the above with the Good Concept and you literally can not go wrong.

This is a brilliant hotel in every way - incredible design, feel, view, concept, restaurant/bar. Best of all, all profits go towards the running of schools for disadvantaged children in Guetamala. Rare to feel so positive about a social enterprise 😊

Wow, this hotel is amazing! Truly, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. There's a green roof and garden just outside of a little patio. So rare to see something this nice in a high rise. Also, the social responsibility aspect of this place is really wonderful. You really feel that impact.

I recently stayed at the Good Hotel Guatemala and was blown away by the exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable and clean room, everything was perfect. The hotel's amenities including the rooftop bar and restaurant, and the prime location near popular attractions made my travel experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guatemala.

The design of my room was beautiful. Everything I needed for a short stay in Guatemala City. Also, the area of Zone 4 is wonderful, such nice restaurants and bars.

Beautiful hotel and the concept is amazing! Loved the stories of the children in the rooms , it was very heart warming. While the rooms are a little small for a long term stay, it still exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome stay at Good Hotel Guatemala City, which just opened its doors. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and a lot of green! I love the views over the city from the "living room" terrace. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, with many nice restaurants and bars to hang out

This was a great stay in Guatemala City! Loved the room - super cute and thoughtful touches: local walking guide with things to do recommendations, worry doll gifts from artisans of the nonprofit arm of the business, plenty of drinking water. It had a cute patio too. The person who checked us in was really helpful. So many cool shops and art nearby! Perfect night before a very early flight - and they even helped arrange a driver for a 3:30am(!) pickup.

We only stayed for one night on our way out of Guatemala but I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are cozy, clean and well designed, the hotel is in a relatively good area and its profits go to a good cause.

Great neighborhood, clean and comfortable rooms. My only small issue was the noise from planes, but easy to block out with earplugs.

Absolutely amazing stay with super kind staff that accommodated us in every way. The rooms are perfect and are filled with all locally made products. Staff replied to all groupme messages within a few minutes. I am excited to see the new good hotels that open in different locations. Also - restaurant attached is DELICIOUS. My group agreed, best breakfast we’ve ever had.

We had an exquisite stay. Love how mission driven the establishment is. The restaurant is equally as fabulous. The neighborhood has great coffee shops. Hopefully our travels will bring us back here.
